4/5 because it's difficult to get to, if there was an entrance closer to the N2 I think it would be better, I literally got lost just trying to find the malls entrance. Other then that the mall is well maintained and neatly kept. The mall looks nice and has lovely esthetics, the colour scheme is also very vibrant and nice to look at. Overall the mall is small and hard to find, there also isn't a huge selection of things at the mall but the most popular brands are strategically placed throughout the mall which make it worthwhile.

Ideally situated along the N2. Access from tbe M13 motorway. Beautiful, clean and well maintained Mall. Interesting shops, stores and services catering to a variety of customers. Trendy and upmarket. Wheelchair parking, access and facilities. Mall beautifully decorated for the festive season.

My favourite mall because of it's proximity to where I live. This mall I believe is coming under new management and if that's true, I certainly hope they add more areas in terms of entertainment offered and even more restaurants. It's spacious, offers free parking & is always spotless.

Westwood Mall is a lovely mall to shop at. A variety of stores, well spaced out. Plenty of parking. Very clean and neat. Staff are friendly and helpful. A few restaurants to choose from, I noticed the Spur always has a wait to get in. The mall itself doesnt seem to get as busy as others so it's quite comforting to shop or browse.

Fun filled Santa's Village. Kids totally enjoyed it. Great activities and the helpers were so awesome and cautious. Well done Westwood 👐

Westwood mall is a good place to shop in the afternoons as it is not too busy. There is free parking. It has most of the popular stores. There is a new McDonald's as well outside the mall.

Mall is always clean, hardly jam packed so you can browse around without bumping into someone every 5 seconds. Rest rooms are clean as well. They just need to beef up security especially in the parking areas.

Pot holes at the mall need to be fixed. Shameful that they would not correct this issue. Reported it on the 20th of this month. Still there when I visited yesterday. Pictures are from 20th but hole is still there.

Many stores to buy from, really nice engineering and design. Well ventilated. Nicely cooled air in the mall during summer. This mall offers male and female toilets, as well as a baby changing room. Definitely the best mall in the area for groceries, or to just go window shopping.

It has all you need and is pretty simple to navigate through the different shops. Good food as well

It's a very nice place. It got Mr Price, a book store, a food court and Woolworths. I believe there is also a 'sports' area below the general mall. You can also do some bidding there. There are quite a variety of things to do there and the price for parking is fairly decent.

Excellent place to shop, although there are not many stores, the place is ideal for your everyday basic needs. There is no parking fees which is a real concession if you are there for long periods. Thanks to management and staff of Westwood Mall, always happy to shop there.

Please sort out all the car park lighting with some decent bright lighting. It's the darkest car park (both covered)I've ever parked in and so many lights not working. I didn't even notice the market in the car park on Saturday. Don't feel safe getting into the car, it's pitch black.

Very well managed mall. One of the biggest thing for many customers was the paid parking and many are motivated to come to the mall due to the free parking. It really makes the experience worthwhile. They have about everything you may need. Have been visiting this more for many years and I am really impressed on how it has improved over the past 5 years. The parking although free is absolutely safe. The car guards are always kind and willing to help. They have uniforms which really shows how they take pride in their work. It's not like anyone can come and park anywhere. The mall is exceptionally clean from all area to even to the toilets. Even that toilets ate free. This is a really well maintained mall and the management is doing a great job according to my observations.

Perfect for a Sunday afternoon lunch. Ample Parking available. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Not much walking to do to get to restaurants.

Not for serious shopping but definitely a great spot to do basic shopping and top up for the week. A few eat out options but overall a quick shop stop. Always clean and neat and parking is never an issue. There are upgrades planned- hoping to see some entertainment option.

Just visited the new Dr Y Wellness Centre at Saxony Westwood Mall 😍 it is beautiful. They also stock all the Heliocare & Good Leaf products! Towel Kingdom has lovely Glodina towels at very good prices.

Playpod is a fun outing for the kids. My daughter loved her play time there. Observe the Montessori concept of learn through play. Everything is neat and clean. Staff are friendly. There needs to be a few savory options o the menu for the parents. Lots of beautiful sweet treats for the kids to enjoy.

It is nice not so busy but there's very little nice shops or restaurants there's no steers, Mugg n bean, not even Checkers. It is a nice mall but they need to add more popular shops and restaurants to invite more people in and they ought to have atleast 1 supermarket that opens before 9 to cater for people who are working and want to do a little shopping before work but in all it is a very nice mall with so much potential .

Perfect for anything you need, variety of stores and aren't to pricey from low to high, it's all prices. The markets are amazing. They should def have more of those weekly on Fridays and Saturdays.

This is a dying Mall... Pity it does not have an entrance and exit from the N2... That would make it easier to get to... You have to take the back roads to get there... I always have to use the GPS... very tricky to find if you are not a local.... However I found a shoe store that has nice shoes at a real affordable price...

