I booked in for a Hot Stone Massage with Natalie and it was such a good decision to do so! She is very welcoming and friendly, the environment she has created is calming, and she is very knowledgeable in her field. The massage was excellent - nice and firm as I'd requested, not rushed, and I left feeling less tense, less stressed and with loose shoulders! I will definitely be booking again in the future. I attended Natalie's New Year's day afternoon retreat today - yoga, afternoon tea and intentions setting. It was wonderful! Lovely group of ladies, lovely yoga, great conversations, gorgeous venue and Natalie was amazing. Really enjoyed it and I'd highly recommend it. Such a wonderful way to start the New Year! We asked Natalie to assist us here at our office. We wanted to provide some massage and relaxation to staff once a month to show some appreciation. Natalie has been fantastic at creating that environment of peace and also delivering bespoke massages for whatever the staff member desires. Some choose deep tissue to relieve pain and others choose relaxation. We all look forward to her coming. As the owner of our business, it is so amazing to see the morale of staff skyrocket and Natalie I cannot thank you enough.

I attended Natalie's autumn Recharge retreat at Sunrise Yoga studio. It was a wonderful day filled with yoga, laughter, time to reflect and chat and it ended with a gorgeous sound bath. I finished the day feeling really relaxed and inspired. Next time, I'd definitely love to book onto a massage treatment too.

I’ve finally found someone who specialises in oncology massage!!! I saw Natalie about once a week for pregnancy massages. She was absolutely brilliant; she listened to all my aches and pains my body was going through during pregnancy and worked those parts ensuring the massage was adapted safely for pregnancy. The room was warm, dimly lit, and with such a calm and peaceful vibe, it was the relaxation I needed before baby arrived. I cannot recommend Natalie and her services enough!

I went for a deep tissue massage with hot stones and sticks. It was absolutely amazing: Natalie found knots I didn’t know I had and got rid of them. I relaxed so much I fell asleep. I’d highly recommend giving it a try. I’m booking another session

I was feeling rather stressed and needed to relax. So I asked Natalie if I could come to her treatment room in Duston. The atmosphere with candles and soft music and the relaxing massage from Natalie was enough to send me a million miles away from stresses of everyday life. Natalie has an ability of putting her clients at ease and ensures you are comfortable throughout the massage. The hour goes so quickly!! I would recommend to all my family and friends to book a treatment with Natalie!

I had the most wonderful 90 minute pregnancy massage with Natalie last week, I’ve honestly never felt so relaxed!
