I would highly recommend the open water scuba diver course. Our instructor Matt was amazing. He was extremely clear in his communication when teaching us new skills. Matt also always made sure everyone in the group was okay and understood everything before moving onto the next skill. I have never done any scuba diving before and I now feel extremely confident with all the new skills I’ve been taught. I thought the price for this course was extremely reasonable, including online training, gear, classroom lessons and 4 dives. I highly recommend Prodive Manly and the awesome team we had on our open water diver course. Kevin, Henry and Sam did an amazing job from start to finish! I was in Kevin's group and had an amazing time he was extremely patient with me and the rest of the group and very funny which helped alleviate the stress under conditions where stress was a factor. I went diving 4 times with PrO DIvE Manly back in November and I loved it so much that this time I brought my partner along. We had a great time yesterday at the long reef. The site was very good and we got to see many Nurse Sharks. The crew were very professional and efficient and our guide Mark was amazing. We loved it so much. We will definitely be back next time we go to Sydney! Thank you all so much!!

I haven't dived with these guys for a long time but now chose them twice in two months. They have upped their game big time: the boat is big and on-time, the crew friendly and professional and the diving is awesome: how it's supposed to be - fun, relaxing, great snacks btw. On the previous trip they even went a km out to sea after spotting some whales - an amazing surface interval. Keep it up guys: I'll be back (and thanks for the help with the BCD and reg after mine failed)

The boat dive yesterday was probably the greatest one I've ever done with Pro Dive. Eric met us at the Rose Bay Wharf and eased my jitters about diving after a couple months off and helped us board the vessel. Also great to see Dylan and Cody, and also Sam after way too long, who all keep morale high as always. I don't know where they get their energy from but they go above and beyond for every diver. The first dive in Magic Point was absolutely 'magic,' with grey nurse sharks all around us as well as glorious sea life. Eric was a fantastic DM for us as always and we had a few very funny moments meaning that our surface interval was one-long humorous debrief. The second dive at Chapel Steps was also good with a number of cuttlefish but really the attitude and patience the crew showed in the face of anchor issues was really the most memorable. They conducted a mission to free the anchor with such impressive professionalism. Bravo guys, that wasn't easy. Following the dive, our debrief in Rose Bay with Eric went on for 2 hours as I sourced info out of him about all things scuba, in Aus and abroad. He really brings a social side to Pro Dive which I'd love to see more of. Thanks to the whole crew for a wonderful day. Another shout out to Cody who really is a force of nature on the boat - she has taken on more and more responsibility over the 6 months I've dived with her and is a shining example of all Pro Dive values.

I had a great experience buying some snorkeling gear at the Brookvale shop today. They explained the differences between various masks, snorkels and fins and proactively offered different price points. I found the perfect set for me and can't wait to get in the water now!

These guys are definitely pros. The dive at Shelley Beach was fantastic. The staff were there on time and really organised. We had two great dives. The visibility was average so we did not see as much as we would have like but it was a great day. The dive leader did a great job and paid a lot of attention to safety. Great value for money. I'll be doing more of these. Shelley Beach is particularly nice. Getting in and out of the water is easy. It's a marine reserve so it's been well looked after.

A group of 6 of us went diving at Shelly Beach with Artur as our guide and had a wonderful time. Artur did a great job explaining the plan for both dives and rental equipment was high quality. We saw lots of Port Jackson sharks and a Grey nurse shark plus lots of other wildlife that made both dives exciting. I would definitely recommend this company and would dive with them again if we're ever in Sydney. Thanks so much!

I did my Open Water Diver course with Pro Dive Brookvale and could not recommend enough. I’m really happy with my experience and my instructor Daniel was the best. I feel way more confident with my diving now thanks to the highly knowledgeable staff. Thanks for such a wonderful time! 🌊🤿

Did my Open Water and Advanced Courses through Pro Dive Alexandria and that was awesome. I signed up for a package to progress to do my divemaster because I had such a great experience. After moving to the Northern Beaches I changed to Pro Dive Manly (Brookvale) and the communication with the dive shop has been very poor. It’s discouraged me from wanting to dive here and progress to divemaster. The last few experiences I’ve had here have been very unorganized. However, in the past I’ve always had an awesome experience on the boat with Marc and other staff. That’s a five star experience. If you’re looking to do a couple dives off the boat or one course I would recommend Pro Dive.

Great experience getting my open water certificate here - Apo was an excellent instructor and Daniel and Will were amazing teachers too! Highly recommend, the skills are hard to learn at first but the crew teach amazingly and by the end you will feel very accomplished

Did the open water diving course and the experience was fantastic. Apo and Will where our instructors and did a great job. The environment was safe but they made it fun as well. Highly recommend.

Did the 2.5 day open water course. Great and efficient. Sam was excellent as the instructor. Pacing of the course itself was good - some pretty long days but expected as squeezing in quite a lot of knowledge and upskilling over the weekend. By the end of the weekend we were all very comfortable with scuba diving as they really instill good safety practices.

