Luxe Haven Hotel exceeded all my expectations with exceptional service, elegant ambiance, spacious rooms, culinary delights, and excellent facilities. Highly recommended for a luxurious and memorable stay

The acs were not working when we arrived. It took some time for them to start the acs in this summer and that took even more time to cool the place. The service was ok. The glasses in which the drinks were served had a lipstick mark on them when they came after the first round. The snacks were nice but the dinner was just ok. Overall an Ok place

Great location. Easily accessible. Party hall is very good having ample illumination. Enough natural light also available. Serving staff was adequately taking care of all the guest. Adjacent ramleela ground offers ample parking space. Ballet parking staff was too polite and gentle. Overall a great place for any event

Very nice bright room, well designed bathroom, easy to find if you rent a car, close to the city center. Everything about our stay there was very positive.

Though it's a hostel (Powergrid hostel), I was there for a marriage function. Its have a beautiful party lawn with closed areas also. Very good location. Its in Sector 46,Gurugram opposite to Sector 50 Police Station.

The banquet hall renivated beautifully. Food quality is good and tasty. Service level excellent.

Reasonably good place with nice banquet halls and good food. Would have been much better if they had the following: 1. Restrooms attached to banquet halls so people don't have to rush to ground floor every time they need to use the facilities (very difficult for the elderly). 2. A wheelchair ramp at the main entrance so the elderly and disabled are not put to inconvenience by having to climb the 2-3 steps there. 3. A second lift to make it easier for people to get to banquet halls - sp when both halls are in use at full capacity.

I feel comfortable still at the grand Parisian hotel , professional staffs Ravish the manager is very nice and doing great job he is very helpful too , international standard room sizes ,,,,

Rooms are very neat & clean, well maintained, spacious. The best thing i have ever seen is Washroom is well maintained. Let’s talk about service part that is also good & much better than Radison blu, Vivanta & Welcome hotels. Now let’s come to food part, the quality, taste and quantity is good. The prices are same as other restaurants. I ordered Chicken fried rice, Tandoori chicken and biryani. All these 3 items are vey delicious. You can also order food online from zomato etc. You guys may be thinking that this is paid review but it’s not like that i stayed here for the first time and my experience is good. In future, m going to stay in this only instead of radison blu. Thank You Parisian staff for this amazing service.

Went there to book hall for a birthday function. However cancelled my plans after tasting the substandard food. The sad part was that Mr. Ravish Kumar won't acknowledge that the food was bad and continued to defend himself, with arrogance and attitude. Sad state of affairs. Location wise the place is good. Food is terrible and prices are exorbitant. You can get much better optionns at Mayapuri banquet halls.

I booked this venue for my engagement. Location was perfect as it was 10mins away from my house. The food was excellent and for the decoration i argued with the flower person but in the end the manager (Ravish Singh) solved this issue and the decoration was exactly same what i asked for. So i will say you can book this venue without giving it a second thought. Thanks to The Grand Parisian for making my day special. 🙂