It's a nice, quick run-in mall. I did, however, expect more variety, though there are shops I have never seen elsewhere. That made the experience more fun/unique in a way. The parking areas are spacious but the driveways need improvements. The car guards are so friendly and helpful, as well as formally dressed.

Love this place. Love that the shops are spread, spacious and easily accessible. Parking is free and safe and the car guards are courteous, helpful and friendly. The fact that it is not a huge shopping center yet has all one needs, is, for me, an added bonus.

A quiet mall that has variety to cater to all needs. Lovely food court. Clean and well maintained. For a nice and calm shopping experience I would recommend.

It's clean, free parking, my favorite store is UHQ for all your home decor. The only issue is that there is no Absa bank, they have the Atms so I had to go to Westville mall which is about 5 minutes away and that's not so bad.

Not a place for someone who enjoys a good shopping experience or love stores with large varieties . Just a day a ago hubby and I visited the wimpy restaurant here of which he had a terrible allergic reaction which was astounding as we have eaten many times at wimpy before. If this happened at one restaurant it makes me wonder about the condition of the other restaurants. Furthermore the toilets are horrendous. They reek terribly and the smell is filtered all the way into the food court.

Lovely mall to shop at . Clean and never full on most times of the year . Only down side is the food place called Munchies , wow how could they be allowed to sell a curry .

Terrible place..about a hour ago my family and I went for supper. We had to rush and finish as my husband suddenly started feeling unwell and was showing signs of a heart attack... (knowing that he has coronary artery disease) we walked as fast as we could to the exit..come to find out the escalator is switched off..slowly my husband ascended the escalator..to further frustration that all the exit doors to get to our vehicle were locked. A guard signalled us to use the exit at the other end of the mall. I advised him my husband is not feeling well and feeling faint ..he should open the door or get us a wheelchair..the guard left and never came back. My teenage son slowly assisted my husband towards the elevator then to the basement..I had to walk the entire mall and entire car park to get to my car...thank God he stabilised..its pathetic that in an emergency there is no way out of the mall and no even signs saying that those exits close at a certain time . This place really need to step up or close the entire mall at once

Great place to do shopping . Mall was not to busy. Had an awesome time with my family doing what we love best, that is Shopping

Small mall, a few nice places but nothing too special. Definitely not the place to go if you need a variety of options to choose from.

The Mall closes quite early from my experience this past Saturday. I attended a high tea and painting class. It was beautifully done .the mall management put this together to help celebrate women's day and due to it being soo popular had to extend the dates. Splendid decor, delicious food and done very tastefully. We had a wonderful experience overall.

Westwood Mall has the basic and essential shopping necessities. However, there could be a massive improvement in terms of the food court and restaurants. The options for family dining are very limited and the food court itself is not that large. The restrooms are extremely clean and hygienic. The stores and layout of the mall is well done and very neat. Parking is free at this establishment although the entry and exit point can be confusing to first time visitors.

Plenty of parking, easy access from M13. Spacious floor plan with 2 levels and all shops within easy walking distance. Catering for most shopping needs as well as dining and coffee. A great option.

I would sum it up as bleh. Absolutely no reason to want to go here but for some reason you need something from a store that's in here. It's more of a right place right time kind of mall. The free parking is nice though

It's a lovely mall but honestly me and a few people I know have stopped going there. Whenever I go there I am thoroughly harassed, if it is not the Planet fitness embassadors following me around and shoving their pamphlets in my face even if I make it clear that I am not interested then it is those guys that are selling the shoe cleaning spray thing by that kiosk between UHQ and picknpay clothing. I understand hussling, but Westwood Mall must have some sort of policies in place. There are even now more guys outside by the parking lot who harrass us about some spray thing for the car honestly, if we need any products we will approach the seller , let it not be that we go to the mall everyday and are hunted down about the same thing. Let me not get started about the speed bumps outside the mall, what is the aim there? Westwood, please do better,

What I love about this mall is that 😍 all stores have new clothes and it doesn't get full 🙃 it safe also

Basic mall. Basic grocery shops and clothing store Not for those with expensive taste as there are no bid international brands or shop's.lioe Zara, Guess. No tech shops either. It's like the corner store mall. Simple shops. Nice if you want an in and out of a mall. Not for.an all day mall outing. No nice restaurant either, mostly fast food

Great Mall, always parking. More people should go here. There is also space for business owners. You guys remember that song in how I met your mother? Let's go to the mall? Lol, funny song. Anyway, yeah, I go here often.

Comfortable shopping experience. No crowds a bonus. Wish they had a checkers. Poor lighting at the undercover parking. Felt a bit unsafe in the parking lot due to lighting. Food court had a spacious layout. However most places are halal and no wine reduces my appetite to dine there.
