Nice place....prices are little costly ...but good survive and good food...

Nothing to say about domino’s. Everyone knows about it. How it tastes and all. What they can improve is ambience. And the crust. Because I had better crust at Kolkata Domino’s.

Taste is very nice. Behavior of staff is good. On time delivery. Different types of pizzas are available. It is of self service. Service is very fast. Payment through mobile is well accepted. Take away is permitted. Sitting arrangement for couples and groups are available. Parking is a big problem.

The pizzas are quite affordable and delicious. The behaviour of the staffs is good. Also there is enough space in the outlet. We didn't have to wait for too long to get our pizza. Overall it was a good experience.

This outlet of Domino's is really good. However seating capacity is less. All in all it's a good hangout place in durgapur.

For me if you say the best pizza ... I will hear it Domino's ... Means what to say more it's the best pizza company ever exist with a affordable rate ... The slices are much thick and topping are just awesome... Even the cheese is just taking the heart ...The order may take time as they are live in restaurant and serve you the fresh ... For the Durgapur people must visit it once and just taste it 😊

I have ordered online for a takeaway of 2 medium size Pizza and they provided a good service with a delivery within 20-25mins.. About the taste & quality, it was verry nice and tasty..

The well cooked fresh pan pizza was perfect to satisfy the pizza cravings. For quick bite it's good one..highly recommended..

The staffs are fraudsters and nothing else. I ordered Mexican Green Wave pizza with extra cheese. But I got an ordinary tasteless pizza with not a little amount of cheese. And they charged me for the extra cheese.

A great place to hang out with your friends and family. The staffs are really friendly and the service is really quick though it depends on the quantity of orders they handle. The quality of the food is really awesome as each of the pizza is unique to itself with individual flavour profile . Only one problem with the place is that it acquires small area so it gets really packed up during festivities .

The food was good at this City Center Durgapur outlet but the staff were way too unwelcoming. It was as if they didn't want the outlet to be open to guests. They didn't want to take in orders, clean up the table or even give a polite reply when the guests asked if the food was ready. If this is how you want to run a business, I am sorry to say it will not last long because customers dont lack options. Domino's being such a popular food joint, of course people have experienced better customer service from other outlets. The ambience just left way too much to be desired for. I have been here before but it was not like that.Its way better to order online and enjoy the food at home than dine in there. The Bidhannagar branch staff are good.

When it comes to Pizza's, Domino's is always a favourite. Lucky to have a joint in Durgapur. Service is good and delivery is on time. The entire range of pizza's they offer is available.

Highly appreciated there hygiene maintenance. They follow social distancing in a strong way. They provide food in no contact way. Above all food is too yummy.

Few months ago i ordered 3 garlic bread all were not baked when i contact them they refused to do anything do not order anything from the durgapur instead order from asansol they repied and retuned it when the problem was there

Taxes and extra cost are too high

The pizzas are a bit cheaper than pizza hut so it's a better deal to grab a pizza from here.... the pizzas taste good the experience is really nice to get somes pizzas and hangout with friends on the dinning place...

I am a fan of Pizza's for a long time. This place is situated at the hub of the city and keeps up the brand value and taste by creating delicious Pizzas of all varieties and sizes. But its better to takeaway instead of dine in, as the place is comparatively smaller and there are often remains crowdy. Also be ready to keep your car in a paid parking as the streets here are congested and not compatible for parking cars at the side of the streets for free. Apart from these, the food and staff here is amazing.

Domino's pizza durgapur is located at CROSSPACE Ground Floor 821 (P) Gandhi More Beside Junction Mall, City Center, Durgapur, West Bengal 713216 There is a different types of pizzas both for veg & non veg people . Approximate minimum cost of 1 person to eat there needs 150 to 200 rupees. The place is lightly conjusted & not so well decorated. Toilet is not clean there. It takes 15 to 20 mins to ger your order ready. For the middle range or lower budget customers, pepper barbeque chicken pizza is a good option. If you are cheese lover, tell them for cheese burst in your pizza. It will cost extra >100 rupees.

