Awesome staff! My ex had to have a tooth pulled … on a Saturday late afternoon. Great dentist and hygienist or assistant or whatever. Very friendly and helpful! Laughed, liked and made sure my ex was comfortable even though he was in pain. In and out in less than an hour and not as expensive as I figured it would be!

I had a wonderful experience. The crown had come off my tooth on a Friday night. They were able to get me in on Saturday. It took all of maybe 10 minutes to get fixed up and I was out the door. The dentist was really kind. I definitely recommend!

This place just told me as I was filling out paperwork that I now have to pay $249 dollars to be seen, when previously saying that they accept my insurance. She also told me to my face that she told me this during a two minute phone call yesterday. Pretty sure that would have stood out. It’s not even about the money at this point. It’s about not telling me this the day before during appointment confirmation, and then springing it on me when I took off work to come in.

I was experiencing severe tooth pain and knew I needed to get into a dentist ASAP. I was having a hard time finding any place I could get in to the same day, especially on a Sunday. To my surprise, I found Now Care Dental in Eagan. I got an appointment set for that afternoon and was in and out in about an hour with my tooth issue resolved. Very friendly staff and overall experience from beginning to end. Thank you and I appreciate everyone's help.

Dr. Hansen went above and beyond to make sure that my root canal was done properly and that I was comfortable. It took longer due to some issues but he took his time and still made sure I had the best quality care possible even though it was closing time on a Friday evening. I was highly impressed. A root canal is never fun but he made the process as seamless as possible and explained everything. I was very comfortable the entire time and he kept checking in to make sure that I was doing okay. I highly recommend Dr. Hansen and Now Care Dental in Eagan. No one wants to have a dental emergency but this is the place to go if you do!

The main issue is being quoted $159 on phone after describing issue and than being told after being seen that was just for the consultation. Was still more affordable than anyone else in town, just not real clear on phone made it sound like the $159 was for getting tooth pulled. Other than that it took close too 2 hours from start to finish but hey it was a Saturday and I needed abscess tooth pulled. Everyone is very professional, dr Hansen was clear on what options were, assistances were polite and helpful. Would use again. Appreciate the work on a Saturday after thanksgiving as no one else was open.thanks now dental. Wish I could of gave you a 5, maybe discuss with reservations people so costs are clearer. Again very affordable.

Was very relieved they were able to see me in an emergency visit on a Sunday. Was seen promptly, all personal involved were polite and professional and felt the charge for a Sunday, X-ray and treatment was very reasonable. Too bad they are located too far from my home otherwise I may have considered changing dentists. Thank you very much, I had instant relief with the treatment for my dry socket.

We found ourselves looking for a dentist at 5pm on a Friday after one of our kids had a tooth knocked loose. Now Care Dental was great - prompt, professional, and very kind to our seven year old. Yes, they are expensive, but that is the case for any kind of "urgent care" services in the United States. They also were good about communicating all charges up front. Hopefully we won't need any emergency dental procedures in the future, but at least we know where to go now when our regular dentist is closed.
