    Society does not have lift and has drain nearby which affects life of the AC. The parks have swings but grass or swings are not well maintained. Parking is on based on availability and seems to be ok. Could not see dedicated parking slots.

    Great place to live with lush greenary. Kids play area, Gated DDA society. Street Dog lovers made it little difficult for others.

    Very nice society in dwarka. Good flats designs. And the maintenance of the society is also very good. Behaviour of peoples such like some guards are talking Rudely and behaviourless

    Shree Awas Apartments are located in sector 18 of Dwarka area in Delhi. The buildings are very beautiful and well maintained. The apartments well planned and people are gathering for each others. One of the positive things are unlike other DDA flats there is no problem of water even in scorching summers. In budget of any middle class family living as well.

    Shree Awas Apartments are society flats located in Dwarka Sector 12. You can reach there by Metro also. Nearby Metro Station is Dwarka Sector 18. From there you can take shared auto / e rickshaw for Rs.20 per person only.
