but
admin
is
completely
inflexible
and
money-orientated,
if
anything
goes
wrong
don't
expect
them
to
accomodate
you
whatsoever,
they
will
take
the
full
course
fee
and
not
offer
any
leeway
with
refunds
or
even
rescheduling
unlike
the
many
other
companies
I've
dealt
with
who
have
goodwill.
I
don't
usually
write
reviews
but
felt
compelled
to
here.
The
actual
course
and
training
was
good
value,
enjoyable,
led
by
nice
instructors
and
well
planned
out.
The
issue
is
with
admin
and
their
complete
inflexibility.
My
course
was
on
Wed-Fri,
and
early
in
the
week
I
had
sinus
congestion
so
I
called
alerting
them
of
this
on
Monday.
They
told
me
to
call
back
on
Wednesday,
letting
them
know
if
symptoms
improved.
When
I
listened
to
what
they
said
and
did
call
on
Wednesday
letting
them
know
I
was
still
congested
they
wanted
to
charge
a
$100
rebook
fee
because
it
was
a
reschedule
within
24
hours
(even
though
they
told
me
to
re-call
on
Wednesday).
They
also
advised
me
I'd
have
to
pay
an
additional
$230
if
I
wanted
to
do
a
course
at
a
later
date
because
the
initial
booking
was
at
the
end
of
November
and
the
rescheduled
course
would
be
December
which
apparently
falls
within
their
summer
rates.
Due
to
this
inflexibility,
I
decided
to
just
do
the
course
despite
my
sinus
congestion
and
be
careful
in
the
water.
However,
it
didn't
end
here.
My
friend
had
a
last
minute
university
exam
reschedule
and
so
missed
what
is
no
longer
than
a
10
minute
online
scuba
diving
test
on
the
night
before
the
proper
training
and
dives.
They
showed
up
the
first
day
of
proper
training
explaining
the
situation,
ready
to
do
the
online
test
quickly
(which
they
had
studied
the
content
for
already
in
the
mandated
training
modules)
yet
were
not
let
to
do
anything.
They
had
payed
the
full
fee
but
were
just
blatantly
refused
even
though
it
would
have
been
as
simple
as
the
instructor
saying
yes,
and
letting
them
join
(all
their
diving
equipment
was
prepped
and
ready
for
them
to
participate
-
they
could
have
so
easily
been
accommodated).
They
were
literally
sent
home,
their
money
taken
and
no
refund
offered
whatsoever,
with
only
the
option
to
rebook
at
a
full
fee
with
0
concession.
This
was
really
disappointing
-
I
would
have
thought
most
decent
companies
and
people
would
show
even
the
slightest
amount
of
goodwill
here
and
let
them
participate,
or
offer
a
better
solution.
I
understand
they
are
a
business
but
they
offered
no
help
at
all.
