Like
every
other
place,
when
it
changes
hands
from
one
company
to
another,
things
go
downhill.
There
was
a
note
with
a
squashed
bug
on
the
office
door
from
someone
who
tried
to
bring
it
to
their
attention
to
call
pest
control
and
did
nothing
about
it
and
then
a
few
months
later
they
invaded
my
apartment.
They
finally
took
care
of
it.
But
we
now
have
HUGE
pot
holes
since
they
did
not
take
care
of
it.
When
owned
by
the
other
company,
these
things
would
be
taken
care
of
in
a
timely
manner.
And
it
seems
the
office
hours
are
not
reliable.
Many
times
they
are
closed
due
to
“training”.
If
I
wasn’t
concerned
about
relocating
due
to
personal
reasons,
I
would.
The
office
people
seem
overall
nice,
but
it
took
a
long
time
to
get
stuff
fixed.
I
would
be
told
it
would
be
taken
care
of
in
a
few
days
and
nothing
would
happen
until
a
week
later.
Most
of
this
happened
when
Alexandria
was
management.
On
the
other
hand,
Jessica
went
above
and
beyond
in
helping
me
find
my
phone,
thinking
I
lost
it
on
the
premises
and
someone
turned
it.
It
was
turned
in,
but
not
at
Bayberry.
She
found
it
for
me.
That
is
above
and
beyond!
👍
Now
we
have
to
deal
with
the
lights
on
the
garage
flickering
for
more
than
a
month.
I
HAVE
stopped
by
the
office,
the
people
there
are
NOT
responsible
for
this,
not
their
fault.
It
is
the
failure
of
their
BOSS!
Nothing
is
being
done.
I
wish
I
could
upload
a
video
of
it!
