This was my first time here. A few days ago, my mom had called in an order for her and some co-workers. They are teachers so I was going to bring them lunch. •Issue 1: One of those people has some allergy where his stuff can't be touching any bread, which my mom specifically stated 3 times. Solution: had to remake an entire #2, sorry guys!! •Issue 2: There was supposed to be 2 sweet teas, not 2 unsweetened. I went off what was on the receipt: 2 unsweetened & 1 sweet. Solution: please ring up drinks correctly in the future!! One lady didn't get to enjoy her drink; thanks guys. •Issue 3: Another person's meal was missing their mashed potatoes, so I was forced to give them mine..Bc I wasn't about to disappoint yet another teacher by their stuff being incorrect. So, I paid for a side of mashed potatoes and didn't get them. •Issue 4: My mom was told her total so I would know before my arrival...the total was wrong. Why was it wrong, you ask? The person who took the call-in order left off the family sized fries...but was able to give her the total with them? Interesting. •Issue 5: we had a 2nd #2 (which is 7 tenders) that had only 5 pieces, which were seriously disappointing in the decent size aspect. I'll post picture with this. Overall, I don't think I'd come here again. First experience will probably my last, unless someone happens to reach out to fix this.

Best chicken tenders in town 😋. So much so, there is usually a line in the drive-thru. Service is pretty quick 98% of the time and everyone has always been polite.

Order a large meal (25 tenders) plus a 2 piece meal all with drinks to feed 6 and was only given 6 packets of spicy condiments. Asked for more and they refused to give me more or let me buy any when asked. Also, the guy waiting on us stopped to answer his cell phone when taking our order. Be better than this Chicken Express.

This place is my favorite place to get my chicken cravings taken care of. Always hot chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy w/ a dinner roll! Friendly service & they greet me with a smile! Oh yeah lets not forget about the sweet tea best in town! Thank you for taking care of me!

They are all very young but really do try if only the cashier would or could count my change back to me and one girl has long strands of hair hanging down her face,the manger's are awesome

It's fast-food chicken folks...BUT...they have several things you just can't find anywhere else, that's also very tasty. That's a combo I'll pay for. So what are these things? Chicken gizzards and livers. If that's not your thing just pass it by but, if it is, they make some of the best I've had even from full-scaled southern restaurants. I said its a chicken place, but did YOU know they serve fish? Folks, not just any fish, theirs is really good; better than some restaurants. When you can find a hidden gem for a fast-food price, take it, enjoy it and smile. Eat! Have fun with it! Make it an experience even if it's called fast food.

We have always loved Chicken Express in Early, Texas. We have not been in several months. Last week we ordered and the hush puppies didn't look or have any taste similar to a hush puppy. Our 4 corn on the cob had a mushy softness that i couldn't eat. Corn on the cop is my all time favorite. The fish was extremely crunchy so I paid $38 for mashed potatoes that were good and a little container of gravy. Extremely disappointed.

Always wonder why their so slow at the Chicken E in Brwd. Now I see why the busiest part of the day. The cook is out here taking his friend's order. And talkin to his homie and working on homie order only. Hell he even delivered it. . Now their backed up like crazy and probably won't have any legs as usual!

I have been to the drive through numerous different days and they NEVER have ANY chicken ready to order. You open at 1030 am You are a restaurant for eating and your main item is chicken. If you open at 1030, you should have food ready for your customers. I shouldn't be told EVERY single time I come that it will be 10 to 15 min for chicken..... why??? No one else opens without being ready to serve.

Never get what I'm ordering always lacking or food is cold then have to ask for stencils all the time after they say it's in there and not, and the line was only a truck and me no excuses I understand if meant are there but it wasn't.

Food is good and some employees are nice but I'd say they are super slow I've been there 3xs and I'm having to wait a hr to get my food this is crazy!!!!!

