I
applied
for
a
General
Manager
position.
I
was
given
the
classic
"Bait
and
Switch"
treatment.
I
was
told
that
I
would
qualify
for
a
Shift
Manager
position,
starting
at
$10-11
an
hour.
Then
I
was
told
that
I
would
have
to
be
hired
on
as
a
Team
Member,
at
$9
an
hour,
in
order
to
"train
up"
to
get
to
the
Shift
Manager
position
after
a
period
of
time,
in
which
I
would
have
to
meet
with
management
again
to
assess
my
progress.
I'm
sorry,
but
that
was
a
disrespectful
slap
in
the
face.
I
applied
for
a
General
Manager
position.
If
I
was
not
qualified,
I
would
not
have
applied
for
it.
I
don't
appreciate
being
given
the
run-around
and
told
that
I
would
have
to
be
okay
with
making
less
than
what
I
applied
for,
when
I
had
spoken
with
a
District
Manager
about
a
General
Manager
position.
If
I
could
have
left
a
review
with
no
stars,
I
would
have.
Don't
waste
your
time
with
Wendy's
if
you're
looking
for
a
job
that's
worth
the
gas
money
just
to
get
there.
