Have been having issues with the a/c for the longest time they should at least get portable ones as the only theater we have in town kind of sad that the upkeep has been going down hill

Downloaded the app. On the rare occasion we are able to go to the movies it would be nice to buy our tickets beforehand on the app. Turns out the tickets on the app are more expensive than at the window. And now discount Tuesdays are only 4 exclusive members.

Half of the stuff on the menu, they don’t have. Good luck trying to get a hot dog or an Icee drink.

We saw the movie of the year, Sound of Freedom in theater #2 with ABSOLUTELY NO AIR CONDITIONING! There was no mention of the air conditioning not working or being turned off. This movie theater needs an upgrade...but the movie, however, was 10/10!

Was disappointing to find out that the screen where they were showing Sound of Freedom the ac wasn't working. In this 100 plus weather, and our kids, sadly we decided to choose another movie. It was strange to know the entire cinemas ac was working perfectly except in that screen. There were many people upset about this that day.

Comfortable place to watch a movie but they skipped lots good one's at the same time

Great and very comfortable seats! Really enjoyed the movie and the kids loved it! The sound is awesome and overall great. The snack bar has enough snacks to compliment the movie, whether is with chocolates, popcorn, icee or candies. Restrooms are clean and overall building is well maintained. Good job to all staff!

Terrible service and lack of upper management supervision creates chaotic scene and workplace.

Needs updated seats to recline and better speakers for movies to sound better more snack options. Movie club memberships needs more perks.

Lines are always long they serve really slow. Besides that theater is good.

Decent theater, nice seats(not the reclining type) but new and plush and comfortable! Friendly helpful staff. The popcorn was great- they used a little more salt than at home. So I thought it was yummy!

I went to see 65 at 425pm on Sunday, March 12. I bought my tickets earlier that day because the 135pm show time was sold out. I showed up at 415pm and it said the 425pm show time was sold out. I went in the theater since I already had my tickets and there was like maybe 20 people at the most in that theater. Why did they put a sold out sign on the 425pm show time? Concessions was sold out of water and they didn't have small popcorn. Very disappointed with this theater. The bathrooms were dirty. There were employees just lounging around not doing anything.

On Sunday, June 11, 2023, my family and I went to Cinemark in Eagle Pass, Texas, to watch the new Transformers movie in Auditorium #7. We were looking forward to spending some quality time together and escaping the heat, but our experience was ruined when we realized that the air conditioning in Auditorium #7 was not working. I know that many other people were also unhappy with the situation, but few people spoke up about it. As consumers, we have the right to expect a safe and enjoyable experience when we go to the movies. Not only was the heat unbearable, but it could have also posed a safety hazard for babies and young children. If your movie is scheduled to be shown in Auditorium #7, I urge you to cancel your showing and request a refund. Cinemark needs to take responsibility for this situation and make sure that it does not happen again.

Bought 12 tickets online to the Spider-Man movie. Upon arrival we’re greeted with signs at the ticket booth that stated the ac was not working inside the theater for the Spider-Man movie. It was working everywhere else but there. We had family from outside of town that we hadn’t gathered with in years, if it weren’t for that we would’ve asked for a refund. So We decided to just go for it and “brave it out”. HUGE mistake on our part. First when it came time to order our snacks, they only had large sizes available for the popcorn/drinks, the icee machines weren’t working, they gave us some melted sugar syrup drink. Once we trekked our way through the wet sticky floors and made it to the theater, I noticed a liquid spill that was about 12 feet in diameter through the main corridor inside the theater. We hopped over the puddle and hiked up the steps through empty popcorn containers and drinks to finally make it to our seats which were also filled with trash and had sticky armrests. The theater was about 100F! And honestly if it was just the ac issue, I would not be writing this. But it was more than just the ac, the place had more than 10 people on shift, with three employees in the entrance fanning wet floor signs at a 3 foot space of wet floor. No offense to the employees who were just doing their job. Ultimately this falls on management! Either management was off that day or simply incapable of doing their job.

The place was pretty empty when I went as it was a later showing. The man working the concessions was very friendly and worked quickly. The theater itself was clean. And the movie was great!

At the food court, there were no hot dogs to purchase. They ran out and we can bring from outside. I understand everything has to be ordered, but make the customer happy by having the merchandise. Thank you.

In town for a delivery came in to past by the time and really Friendly staff. Great ticket prices. Will be back for sure.

The actual movie theater is awesome, great chairs, big screen, and good sound. However, the snack bar is very limited. Always out of stock. that seems to be the general rule of thumb, expect from them to not have the first thing in mind in stock at the snack bar
