😠 I visited DR Pankaj Taneja as I am suffering from fever with 103. He suggested me few tests like dengue, CBC, platelets to diagnose the same. Reports are negative, after two days I visited again with reports and he consulted me to take 1 and half dolo 650 mg and also he did not listen to you. Soon I... People often mention doctor, time,

Actual experience not a fake review : 🚫 very bad behaviour from the supporting staff, rude, forceful and unprofessional. The doc was in a hurry and didn't care to explain much. The path lab person also informed wrongly on the process of recommended tests, they were ready to take the test in the afternoon where Dr Lal path lab (200m away said the test is to be performed in the morning). The worst person is the guy sitting on the gate managing the entire flow of operations. On everything he says that 'Doctor sahab ne kaha hai' on whatever he does not know and wants you to do like forcefully buying the Faceshield (when the staff themselves are not wearing it,) the doctor bill is not generated having any registered company information. On asking for a proper bill the guy on the gate got offended and got me waiting for 10 minutes. The clinic especially needs a lot of uplift in terms of cleanliness and infrastructure for the amount they are charging..there are 100s of other options for people who give far better service in dwarka. Kindly avoid the whole tormenting experience unless absolutely necessary.

Soon I took the medicine as prescribed I was feeling like hell. So I would not recommend this doctor for sure. As he is only there to count the money.

The doctor does not spend much time listening to the patient, and cuts them off. Also I got tinnitus from Azithromycin that he prescribed to my experience soured even more.

We have been showing Dr Pankaj Taneja since 2002. For my entire family and many of friends, he is the family dr. I have always seen being very methodical and approachable. He will be always cautious when it comes to diagnosis , specially when he knows your medical history well. Never seen him over prescribing med and neither ever asking for any unwanted tests. Extremely satisfied. One of the few dr whom I have seen seeing patients many times even beyond 9.30 pm.

Must be avoided at all costs. The doctor prescribes over medication. My mom was in ICU here for 6 days and even after discharge she used to be only half awake. When we took second opinion from Gangaram, they said your mother is over medicated. Thanks to god, nothing untoward happened during these 10 days.

Doctor is good but don’t have availability on time. Again he has not supported me during COVID and told will reply in night only, I had emergency n support was required, my brothers visited with HRCT film of mine but he told to send reports on what’s up after waiting more than 2 hours at his this clinic. His knowledge was not valuable for at the time I needed. You can visit for Normal day to day case for suggestions but not preferable in case of emergency.I am visiting him for last 15years when he had his clinic at Sec 6 Dwarka but this time my experience was horrible during COVID second wave.

Not sure if this place can be called a hospital or clinic. It is dirty and it stinks. You suffer both and wait to see the doctor, but even then you have to tolerate the rude and arrogant staff who cant even manage appointment time of patients. All this diminishes trust on the doctor - no matter what anyone says.
