Stop serving stale and cold food. And also, what is wrong with the attitude of the waiters? Stop hiring waiters that have no sense of politeness. Stop hiring boys who have a rude and egoistic attitude instead of a pleasing one. I was a regular customer at Food Mart, Durgapur but after my dinner on Sunday night, 28th March, I think I won't ever go back there. The waiters on the top floor restaurant are really rude.

Waiters there have attitude as if they are doing us a favour by serving us food. Request to clean the table was denied rudely. Overall very rude and inhospitable behaviour. Skip this restaurant.

The behavior of the waiters are very rude....they behave as if they are favouring us by serving the food...i politely asked one of the waiters to clean the table but he rudely denied saying that 'Ota orom e thakbe'.

This place is in Satyajit Ray Sarani, Durgapur. Pretty busy restaurant. The food price is less than most of the restaurants in durgapur. Hard drinks are also available. A separate hand washing basin was there. The food was tasty except for the pan fried veg noodles. Staff behaviour was good. A little more hygiene is needed. Very much affordable restaurant.

Very bad experience, I ordered chicken chap.. And the chicken was not tinder well , and there was blood in chicken, When I speak with the water to change it ,he said that its the color of saffron. He tried to make me fool., Plz don't visit Foodmart ,

I like the place very much. The quality of food is good. The price negligible. The taste of food is good enough. Lots of parking place. Family resturant is very good. Two wheeler & four wheeler parking available. Security at parking place. OFF Shop is available.

Bad behaviour from staff, we waited 45mintues for our order, and it was pretty empty at that time.

Very good resturant at City centre at affordable price.
