    Great selection of household and yard equipment. Great location right in town. The only issue I have is the employees are extremely rude when loading equipment into your vehicle, especially if you don't have a truck. They made me do all of the hard work myself when loading a push mower into my car. I also ordered some appliances for my new house that were supposed to be moved in 2 days later and, for some reason, they delayed the shipment an entire week. I had to go a week without a refrigerator, washer or dryer. The people that brought it were very rude about us not having everything we needed when we were never told what was needed beforehand. My roommate had to make a special trip to Lowe's to get the piece himself, without knowing exactly what to get. He got the wrong thing and therefore never completely set up the ice maker on the refrigerator. We wouldn't have moved in if we knew our appliances were going to be a week late but we were unaware of that until we were here the day before for them to come in and set everything up. It made our move extremely unpleasant as we would have waited another week to move in if we had a notice before the day it was supposed to be shipped and installed.

    If you are going to wear the red vest and represent Lowes then at least say they will help you “whatever” not just look at you and walk by. Rude, very rude people at the lumber department. How did we know the screws were located to use for the decking. No where in that area. Found some nice workers with red vest as we search for real help. Lowe’s is better than that. Money, money to pay for real help. This is the wife.

    Ordered tile IN STORE. Tile arrival 08/11. Go to customer service to check in tile. 08/11. 40 minutes no one can tell me if tile is in. Told, “we cant get anyone for info” “go to tile area and keep hitting ask for assistance button” even though receipt says go to Customer Service. Leave. 08/12. Back at Customer Service, asked for phone # neither phone # i give they have on file. Attitude. Store was the one who did not put phone # with order. Asked “Did we call you”. “ No, order was to be in on 08/11. Checking if it came in.” Finally, told your order is now due 08/20. Cancelled order refunded (2 stars) Contacted Mayfield KY store, received info on same tile. Great customer service. Drove the 1.5 hours for the tile and better customer service.

    We have lived here 8 months now and LOVE going into LOWES! The employees are so friendly and very helpful. They ask questions about the project and enjoy it when you share stories after the project is done.

    I thought only Walmart hired ignorant "register gaurds"! Att lowes checkout, I ask my husband if we were using the credit card he replied yes. I said, "ok, self check is all that's open, do you have it with you?" The girl "register gaurd" (without being asked) yells "they take credit cards". We glance at her and turn back to each other, she yells again louder , "they take credit cards". People look at her and us. We were NOT talking to her, that had NOTHING to do with rather he had the card with him or not AND an insult to our intelligence (like we weren't smart enough to use a self checkout). Lowes I THOUGHT YOU WERE BETTER THAN THAT! Train your people too ASK if someone needs help; Not half listen to some else's conversation and inject in their ignorance. Most embarrassing for us and you, as the company that employees her

    It's Lowes. The jewel of the super home supply stores. We bought a floor upright freezer and a new dryer. Two distinct transactions in 2 different weeks. Was delighted with the dryer. Not so much for the freezer, but definitely a great product at a reasonably fair discount. I think another $100 off the offered price would have just about right for a basically new unit with untold wear from customers inspecting it on the floor. But, we are in no way dissatisfied. In 30 years buying from Lowes in 4 States, not once have we ever had a bad experience.

    Long story short. I had to deal with 2 store locations to get my washer & dryer pair. I was offered 12 months differed interest. Due to having to deal with 2 stores, I was given 6 month no interest. By the time I realized I was being charged the interest I called customer service for the Lowe’s credit card. I couldn’t understand the guy, but he said it was fixed. Come to find out it wasn’t & I was charged almost $300 of interest. Another call to customer service & they said they would review the charges & notify me of the outcome. I got no communication. Now almost 1 year after the purchase & waiting for something to be done, a manager for the credit company tells me it’s too late to do anything & it’s my fault I should’ve watched my statements. I told her I have a busy life & a job of my own & it is not my job to do hers too. She refused to remove the charges. Do not make high dollar purchases from Lowe’s & if you do, do not use their credit card. Buyer beware, if you use their credit, it is your responsibility to babysit sit them the entire duration of your loan period. I will never make another substantial purchase from any Lowe’s store and lesson learned, I will never use their credit card again!

    Went yesterday, and got a weed eater. Tacha, helped me get not only the weed eater, but everything in my budget! She was also exceptionally helpful and very well aware of my needs as a customer. I will say that next time, I visit Lowe's in Dyersberg, I will look for her!

    I am always thankful when either James or Michael waits on me. Last week I was shocked to get someone on the phone who knew the answer my questions and it was Mike. He knew exactly what I needed, the location, the sizes and there were plenty in stock. When I arrived to the area he happened to be there and showed me the item and answered my questions. I was on my way home in a matter of minutes. I always look for James because he always knows the answers. A+, 10-1/2, the best grade any way you want to do it to these two.

    Only dish washers in stock are floor displays. To oder one and get installed is 10 to 15 days. Went to a local store and got it d e liveries and installed in 3 days.

    My mom purchased a toilet and installation services through lowes back in August. Here it is November and we still have no toilet installed. She even had to have her house appraised without a toilet. The appraiser had to take a picture of the receipt where she paid for the toilet and installation. This pitiful. After this we will never deal with lowes ever again.

    Associates don't acknowledge you. Self checkout is never monitored so you stand there for several minutes and have to call the store on the phone to get attention. Ridiculous
