    We walked in this store with no idea what the brand or designs would be like... but I am so glad we did! We had such a beautiful experience selecting and buying a ring for myself. The staff is patient, pays attention to your needs and very welcoming. They have really intricate jewellery designs in different price range. Alot of them in each for you to decide. Ms. Leslie Duncan helped me from start to finish and what a wonderful person she is! She made my shopping experience a memorable one! Thank you!

    I had a wonderful experience at the Southpointe location. I entered the store to purchase two braclets for 2 friends I had who celebrated birthdays in June. Leslie Duncan greeted me and assisted me in finding the prefect gift. Leslie was pleasant even though it was close to closing time. She didn’t seemed rushed or irritated which I greatly appreciated. I was glad I didn’t work with the other colleague in the store she seemed to be a ready to go. Leslie thanks for the great customer service.

    I had two rings that I wanted combined. I visited Reeds and Leslie was very patient and understood what I wanted the result to be. She worked with me and I finally got the ring I wanted. She was professional, friendly and treated me like family. She was so accommodating. My husband & I have shopped Reeds for years and always been treated well but Leslie goes above and beyond in her customer service!! Great experience and great service!! Will go back for all my jewelry needs.

    I bought my wife’s engagement ring and wedding bands through Reeds. Always have excellent service and after 4 years of marriage I still go back to purchase jewelry. Cannot beat the price or customer service. Michael does a great job managing the Southpoint location.

    All of the employees are great at this particular location! Everytime my husband and I go in there Ms. Leslie is always ready for us. She has helped us each time we have come up there. She always likes to talk my husband into buying more 😁 Best jewelry store ive been too. The other stores not so much.

    When I walked into Reeds, I had no idea what I was doing. Michael Clark approached me and I told him I was looking for a ring for my girlfriend and also wanted a sterling silver chain in the future for myself. After about a half hour of him showing me different ring options, I finally found the one I was going to get. He was very patient and wanted to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend you going to Reeds and asking for Michael Clark because he's very respectful and personable and will get you the best price.

    [Update] I was provided a much better experience by the store manager. Leslie was not very kind and instead was behaving as if we owe the store for picking up a watch we purchased from the store that had stopped working. Horrible customer service from Leslie. I generally don't see such passive aggressive behavior from an upmarket store. Sorry I generally don't point out names. First time I am having to do so. I am changing my review to a 2 just because the store manager handled the situation really well. Awful customer experience. Last time buying anything from reeds. Make sure to get your warranty stamped before purchasing a watch from them.

    I bought a wedding band and paid extra for service that would allow me to exchange or resize it if it didn't fit properly. I brought it back six weeks later to have it exchanged, and they gave me a receipt that said it would be ready in two weeks. Three months later I still have not gotten my ring, and I have keep calling them to find out what's going on. They keep saying "two weeks," and the latest "it's shipping next Monday." We'll see. They may be cheap, but you get what you pay for. My advice is to spend more to get better service and work with people you can trust. I would never buy anything from them. Ever.

    I purchased a wedding band at Reed’s today and it was the smoothest shopping experience ever! I was looking for a thin band, and they didn’t have a plain gold one in stock, so they had me try on a thin one with stones just to feel the difference and confirm the width before ordering it. I ended up liking that one better and bought it! I was in and out within 10 minutes. And the ring is beautiful! Great price, too.

    This store is just absolutely incredible from the staff to how clean they keep their store. It’s by far the best reeds location in the triangle and the manager there Teresa is an absolutely gem of an employee and reeds is very fortunate to have her. I would love to have her work for me. Thank you reeds Southpoint for my beautiful ring.

    When I walked in the store at South Point, Theresa & Haley greeted me and it felt genuine unlike most Jewlers. They helped me create the perfect engagement ring wedding band set and they turned out perfect! They were very nice and very helpful. I would recommend going to them first every time.     Came into Reeds after a not so great experience at another jeweler. Stephen greeted us immediately and gave us time to look around. We saw a ring my wife liked and Stephen and Eduardo explained all of the 4C's and the differences in diamonds. We were very happy and purchased a beautiful 1ct solitaire ring. We were very happy and look forward to shopping at Reeds again.

    My husband and I shop at Reeds all the time, and its always a very different experience than shopping at any other jewelry store. When we walked into Reeds at Streets of Southpoint this evening, Eduardo Merone greeted us and reminded me that he remembered me with such enthusiasm. He immediately proceeded to assist us in locating the items we were looking for. Eduardo pulled several items out of the case for us, checked for sales without us asking, and even offered accenting pieces. Eduardo embodies professionalism, insight, and passion, and he’s a great asset to the Reeds family!

    Eduardo Merone at Reeds’ is absolutely amazing. I had to get one of my favorite necklaces repaired and throughout that process he was extremely attentive, solution oriented, and enthusiastic. If you need anything repaired or you’re interested in browsing for new jewelry, he’s one of their best employees and you will not be disappointed in his assistance. I had such a great experience at Reeds’ and Eduardo played such a huge role in that!

    I just wanted to share how wonderful one of your sales associates, Eduardo Merone, makes my experience each and every time I enter the Durham, NC location. I could stay away for months at a time but Eduardo never fails to greet us with a smile and BY NAME! I still haven’t figured out how he does it. He has gone above and beyond during each interaction I’ve had with him and is always a pleasure to work with. His personalized service and smile makes me think of Reeds first whenever I’m shopping for jewelry.

    After getting less than stellar service at another jewelry store, my father and I went to my jewelry store of choice, Reeds. Eduardo was fantastic.     We came in looking for a nice watch for our son’s college graduation. We had been several places and were empty handed. Leslie was very patient, showing us watch after watch.     Love this place! My fiancé got my ring here and the customer service is always great but the Reeds in Southpoint is by far the best experience I’ve had! Eduardo helped me pick out a ring for my fiancé and let me look at different styles. He’s very helpful and very knowledgeable. He also made the whole process enjoyable too! He helped me work out a payment plan that works best for me! Next time you’re at the Reeds in Southpoint ask for Eduardo!!

    I was thrilled when I walked in and saw adorable Eduardo wearing the exact errands I was looking for! He was so friendly and easy to work with immediately took me to the counter and showed me exactly what I was looking for. Now me and E are #twinning My husband got my wedding rings here 15 years ago so we will be coming back to do a wedding ring upgrade soon as well! It's one of the only jewelers that does trade-ins on your original solitaire! So cool !

    I had a great experience at this location with the entire staff but especially my salesperson, Mike Clark. He went above and beyond with getting a special order ring for my engagement and even went out of his way to get the ring to me so I could surprise my fiancée with a proposal. Mike kept great communication with me throughout the order process, all the way until he gave me the ring. He made the experience a great one, thanks Mike!

    This is a wonderful jewelry store with an excellent staff! They helped me and my partner figure out every detail we wanted and needed to know before buying engagement rings, and were very patient with us throughout the process, as we asked questions and explored the products and options that were available. The staff did not pressure us into making any quick decisions (huge plus) and were very patient with me as I began the purchasing process. They have a great selection of jewelry (for women and men!), with affordable prices and a good variety of financing options. I look forward to doing more business with them in the future!     I absolutely love the open environment at reeds, all of the employees really have such a fun time while working with everyone and each other which adds more positivity to the atmosphere. They really show they care and welcome you into the reeds family with open arms! My husband bought my wedding ring there and it is absolutely beautiful!
