You don’t have to worry about figuring out what to work on each day since they have a program base format. Just show up, sweat together, and have a great time!     I have been going to OrangeTheory on Chinden in Meridian, ID for just about 2 months and I have had a great experience! Love the fact I can show up and just get into it and follow the coach! Making real progress!

    Great place to work out. Love the overall atmosphere, and the science behind Orangetheory! The people at the front desk are always very nice and welcoming. The coaches are all so awesome, so encouraging, and they really push you to be the absolute best you can. Coach Cathy is my favorite, she is always very friendly, cheerful, and fun to be around. There is a great group of people who I attend with in the early 7:15 am classes. The workouts are very effective, there are some days that are harder than others but the results are outstanding. I’ve been going to classes 4-5 times a week for the last 3 months and I managed to lose about 20 lbs.

    As the Boise OT gyms have common ownership and management, I wanted to make sure Eagle Island folks heard about my experience at the Eagle Rd gym. We really enjoyed the OT workout for the 1.5 months we've been members, splitting our time between Eagle Island and Eagle Rd. However when my workout partner's rower equipment failed and he flew into the glass wall behind him, smashing his head and neck, we decided to cancel our membership. How could we feel comfortable that another machine wouldn't break and cause greater injury? OT didn't make it right. They didn't offer to pay for my partner's trip to urgent care. They didn't offer even a month's discount. And they will hold us to our contract for another 30 days of workout we won't use. Poor form.

    I love that every workout is challenging and different and my work outs are planned for me! The coaches are always motivating and encouraging and all of them are amazing. You can reach any goal at any level and they will help you achieve it. The people and environment is very energetic and motivating. You will definitely see results. The best one hour work out for sure!

    I love that I don’t have to put any thought into my workout, just work! Each class is a new class to beat your last, best class. Workouts are always different, the coaches push and have fun with you, and seeing your 12+ splats is crazy satisfying, along with all the sweat and gratification knowing you just crushed a killer workout. I’m addicted!

    Orangetheory really is a great workout that I would highly recommend. It will help improve health and performance. The workouts are as challenging as you would like to make them. It’s perfect for the casual exerciser or individuals looking to improve strength and cardiovascular performance at the highest level. The best part is you can get a free class and test for yourself.

    This is the best workout I’ve ever taken! I love this place! The staff, the coaches, everyone is so welcoming and encouraging. Every workout is different, the music is great and those SPLAT points are addictive!