Our instructor Will was amazing. His instructions were clear and succinct and he was quick to get through the skills work so that we could spend the most time in the water and dive safely. Would highly recommend this company as a dive school and am keen to take on further courses.

The Pro Dive Open Water Course is extremely well organised and run. It was a big weekend but no time was wasted and the team made it so much fun. The teachers are excellent and very knowledgeable - all instructions were explained clearly - Matt was a champ. Our group felt very well supported and reassured throughout. The course is unreal value for the time and resources! I did it in winter and the temperature wasn't an issue - we were well protected. The team are clearly passionate about what they do, I would definitely recommend this course.

Such a great experience getting my certification done here. Being a beginner to diving Kevin and the team explained everything so well and had us practice what we had trouble with the most to be extra comfortable underwater. So much fun and such nice people

My partner (Fabio) & I finally 'took the plunge' to become certified divers. We were very satisfied with our experience using Prodive. We had Bella Walker and Lockie as our lead instructors and we couldn't have asked for anyone better. They were both very professional and knowledgeable and I feel a lot more confident now with my diving abilities. My partner & I loved it so much we have already signed up for the Advanced course :)

Did a double boat dive yesterday - did long reef then stopped at Blue Fish Point on the way back. Was a great dive day, with bonus points for the pies and sausage rolls cooked fresh on the boat during the surface interval. The boat was well equipped and the staff were very helpful. I am going to book with them again. Highly recommended.

PRO DIVE Openwater course was absolutely fantastic. Extremely skilled instructors, friendly and are always there to walk to through everything. I would 100% recommend them to anyone interested.

I have just completed the OW20 training over the last two and a half days. The training by all instructors was conducted in a professional and friendly, but firm manner for all students, which with an age range from 14 to 55 years was very impressive. I felt confident that I was safe and being taken care of throughout, although allowing me to build a self-assured capability to dive within my capability in widely varying conditions.

Great overall experience-Store staff were extremely helpful when booking. Instructors were highly skilled and had a great sense of humour so made if fun. I don't usually leave reviews but thought this was overall a standout experience. Thanks for Weekend.

Easy to rent equipment. Good service in the end. Watch out for the interesting customer service when you 1st call up though! It wasn't a good experience until we demanded it. No refunds, cancellations so ensure you know what you want before you book or expect some resistance.

Absolutely loved the 2.5 day weekend Open Water PADI Course. The dive instructors Keith and Phillip made learning everything fun. Learning in Victoria Park pool first was great. Felt completely comfortable diving in the ocean at Clifton Gardens twice on Saturday and Shelly Beach twice on Sunday. Exhausting but well worth it! Absolutely recommend Pro Dive Manly.

The team is super passionate about the sea and helping people discover the underwater world. Great for gear and training. The boat dives are great and the team are super helpful.

All the staff were amazing and made the experience so comfortable and enjoyable. Despite the water visibility and current weather conditions in Sydney, they ensured we still had the best time and felt completely safe. They gave a lot of tips that’s got me so excited to dive in the future!

Prodive is my favourite dive shop! The staff are very nice, welcoming and experienced. They take us to the best dive spots and regardless of the conditions manage to find lots of great critters. Highly recommend!

Very professional and friendly organisation and was a pleasure to dive with them on a double boat dive. I'd never really considered Sydney as a great diving destination, but despite the recent storms and flooding resulting in poor visibility, was amazed by the amount of fish and stunning underwater landscapes. The next time I find myself in Sydney, I'll definitely be planning some more diving and giving Pro Dive a call!

Dilon, Cody, Eric and Mark were a wonderful team and had a good energy during the entire trip- even though the weather was rainy and the water was choppy. Dilon took my friend and I on a private tour- where we saw octopus, port jacksons, wobbegong, grey nurse and more. They made us feel safe during the dive.

I’ve done two boat dive trips with Pro Dive, which included Magic Point, North Bondi, and Blue Fish Point, all guided by Eric. Awesome dive sites with opportunities to see lots of beautiful marine life including grey nurse sharks. Eric is an excellent guide who delivers focused, thorough dive briefings, and he’s also super passionate and knowledgeable about the local marine life in Sydney. Great boat with free nitrox. I’ll definitely dive with them again.

it's a wonderful experience. We saw a lot of fished underwear. What an amazing world down there. And the course itself is super helpful. My instructor matt is super nice, considerate and patient. He encouraged and helped me a lot during the course. At the end of the course, we had pizza together which is included in the package. That was awesome! I really like the energy in prodive and I'll definitely do my advance lesson here! You'd be surprised how much one can learn during one day! Very helpful with awesome price!

Had a really great experience doing the open water diving course over the weekend. The the course was planned out really well and taught even better. I felt really supported and safe learning all the ins and outs of diving. Our instructors were highly skilled and super helpful along side making the experience really fun. My teams main instructor APO was superb, loved the French accent and overall a top notch guy. Would recommend this course to all my friends
