Terrible after sales service. Purchased a smart tv; it has been over 6 days and the product didn’t get delivered. They have provided 2 store customer care numbers, which they don’t attend to. What else to expect from a company that is too busy counting money, rather than addressing customer grievances. It’s better to purchase from local retailers.

Worst experience ever just terrible It is situated at well connected place of Benachity. There are many products available there but there are no parking space for 4 wheeler .come to the service after sales, service are worst as per my view I purchased many gazzettes there like mobile phone, Laptops, 3ac, fridge i have purchased many electronics item item since 4yrs They behave excellent while selling products, & give long promise for any kind of help in case of any problem or installation ,But I found these promises are for making 100% fool. They harassed many persons after sales product Neither they deliver on time, nor they Installation properly What else to expect from a company that is too busy counting money, rather than addressing customer grievances. The Relience Trends (ground floor) at Benachitty, Durgapur is quite good with a large parking lot. You can get here your essential commodities. It offers huge discount on branded products. Stuffs are very helpfull. On the 1st floor there is Relience Digital...You can get here various electronic gadgets.

The executives are not cuatomer friendly.They do not care for their customers who have an issue with the purchased products. They harass their customer at that moment. I had an issue with my laptop.The executive who gabe me the product was not present even that time.very bad experience.don't want to but any products in future.

Those who gave 4/5stars either they are paid or bots.. The services and customer support are horrible. People need to think 5times before purchasing from them.. Worst experience, unprofessional behavior, delaying, total waste.. You are just harassing your customers nothing else.. You should close the store.

I bought two product one is a smart tv and another one is Whirlpool double door Refrigerator. Before buying product they will promise every kind of after sales service, they will charge extra money for extended warranty. After just three months the fridge stopped cooling, after several call to the customer service (most of the time they don't pick up calls) they sent a technicians after four days. And my fridge yet to be repaired. If you want to buy any product then buy directly from brand showroom not third party or you are going to have night mare they delay everything from delivery to after sales.

Too much delay in services. Purchased a laptop around 1500 hrs and it's been around 1645 hrs and they are still not able to on the laptop for software installation. Hope you work on these feedback. Don't know how much more I have to wait for the completion for the whole process

Nice place for all your electronic needs. You can easily pay using your credit or debit cards or avail finance options. They have an array of options for each section and every section has its own sales person. The representatives are well trained and soft spoken. They have the most recent launches and also give them at quite an affordable prices.

Very poor service, also behaviour of the executives and managers is not good, upto mark... I will suggest buy electronics from others store. So many good Stores are there, nearby..

Very much disappointed after purchasing an AC. Extraordinary delay in its installation. Avoid purchasing from Reliance digital Benachity.

Very Poor service ,, I m really very dissatisfied with the service , purchased an AC on 15th apr ... Still not received the product yet whether ,they committed to deliver it with in 5 days , it's been 7days still not received that product. . Even they r not giving any response to my call .. Very dissatisfied

Reliance has placed its foot in the Digitals and let me tell you, they have some awesome collections for your new home, your essential electronic items, your daily smartwatch or your kitchen chimni. They provide Kotak Mahindra Bank's no cost EMI option along with the well known Bajaj Finance. Delay in delivery and set up is a matter of concern though. As per the executives, it's due to their godown shifting to a new place. Hopefully, this will be resolved soon. Go, give it a try for your new electronic appliance. They promised a good service and you also get the option to extend the warranty of your product within a small price. Hopefully, you will enjoy it.

Present at the heart of Bhiringi, this place has all technology gadgets you need. Although at times some of the items are out of stock so you should always call them before visiting their store if disappointment isn't an option for you. I had an overall nice experience, you should checkout the products once if you're planning to get any gadget.

Better to go for any other local store. Service is pathetic. You won't get your product on time. You will find the same product getting delivered to you way faster with more discount from Flipkart or Amazon.
