the
Spider-Man
movie.
Upon
arrival
we’re
greeted
with
signs
at
the
ticket
booth
that
stated
the
ac
was
not
working
inside
the
theater
for
the
Spider-Man
movie.
It
was
working
everywhere
else
but
there.
We
had
family
from
outside
of
town
that
we
hadn’t
gathered
with
in
years,
if
it
weren’t
for
that
we
would’ve
asked
for
a
refund.
So
We
decided
to
just
go
for
it
and
“brave
it
out”.
HUGE
mistake
on
our
part.
First
when
it
came
time
to
order
our
snacks,
they
only
had
large
sizes
available
for
the
popcorn/drinks,
the
icee
machines
weren’t
working,
they
gave
us
some
melted
sugar
syrup
drink.
Once
we
trekked
our
way
through
the
wet
sticky
floors
and
made
it
to
the
theater,
I
noticed
a
liquid
spill
that
was
about
12
feet
in
diameter
through
the
main
corridor
inside
the
theater.
We
hopped
over
the
puddle
and
hiked
up
the
steps
through
empty
popcorn
containers
and
drinks
to
finally
make
it
to
our
seats
which
were
also
filled
with
trash
and
had
sticky
armrests.
The
theater
was
about
100F!
And
honestly
if
it
was
just
the
ac
issue,
I
would
not
be
writing
this.
But
it
was
more
than
just
the
ac,
the
place
had
more
than
10
people
on
shift,
with
three
employees
in
the
entrance
fanning
wet
floor
signs
at
a
3
foot
space
of
wet
floor.
No
offense
to
the
employees
who
were
just
doing
their
job.
Ultimately
this
falls
on
management!
Either
management
was
off
that
day
or
simply
incapable
of
doing
their
job.
