Emily who helped us was fantastic. She was knowledgeable and passionate about it. My wife was not super excited but afterward said how great it was. My joints felt especially smooth and I just felt light after. Skin was very soft. Mentally I was able to explore some thoughts and things that my monkey brain usually cannot stay connected to. I dozed in and out a little and really enjoyed the whole thing. I fell asleep very quickly that night which Is very rare for me as I am a night owl. Both of us slept deep and sound. I highly recommend this place and this therapy. One note- avoid licking your lips during or after. It does not taste good.

I received a gift certificate here from my sister-in-law. I actually was very skeptical of it and thought how could this possibly really work. Well, yesterday afternoon my sciatica pain was at a all time high and I went in for an hour session. It was simple to call and book appointment. I felt pretty good walking out, but this morning I am totally pain free! Staff was very friendly and the place very clean. I thought I would get claustrophobic and motion sick (I am a major car sick person) but I was able to shut the pod tune out and relax. Highly recommend this place. I also suffer from autoimmune diseases and I feel like this is very healing for those conditions as well to balance body.

Very unique experience that gave me a glimpse into my mind’s capacity to generate chaos. I think this was a great exposure to a useful tool for mindfulness that I plan to utilize in the future. The facility was well maintained and very clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. It was a great first experience.

I cannot recommend this place more! Tyler is awesome. The rooms are clean, quiet and relaxing. If you need to get away from the hustle and bustle for a few to regenerate, meditate or get some physical benefits from the zero gravity Epsom soak.. This is where you want to be!

Love, love, love this place so much. Best place to go and reset yourself. Everyone is so kind and speaks gently, it’s a very relaxed environment. Definitely recommend as part of your self-care days. My one complaint is the broken light button in pod 1. Gives me anxiety to go in there and think I may have to get staff to turn it off for me (which I have twice lol) 😂 but they are kind about it!

Very clean. Easy in Easy out for a first-timer. There is a little light that gets in through opening when door is shut but if you close your eyes it's unnoticeable.

I heard about floating from a coworker. I am not from the Boise area, but we were in town visiting a friend and knew our group wanted to try it out. We did a first time float at the Boise location yesterday night at the 8pm time slot. Although we were a little late (being from out of town), they were very accommodating and kind. Paperwork was super quick and easy. The float experience was unique! I didn't quite know what to expect and so I couldn't quite shut my mind off, which is fine. Coming out of the session, I felt relaxed and was definitely willing to try it again. We decided the next day to try the Eagle location! It is a newer spot and still a great experience. Because I knew what to expect, I was able to completely relax. After about 10min of the complimentary music (to help you get into the relaxed state) I totally zonked out for the whole hour! 5min before the float ends, the music comes back on to help wake you up/prep you for the end of the session. When I woke up, I was shocked that I had even fallen asleep in the first place. The reception in both locations are super helpful and will answer all your questions. They let us know that you really need to give floating a try 2-3 times before you know what to expect and relax the most. It was super awesome and I can't wait to try my next float.

Took a couple minutes to fully get used to the feeling but when I did it felt surreal, like floating in space. Also when I got out and stretched it felt like every muscle in my body was massaged by a willy wonka-esque taffy machine. Highly recommend.
