…Waitress was attentive and friendly, although she needs more help. Our food came out a little later than expected, which made the food cold & sort of tasteless. I hated to complain bc there’s was only one waitress, but she took care of the situation and handled it professionally. The boss/manager came out to access the already solved problem, but apparently couldn’t solve the bickering… (There were arguments flown around the room from employee to employee.. )The only real problem is time management and short staffing. (We didn’t ask for more food.. there was already a crowd of people waiting in line & we didn’t wanna be selfish..)

We had a great family breakfast today, I wish I would have caught the waitress name because she was so nice and kind. We have eaten here several times and the food is always great.

The one star is literally because the restaurant was clean. We sat in the waiting area with two other couples for over 30 minutes. We all looked around only to see not even half of the restaurant full. Finally we get seated and once again we had to wait. This time for drinks. We finally placed our orders and watched three couples who came in after us get seated, drinks and food brought out. At the least they could've brought out my sons food so he wouldn't be hungry. Finally got our food and to our surprise everything was cold. And to make matters worse, the person they had cleaning the tables was extremely unprofessional. Under no circumstances should I see your underwear while you're cleaning tables. Nor should you be constantly pulling your pants up but not covering your sagging. Especially seeing that they were wearing a belt.

Arrived on a Saturday morning. Was seated immediately and service was fast. My waitress was very nice and attentive. Food came out great!

Bobby C did a great job, very friendly, professional and clean. Food was excellent, table clean but forks and knifes with water spots, scratches and look old. Took some time to get the table but food came in reasonable time.

If I could go lower and still leave a comment, I would. When we arrived, there were a total of 2, yes, two other customers. Yet we still waited almost 5 minutes to be acknowledged and seated. Then, we waited 8 minutes for our server to greet us and take our orders. She delivered our drinks within just a few minutes. THEN, 6 minutes later the server came to tell us the bad news, there was no cook present. After all, it was between shifts and she was sorry. She did suggest that we could wait for the next cook to show up. We elected to pay our tab and move on. After considering our choice, she offered the one soft drink and glass of water to us "on the house". We accepted and left. I'm really hoping this was an isolated incident. I may never know as I will be hard pressed to return to thus IHOP.

There was no management at the store at all, no support for the 5 people working the entire establishment (who did a good job considering that it was severely understaffed), no one to help us or anybody else check in - another customer took over putting people on the waitlist! The place was actually very clean, which was surprising, so kudos to the staff who were actually at work. Seriously consider going somewhere else before coming here.

I took my family to treat them for helping me move. My kids and their kids. The food was good. Too many dishes was missing. Had to remind servers of orders. Servers nice and friendly. Will visit again. 👍👍👍🤗 TerryB

Brother Kee's service was amazing. Felt natural, he was patient, helpful , really take his job serious all while doing it with good friendly energy . I must say this was the best experience of all the IHOP's I've been too. I travel alot . Great Job Kee.

Ate here with my grandma b/c she wanted to come. Our server was very polite and helpful when it came to the menu and ordering. IHOP has updated their menu and added a variety of options to choose from. I ordered the jalapeño burger it was tasty with the perfect amount of spice. My grandma ordered the Philly cheesesteak, she said she enjoyed her meal too. Overall it was a nice out for the both of us.😊

They need better service, waitress passed the table like 10 times no eye contact. We had to get another server to bring drink refills and we waited 20 minutes for a check...the food has went from good to just ok. Everytime I come back it's progressively getting worse, so this was my last time.

I find the food is a hit and miss. Sometimes it is good and sometimes it is fair -today it was fair. Manager, Hispanic lady, was RUDE when we asked for more white gravy on a chicken fried steak was no where near covering the OVER COOKED, hard edges steak.

Let me start by saying when I walked in, I was hit with an unpleasant smell and the place was severely understaffed. I can understand being short staffed, however, no one should have to stand at the hostess stand and wonder where everyone is. After standing there a few minutes I asked the other guests standing there if they were on the wait list. There were 4 groups total and no one had greeted them or put them down on the list. Finally we were all taken and sat. We sat there for 30 minutes and no one had come and taken our drink order or even said hi. I saw people who came in after us getting their drinks and orders taken. I finally had to get the attention of a waitress that was not assigned to us, to take our order. She was sooo sweet but sooo overwhelmed. But she never stopped smiling and trying so hard to make things right. I believe her name is Adriana. Sadly our food was not hot, just room temperature. I don't hold that against anyone really because of being short staffed but I wanted to make it known.

The server only came to our table for the initial order and delivery. While we were finishing up, two employees started arguing. They were yelling and cursing at each other right behind us!! If you want to enjoy your I-HOP. Do not go to this location!! I just wanted to eat my pancakes in peace!!

Our server was so polite and accommodating. The place was quiet and clean. Our food came out fast and every was cooked very well.

I used to be a big fan of IHOP... this plastic has gone down... it felt like forever for our food to get to us.. the food was cold... there was mold on the wall... I will not be coming back... I'm sorry... I really try to not give negative reviews unless it is nessaary...

