Ich bin so mega zufrieden mit der Praxis! Ich wurde so freundlich von allen Mitarbeitern und der Ärztin aufgenommen, sehr gut beraten und behandelt. Oftmals sieht man in den einen oder anderen Hausärzten, dass man mal unfreundlich behandelt wird, aufgrund von Stress etc. In dieser Praxis war ich jetzt schon öfters und nicht einmal ist mir so etwas begegnet. Ich bin verdammt froh, dass ich bei der lieben Dr. Pinar Özel bin. Sie nimmt sich die Zeit und Aufmerksamkeit für all ihre Patienten, was sich dann nochmal sicher fühlen lässt. I have only recently been a patient of Dr. Pinar Özel and can recommend her without reservation. I was very impressed by their expertise, empathy and the quality of their medical care. Dr. Özel takes enough time and listens carefully. She asks targeted questions to get a comprehensive picture of the health situation. This makes me feel taken seriously and in good hands. Her calm and friendly manner creates a pleasant atmosphere in which you immediately feel at home. The practice team is also very friendly. I am glad to have found such a competent practice!

TOP doctor I searched in vain for a competent doctor for a long time until I found Dr. Özel was recommended. I have never felt so well cared for by a doctor as I did with Dr. Ozel. She is an extremely sensitive and experienced doctor who takes a lot of time to address her patients' concerns. Despite hospital orders, Dr. Özel neglected my control, which also led to other illnesses. I also came back because of my illness and she said that I had Corona without taking a test and seeing what I had, which meant that my illness continued to worsen. For these reasons I wouldn't recommend the practice to anyone, but if you don't want to be well checked you can of course go there.
