They are just Demons in the name of doctors. My dear friend never ever think of visiting this so called hospital converted from a 2 floors of residence flat. Nurse refuse to call doctor and very rude. There license should be canceled. There only agenda is to increase bill of customer.

Very poor services and unmanaged staff. Highly not recommend to do any test here (ultrasound, ant test) Feedback about staff is not acceptable by the Doctor. Doctor clearly told that not to come if you are not happy. I waited today 5 hours and got only ultrasound report. After the report doctor was unavailable and they are very easy to say.. come to next day. For the same treatment I visited yesterday and today My suggestion, if you have lots of time to waste and looking for risky treatment then only go to them because staff are totally irresponsible.

Worst & worst hospital I have ever seen in my life. No sense of talking and no knowledge of treating patient and their relatives and when we asked for discharge doctor said “le ke jao aise hi without discharge summary” when i forced to provide them discharge summary he behaved rudely.

The Doctor Shailesh Kumar is Very Horrible Doctor. he don't know any thing about patients problem. And Aslo charging money to see the reports. They don't even give you Tax Invoice a proper bill for your Medicine and their Service. The Staff is very uneducated. They do not know any thing about patients problem. Very Bad Experience I ever have.😑😑

Very poor sercice. OPD timing not been followed by staff as well as doctor. No one having free timing to spent over there. OPD time as per there letter pad is 8:30 to 12:30 but today when I reached there in hospital no one was there on reception and when I asked to nurse who was on duty that time, she told me that reception guy will come after 9:30am and doctor also will come after 9:30am. I am unable to understand why they have mentioned wrong opd timing on there letter pad if the can,take follow them. Feeling pained, now I have to waste more then an hour.

Terrible experience. Inexperienced staff. Very rude nurses. We went there for an emergency instead of attentive the patient’s emergency they were more concerned about the money and they wanted us to pay 500 emergency fee and make a slip and then only they would start the process. The nurses also very rude and back answered a lot. Would never recommend it to anyone.

👎🏻👎🏻Doctor behaviour is so poor. Not punctual.. He is totally confused what to do.. due to weather change I am suffering with infection so went for general check up. He gave me some medicine for cough not sure why.. and then refer for ENT. Now my question is if ENT gives medicine too so which medicine should I take. Charges are also separate for both. Money minded.. DO NOT GO TO DWARKA HOSPITAL..because after that you will have to to go another hospital because he can’t treat you well enough.👎🏻👎🏻

Totally west of money. More expensive compared with other same level hospital. Hospital main motives only Mony making. Room charge is like a 5 star hotels room. Medicine and other test You can't from outside lab or store.

It is very good hospital in this area.most experience Drs.and very good front office staff.they are very polite.

The doctor and the staff are very unprofessional. It seems like they are running a dhaba and not a hospital. Called them for enquiry on their reception number, picked up the call, but instead of answering, the receptionist was talking and laughing with someone around, and then disconnected abruptly. Been there a few times, it getting worse and worse.

I said third class service, if you want then go here. Doctor's language is very useless.

Staff of the hospital is very rude and unprofessional....... Now i never suggest to anyone for emergency or OPD services.

Doctor is not good to take decision. My wife pregnancy case is handled by lady doctor and at the last moment refering to other hospitals by saying I am unavailable.

Doctors Mr. Shailesh ji Good ..but staff is not so quite good , receptionist deny to drink water at hospital from.their water dispenser.

This hospital are good serviceing good doctor prefet medicine are take it his given good idea for health I like that

Good Affordable hospital with modern amenities. Staff is also so cooperative, senior doctor listen to me very carefully and prescribe me attentionaly what to do and what to not , Quite all things are ok , recommended for all healtg related problems.

Worst experience....they both wife and husband don't have any manners to talk , they just want to earn a lot when we went there we just entered the Dr's room my mother was not even occupied her seat and that Dr start saying hua kya h bolo he repeated this sentence 5 times in 5 seconds . Their pharmacy is also bakwaassss,don't even provide a bill . Never visit there!
