have
returned

times
after
receiving
terrible
service.
I
wanted
to
give
Tigers
Milk
Durbanville
an
opportunity
to
prove
me
wrong
however,
each
time
it
just
got
worse.
Firstly,
I
always
order
the
same
cocktail
and
not
once
has
it
tasted
the
same.
As
far
as
I
am
aware,
there
is
a
recipe
that
should
be
followed
and
it
is
meant
to
taste
the
same.
Secondly,
just
as
above,
the
same
holds
for
the
food.
Attached
you
will
see
an
image
of
the
burgers
being
served.
Flavourless
and
not
well
prepared
at
all.
Thirdly,
the
staff
is
extremely
unprofessional
and
rarely
return
to
the
table
for
a
follow-up.
Every
time
I
went
there,
I
had
to
get
up
and
order
myself
another
drink
at
the
bar.
Fourthly,
I
have
been
going
here
at
various
times
and
days
of
the
weeks
to
see
if
the
service
might
be
better
but
as
mentioned
above,
it
just
gets
worse
each
time.
Final
remark.
I
went
to
the
bar
last
night
and
it
was
very
quiet.
I
asked
the
waiters
to
please
change
the
sports
channel
in
which
my
request
was
ignored.
I
asked
a
second
time
and
was
told
a
person
at
the
bar
requested
a
different
channel.
I
decided
to
wait
for
the
match
to
finish-up
and
then
asked
after
the
match
if
they
could
change
the
channel.
The
manager
came
to
me
and
told
me
that
there
was
a
large
group
coming
in
to
watch
a
match
which
was
about
to
start.
To
my
surprise,
I
found
that
the
manager
lied
to
me.
The
game
was
only
to
start
in
an
hour’s
time,
that
it
was
his
team
playing
and
that
there
were
no
booking
coming
in.
Usually
when
you
have
a
problem,
you
speak
to
a
manager.
Here,
you
do
not
have
that
option.
Strongly
would
advise
against
coming
to
this
Tigers
Milk.