So I went into IHOP 07/09/23 my waitress name was Kimmie....slim black lady....when I tell you this lady has a natural gift she made time there amazing.....the food came out fast she acknowledged me...I'm going back strictly because of Kimmie. She needs to be recognized for her hard work.

ordered an omelet, Colorado. It was a very small omelet, and there was some roast in it. The roast tasted like it was going bad. I could not finish my meal. The coffee was bitter, and after I drank a half cup, l stopped. It ain't like it used to be. IHOP used to be crowded, and you had to wait for a table, but today, there were plenty of empty tables. I'm sad to say that eating there won't happen again.

Great place to dine. It's a little pricy but great atmosphere. Expect a wait most times. It's worth the wait. The waitress was fantastic. The food came very fast.

Food was OK but pretty cool by the time it got to the table. Had to keep asking waiter for drink refills, napkins he never came back to ask if the food was OK either and it was not that busy. He kept disappearing in the back room and only had maybe 4 tables. This was early afternoon which was sad.

Early morning food cravings, then this is one of the best place to visit open 24 hours. When I entered the restaurant at 5 AM in the morning, there was no one to provide services. I waited for 10 minutes and was about to leave. Luckylee a Lady server came out of the kitchen. The lady server was polite I ordered chicken fajita Omlet. It was nicely cooked delicious, full of veggies and chicken. The where also well cooked. A couple of days ago In the middle of the night, I had placed an order on the I hop App two chicken fajita omelette and one strawberry milkshake. However, when the delivery was done by the Doordash. One item milkshake was missing from the order on calling Doordash. They said I hop will refund the amount after 3 to 5 days. I notified the issue to the Server and she was polite and kind enough to get a strawberry milkshake without any charge. Enjoyed the food and had a very good delicious experience .

I ordered on the ihop app. I called to let them know I arrived early and no one answered. I waited in my car well past the curbside pickup time just to have to come inside and give them my name so they could start making my order. This location is always packed to capacity and those that order ahead always have to wait nearly an hour or more for orders that should only take 20 minutes. This place is in desperate need of new management and more servers.

we walked in and waited to be seated. a couple employees walked by but didn't acknowledge us. manager asked if we had been helped and he seated us. after about 15 minutes he came back by and realized we still hadn't been helped and took it upon himself to serve us. not once did we need anything!! it's been a long time since we have had such great customer service that it was refreshing to learn there are still people out there trying.

IHOP is a good place for casual dining. The breakfast menu allows for great flexibility, and there are good lunch and dinner choices. Stay away from the steak, it never has a good flavor. Service is very friendly and attentive, but if the restaurant is full, the kitchen can be slow. Altogether a solid choice.

This is NOT OUR FIRST TIME HERE we have spared them for way too long. So #1 after 9pm the customer service is trash. I can see if they were busy that would.probably explain a percentage of the ignorance . But nope they literally disregard you . I'm not blaming the employees I blame management . There needs to be more accountability on the shift . SECONDLY it just feels like some one sits you down for a hotel breakfast and you have to find for yourself THIRDLY the food has taken a deficiency maybe since the pandemic but I will not be returning to the siegan location

After waiting over 30 minutes for our food we started to leave. The waitress assured us our food would be out in the next few minutes. Yeah, it was. My pancakes were cold. You're better off going to Cracker Barrel or even waffle house.

Christina was very professional when taking my order over the phone. Kind, polite, and extremely helpful! She thoroughly took heed to my food allergy and ensured proper service. VERY thankful for dedicated workers like her. She has been an absolute joy! The food taste so delicious I did not remember to take a photo until it was consumed! The cook, excuse me.. the chef! Not only "put their foot in it" , he or she put their back into it!!!! I will definitely be giving this location my business again. Happy customer!

Only if I could give this place a 0 star. Literally wired for like 20 minutes before getting helped and then my to go order took about an hour. The restaurant is completed empty but people are lined up at the host stand complaining about the wait as well. They also did not understand my order, i said chocolate chip pancakes and they were like do you want them in the side. I was like why would I want chocolate chips on the side and not in my pancake.my order was simple 3 chocolate chip buttermilk pancakes, like that hard to comprehend, like why would not not want chocolate chips in your pancakes And they got my order wrong They got me double chocolate chip pancakes not traditional buttermilk pancakes with chocolate chip pancakes or it. Then I tried the pancakes and they were dry and cold

Every time we come here we try to think the best of it, but we are always let down. This store went through a recent renovation, so we thought things might be better. When we arrived there was no one to greet us and we stood there waiting for over 10 minutes. When we were eventually seated, the service was slow and our waitress was overloaded with other duties. They had no clean silverware and gave us plastic utensils instead. The food came out greasy and hard to even eat. We will not be coming back for a long while.

We really enjoyed our food and service here. We will definitely be going back. All of the food came out hot and fresh and exactly as ordered. There happy hour is pretty good for a quick bite that is affordable and filling.
