Cool place for drink and dinner

Sir I am regular customer in your hotel, Please change your kitchen staff, I have purchase to plate paneer pakora, Ther are not unclud any salt and paper, paneer pakora is very bad quality

Very pathetic service...I have order one plate chicken 65 and asked for green chutney service boy told me green chutney comes only with tandoori item but I request and then they directly deny...after that I called manager but managers not came ...they told manager not come I have to meet with manager.... service boy has too much attitude..

Worst hotel I've ever been. Really dirty. Maintenance is worst, better to say there's no care at all. Bathroom is smelling and really really dirty and unhygienic. Asked for cleaning and that too took 45 minutes to come with a finale bottle 😤. There is a WiFi though but it doesn't work. We complained about it but they doesn't care. They close their gates at 11 pm 🙄. Is that a hostel! Or a hotel!. Though it's not mentioned in the web page. I could have given negative rating if possible. Not recommended at all.

Staffs are too good, well behaved and disciplined. Rooms are clean, spacious & air conditioned. Locationwise, this hotel is at best place in city centre. Transportation facilities are at hand. Well suited for family accommodation. Moreover, Budgetwise, it's comfortable . I endorse this hotel as a home away from home... 👌👌👌👌

Room was good, hospitality from staff was too good. Food was pathetic, ordered garlic chicken when it came it was white cornflour gravy and pakora. Ordered dry chilli chicken; when it came, it was super hard pakora, some pieces are not chewable due to hardness. Didn't on the generator as there only few rooms are occupied.

Worst hotel I ever stayed. Don't know how to rate even single star. Water stops from 10pm at night, no person to look, morning no tea before 9, it's better to stay at station at least their you find some mental peace that you are not paying money.

I stay 17december and 18 December, check out time they are also told me that please share your mail I will forward our bill to your mail ID. After 10 days I am not getting my bill. This is a fraud with myself.

Very very bed Services, I have train in the morning 9 am today (01 Dec 2023), but they still now 9:15 AM not given hotel bill, I am still waiting for bill @7:30AM to 9:30 AM. And few more problems in the room 203. Room tv speaker not working. Room not clean Room blanket is damaged In bathroom water leakage problems.

They made us wait for 1.5 hours during Puja time, and then when the food was finally served, they gave just the tandoori roti. Chicken was served half an hour later. Biriyani felt like literal oil fried rice. Don't even wanna start on how bad the chicken kadhai was. Definitely did not expect such food from a good restaurant like city international!