Food quality is good but main problem is you have to wait a bit more time for your order and inside the outlet looks so average they need to improve the ambience of the outlet overall taste is good you can get many flavour of pizza here. I ordered a veg pizza and the taste is good

No issue with quality but i ordered chicken Peperonni but they asked whether I would like to take sausage in place of Peperonni, I think that was ordered by some different customer take away and as he was late and the pizza was getting cold so they asked me and gave his order.

The taste of pizza here is not good. I have tasted Domino's Pizza in different places but here the pizza does not taste like Domino's Pizza. The toppings and cheese were coming apart from the crust. And most of all here the taste of cheese is different, it is much more sour than other branches. I have dined in here two times but both times I am disappointed.

It's kind of isolated area. Not directly visible from the main road. But still avg accessibility. Food is good. Small to almost medium sitting area. Can get housefull on Sunday nights. Service time about 15min max after order placed. Overall good place

We ordered Non Veg Supreme which was around 650rs. Though it was loaded with toppings of chicken, mushrooms, capsicum cheese, olive but compared to price, taste was average.

Mostly all the experiences I've had with dominos is terrible..atleast in durgapur city centre outlet. The delivery time they take and the excuses they put forward for that every single time is ridiculous. Somedays even if they deliver the food on time ,they still give wrong order delivery. Today only they have taken 1.5 hours to deliver ONE PIZZA and yes they don't give any compensation in return for such mistakes that too which happens so very frequently. All together this outlet is horrible and really bad and i will never recommend this outlet to anyone living in this city .

The place is like a below average Domino's Pizza place. The location sucked for this one but the food is more or less the same and therefore you would feel that you are eating the same product which you were eating at a better location. I didn't like the service of Domino's Pizza place at all this time which they can improve on a lot. But yes if you want to spend some time with your small group of friends then this is the place in durgapur to have something to eat too.

A decent Pizza shop, impressed by the rectitude and polite behavior of the staff. My personal experience is a great example of this. They understood my problem and delivered the product according to my requested time. As I couldn't able to reach shop at the mentioned time for pickup due to delay in transportation. On the other hand, they even preheated the pizza once more, as I got delay in reaching. Enjoyed the awesome tasty 🍕.

Domino's Pizza situated behind Junction Mall. Good place for grabbing a bite or two. Staff are efficient. Could have larger dining area.

It the only domino's outlet in Durgapur. Located just adjacent to junction mall. Eatery is well maintained and they do updates their offers and discount.

Domino's always deserve 5star. And stuffs are very helpful and well behaved.

Very tasty pizza with very reasonable price and the price of drink which are sold for mrp is a huge plus. Just the behaviour of staff in this particular branch could've been better. In my experience they were non cooperative.

Well the truth is dominos is actually best in durgapur if you guys want some pizza or other bread stuff I would recommend you to go here they provide delicious food but only bad thing is that you can't get fresh food here everyday...so don't always go here lol, I only eat once a week here and not more than that! Anyways my favorites are: farmhouse,double cheese,veg tacos and all non veg pizzas...so if you're new or if you want to try but you can't decide then I suggest you to try about what I said about my favorites I'm sure you will love it!

Not much appreciated. Most of the time barbeque chicken is not available and sometimes they also end up making bad pizzas like less cheese or less baked bread. Otherwise it is good.

It is small and by small I mean very small. As in cramped. Mediocre at best. I would rather suggest you to pick a roadside eatery just beside the Mall. You would find fabulous and aromatic momos there. But hey it is definitely your choice how to spend your money or where to spend. I am just a reviewer, eh?

I ordered pepper barbecue & onion pizza with extra cheese. But when I brought at my home & opened then I noticed, there are missing extra cheese. Even they were confused which is mine. They changed the pack with others.
