This
has
been
"my"
Ulta
since
they
first
opened
this
location.
I
always
have
a
wonderful
experience
here,
but
I
had
a
particularly
amazing
interaction
with
a
staff
member
I
felt
it
warranted
a
review!
I
went
in
right
when
the
doors
opened
at
10am
on
Saturday
June
3
to
avoid
the
crowds.
I
knew
what
I
needed
to
pick
up,
so
I
shopped
quickly.
There
were
a
number
of
older
customers
being
helped
by
all
the
staff
working
on
registers,
dealing
mostly
with
complicated
return
or
exchange
processes.
I
wound
up
having
to
wait
in
line
for
longer
than
usual,
so
when
I
arrived
at
the
register,
I
wanted
to
be
as
expeditious
as
possible
for
the
employee's
sake.
However,
I
had
accidentally
grabbed
testers
for
a
number
of
products
I
wanted
to
buy,
and
the
shades
I
was
looking
for
were
sold
out.
The
young
woman
at
the
register
(I
can't
remember
her
name
but
she
had
brown
skin
and
beautiful
thick
black
hair!)
not
only
helped
me
walk
back
to
the
product
location
to
replace
the
tester,
but
when
the
shades
I
was
seeking
were
sold
out,
she
took
plenty
of
time
to
make
sure
I
still
found
products
that
worked
for
my
skin
tone.
She
recommended
a
blush
shade
that
I
was
very
apprehensive
about
trying.
It
wound
up
looking
BEAUTIFUL
on
my
skin.
Working
in
customer
service
is
hard
and
often
inconsistent,
but
this
Ulta
employee
made
my
whole
weekend,
and
I
still
reflect
upon
that
happy
morning
a
week
later!
I
hope
her
managers
see
this
and
give
her
the
recognition
she
deserves
for
her
excellent
service.
