The hotel is clean and neat even though the hotel is older. Staff is very professional and friendly. The hotel rooms were clean with comfortable beds with nice linens and fluffy pillows. We were traveling for pleasure to visit The Lucky Eagle and couldn’t get a room at the casino hotel as it was a last minute decision. This hotel is about 4 minutes away. The staff helped us with getting an Uber driver and were very accommodating.

I have stayed in this hotel a few times in the past. I recently had to cancel my trip and the staff (Jimena, Andrea and Manager) were all super helpful in the process and were extremely kind even though i felt like i was being a nuisance! I cannot express how great the staff was in helping me with this process. My stays have always been pleasant, very clean rooms and helpful staff! Very good price and location for this property! Thanks again!

Absolutely the best bang for your buck in Eagle Pass!! Love the employees and the rooms are everything you'll need! I stayed here several weeks for business and I was never disappointed! Keep it up Microtel! Oh, and there's a great little spot for breakfast right next door!

Room was clean and spacious. Front desk and others were very welcoming and kind. The casino is a straight shot to and from the casino.

Entrance needs marked awesome location. Pricey but good.

Absolutely the worst costumer service I have ever had at a hotel. I will never and my employees will never stay at a Microtel again. It's astonishing how bad it was.

The front desk staff are all great ladies, the rooms are adequate my only problem is the maid service never like to vacuum the floors. And they need to handle the bug problem before it gets out of hand.

It seemed expensive to me for such a small room, but the name says it's a microhotel, the bathroom had some dead bugs, nothing serious, it's good that they weren't cockroaches, the staff was very friendly.

I have unfortunately had to stay here during business trips a couple of times and have not been impressed. Rooms have been unclean, including food under beds, stuff splattered on walls hairs in sink & on shower curtain, etc. Walls are paper thin making it very hard to get quality rest. One trip,, the elevator was out of service the entire time (over a week). The "gym" is abysmal, with rikity & unsafe equipment. I travel for work quite a bit & this is by far the worst place I have stayed.

Staff is nice. The hotel is dated. There is no pest control whatsoever. Lots of earwig insect and cockroaches roaming in the room.

Very clean, modern room complete with all amenities and toiletry, wonderful and friendly staff overall. Breakfast was also spot on, continental but clean, organized and lots of options to eat. Totally recommend over any others around.

Was easy to make reservations over the phone. Staff at the front desk was very friendly and courteous. Even when my next visit reservations I had to call and cancel the day of. Oh and the pool was real nice and kinda secluded.

I stay here every time I go to the casino they have Friendly staff and the place has ALWAYS been clean and ready for check-in at the correct time.

From the time we walked into the time we left was a great experience. It was New Year’s Eve and we decided on a last minute travel without any reservations knowing that reservations were probably not gonna happen and we were probably not gonna find a room but as we drove into Eagle Pass stopped at the first hotel we stopped and walked in the ladies were very friendly the office manager knew that we didn’t have reservations and she went out of her way to get us one and we were also able to use our discount with AARP. Thank you so much for a fun and wonderful experience. We will return

Wonderful experience. Would stay there again many times. Rooms are great and the Continental breakfast is a plus and the rooms are very inexpensive with military discounts. Highly recommended

Smallest hotel room I've stayed in specially for $150. Aging decor, very weird interior design such as having to jam your fingers under a panel in the bathroom to flush the toilet. Ac was very loud and gave me a headache until I put on ear protection. First and last time I stay at this group. And coffee maker did not work.

The hotel is dirty, MICRO, and has some design flaws (ref door gap & toilet flush buttons). I do not recommend staying here. The staff did not have my reservation on file, but found me a room after stating they were full; the “clean” was rush job. The walls are paper thin, so you can hear your neighbors and guests walking in the halls.