It’s been hit or miss but when they hit - omg it’s out of the park! So yummy! I love the spicy tenders. The flavor is perfect 😍 the fries are the best of anywhere. The gravy is so so so delicious! Fried okra is good too. The fish is what I haven’t had much luck with though unfortunately. I wish it was good. It’s either too salty or old and hard and inedible. I’ve tried it twice and haven’t had luck. Sticking with the spicy tenders meal!

Person at the drive through was a jackass and the general manager invited me to come back and "talk" to the person at the drive thru personally insinuating a physical altercation.

One star for their rolls. Fries are not good at all. Chicken is fair at best.

Tim was very friendly and attentive at the register. He told us about the specials. The other staff did a wonderful job getting our large order together... accurately.

February 8th. Outside line was full, about 10 people inside. None of them had food!! We placed an order at 6:12 for 2,two piece catfish meals with okra and hush puppies. We didn’t get our food until 7:03. By this time all the people that came in after us had either picked up food to go or eaten their food and left. The outside lane was also empty. There is no good reason that it would take 50 minutes to get an order other than poor management and inefficiency!!! This place once prided themselves with fast and efficient service!! Will think twice before going here again!!

Pulled up to Drive thru and ordered was told 20 minutes on dark meat chicken they couldn't find the cook ordered chicken strips and 2 2 piece fish combos got to the window and first got the wrong drinks then only got 1 2 piece fish combo got the cashiers attention and when he opened the window he said "now what!" Was told the order taker thought it was 1 2 piece fish ordered another one and was told it would be over 10 minutes told them forget it. It was a mistake to go there and left. Will never go back. We never have any problems at the Comanche location will go there from now on.......update new owners and extremely improved service and better food

The manager was very rude even when I was ordering. I go there frequently and every time the same employee has the same attitude. When my order was handed to me it felt like it was basically thrown at me in the manner it was given. My drink was barely in my hand as if it was intended to slip out of my hand. I am always nice and friendly every time I go. In my business, it doesn't matter who you are or what you do I treat them with respect. I would expect the same in return for a business like yours.

Took me 25 minutes to get 3 pieces of chicken. Management should already be alert on a rush. It's simple and easy to be on top of. Pre prep and be vigilant for these times. And not the first time in encountered this problem here.

Food is great and I never have to wait long for my food because they take my order while I'm in the line for the drive thru.

Run by teens, no ice in soda machine tables were dirty with only 3 tables occupied. Food was fresh and hot, and delicious as always

Went there with my family and order a lot of chicken and it came out halfway raw.. never eating there again especially having my nieces and nephew almost eating that chicken. Went home and took a nap and got sick in the stomach for 2-3 days.

Fries were raw. Chicken, fries and gravy was ice cold. Sweet tea tasted like dirty dish water.

Have been to this location numerous times and the trip today was about normal. Go through the drive thru after placing my order and see they are having a sale on wings. That's nice. We ordered 2x12 piece family meals. Get home and open up the boxes and there are 6 wings in each box along with 2 each thighs, drumsticks and breast. Normally when you order a 12 piece you get 3 of each but I guess getting a deal on wings means that the customer has to pay the same price for a wing as they normally would for a breast. If I had known I would end up with 12 wings out of 24 pieces of chicken I would have just spent $10 and gotten the 12 wings that was on sale and saved myself over $20 after tax.

It was alright. The ideal having to wait in drive thru line, then you get to window for your order which is one individual order and they got a vehicle that is two vehicles behind thats has more than one individual order to it is frustrating. Then you watch fix yours and put on container by window you have to continue to wait. That's poor service. Believe I've worked in fast food too. This use too be my favor place to go eat.

Tasty food. Clean. Waffle house waitress for a cashier. Service obviously could have been faster.

For the prices and the tasting chicken they don't combine too expensive the coleslaw smell like it's been sitting in the refrigerator for a while the mashed potatoes were too watery the fries were soggy the price unbelievable they need to really update.

It is what you pay for. Fried food and some good sides. Recommend for a later night dinner due to popularity during the day. Can get backed up easily during lunch hours!
