The staff could not have been kinder. They were able to get my mom in quickly to get her ears cleaned and had a hearing aid charger they let her rent since she had lost hers. All of this was urgent as we had a very sick family member who could not communicate well with our mom. The cleaning and charged hearing aid made a HUGE difference in their relationship when time really mattered - thank you so very, very much.

Super nice and professional office staff. Dr. Jeep was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and personable helping my wife determine her hearing deficiencies with thorough testing. We’ll be returning to try the aids she suggested for my wife, and look forward to her expertise in caring for our future hearing needs.

BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a pair of high-end Wydex programable hearing aids for $7500. The hype and promises made at the time of sale have never been realized. I worked with an audiologist for over a year and a half to get them to work as promised, without FEEDBACK problems. Finally, she sent them back to the Mfg. for service. I received a text message telling me they had returned and could be picked up…no appointment necessary! Upon arrival I was told all the settings remained unchanged. By the time I reached home I realized that at least one setting had changed and the problem with FEEDBACK was worse than before! I was required to return for another appointment. 3 days later and another 120 miles, I returned for another “adjustment.” I have spent close to 900 miles driving back and forth dealing with this company and their audiologist. She has shown NO remorse for the torture I endured and NO apology was ever offered, just business as usual. The hearing aids have never performed as promised or advertised. I would urge people to seek help elsewhere or possibly suffer the same result. CAVEAT EMPTORE!

Dr Jeep and her staff are the best!! Kind courteous, compassionate, honest and headed me in the right direction!! Wish I would have went to her first ,I wouldn't of had 3 bad ear surgeries! I appreciate everything they've do ne for me,above and beyond! Thank you so much !!

I'm so glad that Dr Chandace Jeep has helped me with my hearing loss. It has been life changing. I am no longer isolated and at a loss in group situations. Dr. Jeep has been so patient and understanding, and has taught me how to use the technology that is available with my hearing aide. She is a kind and compassionate doctor and I would give her 10 stars if I could.

Dr. Jeep had wonderful patience when performing the ABR on my newborn. On a personal level, she was pleasant to work with. However, as my daughter got older she was not showing any signs consistent with the newborn diagnosis of moderate hearing loss. Dr. Jeep repeatedly dismissed our observations, evaded questions, and did not even observe our daughter’s responses in the office outside of the testing booth. She was not upfront with the fact that she is not a board certified pediatric audiologist, and was not up to date on current research. We finally sought a second opinion with a board certified pediatric audiologist, who updated our daughter’s hearing diagnosis to normal hearing in most frequencies with some possible mild loss in high frequencies. This audiologist in reviewing the documentation informed us that Dr. Jeep had not used current best practice standards in her testing and had been mistaken in telling us that hearing loss in children could never improve regardless of cause (ie gentamicin and HIE). In conclusion: if you’re her patient as an adult, Dr. Jeep would be very pleasant to work with. If your patient is a child, she does not listen to you as the parent at all and it’s important to see a board certified pediatric audiologist for accurate results.

Best medical care I have ever received. Dr. Jeep is not only caring, she has great attention to detail that has greatly improved my hearing aid performance. The only audiologist I will see and recommend.

Unfortunately I have to edit my previous 5 star review. After selling me an absolute lemon of a hearing aid they charged me $200 for inquiring about purchasing new ones. I will be going back to San Juan Hearing.
