First of all let me tell you that these guys are cheating people... They are connecting to a local uzbek tour agent(dream journeys) who is even a bigger cheat and has even bigger cheat tour guides.. BTW you can't call them guides because one of them named Bakhtiyar just doesn't know anything. Funny part is he accepts that he doesn't know anything by saying ("Sir, I don't know."after asking anything other than Itinerary) Now coming to the hotel arrangements --> Good... No problem about it Guide service (Tashkent)--> Pathetic as I have mentioned above.. The guy named Bakhtiyar is not at all professional.. He insults people asking questions.. Sometimes the questions can be silly but a professional would never insult someone. So "Dream Journeys", please send this "Bakhtiyar" to a training institute to learn how to become a Amateur tour guide.. (For now is far below Amateur level).. Guide Service (Samarkand) --> A very nice and professional guy.. We used to call him boss. He respects travellers and has good knowledge... Lunch Service --> OK. Dinner Service --> Highly pathetic.. (Dont have other words) All dinners have dance bar style theme where people throw Uzbek currency at the lady dancers... (Tour agents call this a "Belly Dance" but they want to earn money here as well "LOL") We had children and senior citizens in the group of 19 travellers. Hence we requested "Bakhtiyar" to arrange dinner other in a normal restaurant but he says nothing is in his hands to change the dinner venue and asked us to connect to Delhi tour operator si that they can communicate with Uzbek tour agency and arrange the same for us without extra cost. We did communicate with Delhi agent and they (Rajesh and Ritika (Rude)) promised that next dinner would be in decent restaurants. (Note that we have WhatsApp communication).But unfortunately we noticed that there is no communication between delhi and Uzbek agents. We asked uzbek agent's head executive to visit us to explain our problem but no one showed up except "Bakhtiyar" who is of no use. We (Travellers) spend thousands to get a good break from our daily routines but cheats like "TravelCouch holidays" and "Dream Journeys" show us hell for the money we spent.. Never book a tour with these people.......

We too have been cheated......try and avoid Travelcouch We have booked an Uzbekistan tour from a Delhi based company named Travelcouch Holidays and in partnered with Dream Journeys based in Tashkent. we were a group of 19 people on this tour comprising of females , children and senior citizens. There is no co-ordination between two operators as we tried to speak with them for various complaints / escalations. As per the Tour iternary provided by Travelcouch Holidays. To initiate the issues faced by us during the trip , dinners provided to us were below par, they were inadequate and of poor quality. Our group consist of children and senior citizens and the ambience of restaurant ambience was not suitable. we were promised the restaurants which were equivalent of Raj Kapoor Restaurant located at Le Grand Hotel or equivalent. After these worst experiences abouut dinner , we were promised for a dinner at Raj Kapoor restaurant on 19th May , which was again converted into false promise. We had a Samarkand visit planned on 18th May which was postponed for 19th May on short notice ( conveyed to us on late evening of 17th May ). As per our tour iternary and tour cost , we were to travel by bullet train from Tashkent to Samarkand and vice versa. while going we were provided a booking in bullet train but while coming they booked us in normal train which took 1.30 hrs extra than the bullet train , which put us in lot of inconvenience as the train arrived at 22.15. This has caused trouble to children and Senior citizen which are on routine medication. It was told to us that we will arrive by 19.00 in Tashkent which was manipulated without our notice. Again the entrace fees at Graveyard of Amir Taimur which was included in our package but guide asked us to pay the fees separately. we tried calling to operator and tried speaking with Rajesh as we need to have refund of our money which was fraudulently earned by tour operators. We have spent our hard earned money for this holiday and in return we have got nothing accept harassment.

Worst Experience in Tashkent with travel couch holiday , Totally making fraud with People who visiting there as per Our itinerary mentioned that world class belly dancer which was very cheap & food was pathetic. Its Look like Bar dancers ,on day 3rd as per itinerary we supposed to leave to Samarkand , but 11th Ours planed changed to next day which 19th May , while coming back we supposed to come with bullet train , but Tour operator book Normal Class train ticket , this is Big Fraud , Please do not book your Holiday with Travel couch Holiday , there in no co-ordination with Tashkent Tour operator & Delhi Base Operator , In Result You will gat very bad treatment in Tashkent

