Furthermore, some (in my opinion) significantly exceed their competence and intervene in topics that actually only concern the doctor and the patient. (I have already complained several times by email and in person...)

Like everything before, these are my personal experiences. I was very satisfied at all times.

I initially requested an appointment via email and was able to easily make an appointment within a few days. The appointment was initially canceled, but as an alternative I was offered two other days on which I could come without prior registration - everything worked out wonderfully; Ms. W. and the other employees were really very friendly and I felt like I was in good hands! The only note: It would probably be quicker and less time-consuming for everyone involved to have an online appointment calendar where you can enter yourself. This is actually offered on the city website, but there are no free appointments available. If this could be fixed, more people would certainly use the WIR offer.
