    Great extension of the Karl & Co. franchise. Great customer service and prompt service. When properly organized they offer a great selection of vehicles in-house for rent when yours is in for service at a very reasonable rate compared to other dealerships in the area. The detailing service (deep cleaning) is very well done. So well infact I brought my non-BMW vehicle as with very positive results.

    I write my review based on a warranty repair I had to do today on my BMW. I choose this partner as the closest to my home. It is a small location, so the atmosphere is more down to earth. I detected a failure in my car on a Friday and after checking with BMW on the phone I was advised to go to a service. I was very happy to get an appointment here next Monday. the Appointment over the BMW app was easy and I immediately received a confirmation. Waiting time at the service was longer than expected but the administration was quick and effortless, the information i have received about my issue was adequate, additional questions were answered with professionalism. As this was a warranty repair, a spare car was provided to free of costs. The process was easy, the personnel very kind and friendly and the work was delivered on time. Extra, free of charge service for inside and outside cleaning saved me some bucks and valuable time. This is how uncomplicated a repair appointment should go.

    The German Tuf here were very good. Went out of their way to look over my BMW and wrote a memo for the vehicle inspectors on base which made the inspections process for Soldiers and family a lot less time consuming and easier. A lot less stress and they did not charge me any money.

    Purchased our Mini from Mr. Scottie. Everything went well and quickly received the car. We had a great experience of receiving the car and the kids thoroughly enjoyed opening the car. We hope to continue to have further relationship with the Autohaus. Hope Mr. Scottie will contact us when there is a 7 seater SUV available to buy.

    Came to the service for maintenance. On this part everything went well (only because of this I put 3 stars) The impression was spoiled by not customer-oriented employees: I rented a car as I needed to pick up my kids from daycare. I asked about the cost, no one answered me. When I paid for the service, I asked several times if there was anything else I needed to pay? I showed my car rental document..... But I was answered that only for the service fee. I then received a bill for over 100 euros for the rental car. I tried to find out why no one told me or warned me about the rather large amount of rent...to which I was answered that the staff voiced everything to me.....itogo "the customer is wrong". I am quite a loyal customer, but I was not ready for such an attitude and I do not intend to contact this company again.