Got excellent services from TravelCouch holidays for my Tashkent trip. Hotels, Food, Buses, Transfers, City tour services everything was excellent. I already recommended Travelcouch holidays to my friends and relatives. I really enjoyed that trip. My family member also enjoyed this Tashkent trip. Awesome feeling. I am extremely dissatisfied with the trip organised by travel couch. The itinerary keep on changing as per your convenience without considering the fact it is affecting in all 49 people in a group. On day one we were taken directly to chingam without considering that all are tired as they could slept all night due to travel though early check in in tashkent guaranteed by you. The trip has become five day four nights instead of five nights five days. On second day two no group divided into two and we were asked to check in other hotel. Unnecessarily check in delayed by five hours. then asked to prepare for smarkand very next day. day one we checked out early and proceed for samarkand. that was poorly organised. tourist guide refused to pay for entrance fees though your travel voucher and itinerary provide for all entrances included. We had paid for all entrance fees. on returning to tashkent we again asked to check in other hotel for third time in three days. Due thing it is easy for a family keep on checking in and out for continuously for three days and all three days you have travel for more than 1000 KMs too. Before booking personally appraised Mr. Rajesh owner about the reviews about Le grand Plaza are very poor. But Mr Rajesh assured me that only that only 6th floor are not good and you will arrange accommodation on 7th floor. but to my dismay I was given a shabby room on 6th floor. The photos of the room already shared with him whatsapp. On protest the local agent Ms Dilya was very rude and said you had paid less you can not be accommodated on 7th floor. On inquiring with other group members I found we had paid the same amount. Ms Dilya's behavior was intolerable. She was never with group throughout only a guide by the name Akram was with us poor chap to face the agony of entire group. The persons mentioned on travel voucher were not available whenever required. City tour was a mess the most of places mentioned on itinerary was shown through bus window while moving. No hi tea offered on last day as per itinerary. All Lunch dinners were much below average foods to be provided. Le grand Staff is very rude with Indians a hotel not to be recommended. There are so many instances I don't what mention what to not. To Mr. Saqib of travel couch I had clearly told that I am vegetarian and book air ticket with veg meals. But on return journey I was not provided veg meals as air line staff told it is not pre booked. I was without meals after lunch as no hi tea was too. Over and above I was introduced to Mr. Rajiv Choudhary as group leader by Mr. Suhail from travel office. Very clever man having so many baggage with him which were put in check luggage of co passengers without consent. To me he was not a team leader just person with malafied intentions. You know if the baggages of Mr. Rajiv may contain suspicious items. The trip of some people even financed by him. In whole trip he was missing the person whom you declared leader of group. The people who accompanied Rajiv were mischievous created scenes which were not acceptable to other group members who came in families. It was totally unorganised misfired tour .

Nice experience with travelcouch holidays... We have been provided everything on time air ticket hotel voucher and Visa, All together it was a nice experience in tashkent.very beautiful place to visit.very supportive staff n excellent handling.

It was nice experience with Travelcouch holidays. The travel designer was terrific.  She was very responsive, and arranged a great itinerary for us.  She also checked in on us a few times while we were in tashkent, and provided helpful recommendations regarding things to see in each of the places we visited. We were happy with all of the hotels, which were in great locations . All of our guides were very knowledgeable and friendly -  we learned a lot from them.  We hope to return to Tashkent again, and would definitely use this company again to arrange our trip.and will recommend Travelcouch to our friends and family.

Pros: Excellent tour management. Excellent local guides including Akram bakhtiyar and the lady guide in Samarkand whose name I don't recall. Every thing mentioned in the itenary was covered. All the guides were extremely helpful and would go out of the way to fulfill our demand. Hotel provided was very good Overall a very good tour if below mentioned cons we're eliminated. If these cons we're eliminated I would rate this trip 5 stars Cons: The group consisted of around 18 ppl. All were single men except 1 couple. The couple was very good and no complains whatsoever. The other group of men were not very well behaved. Used to get drunk and behave inappropriately. We avoided going for dinner due to the recus they created. Food was not bad but I won't say it was the best. It did not meet my taste expectations but at the same time quality of food was satisfactory. If there are good ppl in your group you will truly enjoy. Do discuss who all would be there in your group.

This is our first foreign tour to Tashkent . Just today we came back (September 2022).Enjoyed a lot. Completely awesome place, One must visit tashkent with Travelcouch Holiday. Their excellent service is the USP. THANK YOU TRAVELCOUCH HOLIDAY।
