Dude what the heck. My mom and I were ordering drinks yesterday and I'm pretty sure my mom didn't do anything for the staff to be provoked. When we got our drinks I was drinking mine and felt a debris in my mouth that wasn't ice so I spit it out to find its a crumb off some food. Decided to get another one from a different location so u dumped it out to find something resembling a loogi at the bottom of my cup. This was literally unprovoked what the heck....

Why am I still trying to hear back about my entire meal being hard and cold. I have been nice since the beginning of this but after three phone calls? I pulled up during happy hour at 3 and order the tender dinner and the jumbo chicken. The chicken both orders were tougher than a rock. And the sides were hard and cold in the middle ive been hurried off the phone 3 times now.

The team here is pretty polite. I went here today though and they have employees wearing grey sweatpants... not exactly a great look for a place serving food. I'll likely go somewhere else next time.

I love the car-hops and the window staff. They are amazing. However, for some reason the cook team hasn't been able to get my order right lately. Either I don't get something I ordered or the order itself is wrong. It seems like they aren't looking and the order. I have ordered from this Sonic for years, but the last couple of months have been hit an miss with food orders. Just need to look carefully at the food order tickets, please.

This is my favorite Sonic! The food is always fresh and hot, the staff is always so friendly, and the whole place is always very clean.

Good service nice fresh food. Ordered a fish sandwich no pickles and got it with pickles.

Quick service. Fat breakfast burritos, very hot! Had to cool them before handling and eating. Tortilla looked and tasted raw.

Our car hop was very cheerful and pleasant when she brought our order. That really did set the tone for things. Our food did come fast and was delicious. My wife and son both ordered a strawberry shortcake slush, and they were amazed at how it tasted so much like the name. I tried it, and I definitely recommend you should too. Overall, my visit was pretty good. Keep up the good work, Sonic.

Usually, we go to Brownwood, Austin Ave Sonic, but service and food have been poor lately. So, I decided to try Early's Sonic (was in the area), and they were way better. Quick, hot, and tasty . Good job Early👍👏

We'll. Foot long chili cheese dogs were supposed to be $1.99 today, but they charged full price.

In and out they all say they hate me I want to go to the big egg hope it's like them story's form kid naps... That's it...

During our mild summers, hahaha, I like to stop in for the cherry limeade slushy and you can never go wrong with the tater tots.

Overall I like this Sonic, but the last few times the sweet tea has not been very sweet and the ice is not plentiful.

Update.. Against my better judgment, I went back and the order was completely wrong. If you can't do any better, you should close this store and save Everyone the frustration of trying to get what they ordered.. Save your money and just eat your shoe....you won't know the difference.
