Manager/Proprietor is extremely arrogant. The body language is completely opposite to customer friendliness. He needs a refresher course on how to speak to customers. We visited this morning to collect the Diamond Jewellery against which partial advance was paid yesterday. After waiting for nearly 45 minutes the Sales person (south Indian) stated that Bill can not be generated for Diamond items. He stated that either you come at 4 pm or you pay in full without bill and take items. They might be trying to eat away GST component and defraud Govt. He stated that he will send the bill later by email. Then this Proprietor cum Manager stepped in. He is a tall person with Aggressive looks. This scares away the customer. Right from first sentence he uttered, he was standing very close and ordered that neither we will give jewellery nor take money unless their software starts working. He was loosing like running a ration shop where people would line up and follow his British style orders. I recommend readers to avoid Malabar even if they sell gold at lower price.
