Their food was sooo fulfilling!🤤 I like how when I asked the cashier what she liked & what was popular she was able to tell me which & why & also asked if I wanted desert(up selling lol). I got the patty melt meal & a cookie. The service was good n friendly. The facility was clean & overall time waiting wasn’t long coming inside compared to drive thru.

I have been here twice in my travels. Both times were amazing. Food was spot on and hot! And the service is fast. I will be back if I'm in the area! (Even 20 miles close!)

I always like to go eat at Whataburger since it's open 24/7 but I'll never order add-ons again from here. On July 14 (at 11:22pm), I went inside to place an order and they never gave me the 2 sauces I paid for. I thought, no big deal next time I'll ask for it. Well today (7/22) I went at 11:20pm and I placed an order with Cheryl. I told her last time I didn't get my sauces and she said she couldn't give me any sauces because I didn't have a receipt, which I thought was ridiculous. So when another girl bought out my food I was trying to explain to her the situation. Ms. Cheryl came over and yelled at me very loudly (there wasn't a lot of people in the restaurant so they all heard it.) She was saying, "Don't listen to her, I already spoke to her, she's just trying to get free sauces" with a rude attitude. So Cheryl, I'm letting you know if you wanted to, I could show you the charge for $25.35 for July 14 off my credit card statement. Obviously I didn't think I would need to keep the receipt over EIGHTY CENTS (and she was the SAME cashier who took my order for dine in too on July 14 too)..

Terrible! Dined in and waited almost 30 minutes for my food. My friend waited almost 45 minutes. They completely forgot about her order and had to “remake” it. They forgot her order completely, had to ask for the receipt to remember. After the receipt was given they still came back with the wrong order. Then had the nerve to argue with her about what SHE ordered. I repeat!! TERRIBLE. PLEASE GO TO THE NEW ONE BURBANK. save you a headache.

Compared to other Burger restaurants, I can't recommend Whataburger. The Fries were cold, and the burger was not really delicious. Maybe I was on the wrong day there, but it was not a good experience at all. Will try again....maybe

On 11/11, I drove all the way across town for a spicy chicken sandwich just for them to tell me they "ran out". And if that was it, I wouldn't have been as angry... but the rocket scientist working the drive-through thought it would be a good idea to inform me that the last one of those sandwiches was going to one of the cars in front of me. I was highly pissed.

WORST customer service ever. If taking 30 minutes to make a grilled cheese sandwich and a strawberry shake is alright, along with making me sit by the dumpster for the entire time and also getting laughed at for complaining about the wait and seeing everybody get their food and go within 5 minutes is exemplary customer service, then convince me to change my rating. Can't wait for the new one on Burbank to open up with hopefully better staff.

Food is always hot and delicious. People at the drive thru window are always super nice. But if there's ever more than 3 cars in line, don't go. They are SLOW as ever. I don't think they're understaffed because I always see 4-5 people in there and the lobby is closed when I go for breakfast at 5am.

This store has fresh food during 11 am to 4 pm. Each order hot and fresh.

The burger patty seemed cold, but it was hard to tell over the very fresh vegetables. The Dr Pepper shake was interesting and I will probably figure out how to make that at home.

Food was 20 minutes late coming out. Ordered curbside and had to go inside to pick it up. If curbside service isn't available, that's fine, but it shouldn't be an option when selecting the pickup option. In total, waited over 30 minutes in the parking lot for our food before going inside to get it. During that time, every single curbside customer had to go inside to get their food too. Will never go back to this whataburger again. Edit: I ordered a half sweet / unsweetened tea and received a half lemonade / unsweetened tea (sun joy) which is the cherry on top of this negative experience.

Facility is a fast food restaurant which is many years old so nothing to speak about regarding the interior. They seem to have kept it clean though even though it's dated. Haven't gone to a Whataburger in many years but I have to say I was impressed with their fries. So hot when delivered to my table that I had a hard time holding them while dipping them in my ketchup. LOL. Super crispy and tasty. Order the double patty Whataburger. Had a good taste for a fast food restaurant. Like the fries it came nice and hot and freshly cooked.

I have now visited this Whataburger multiple times for dine-in lunch. The food is always great, and the burgers always surprise me with their size for fast food. They remind me of what Whoppers used to be in the 90's. The table service inside is nice and the people are friendly every time I've visited, jovial and attentive. Highly recommended.

I've been here about a dozen times and 10 of those times, I've received an incorrect order. This past time I ordered a bacon cheese burger plain/dry as I always do. Despite the receipt stating this, I got everything on it anyway. I brought it back, waited 20 minutes for them to forget I was waiting for them correct . I politely asked for an update to which the manager asked the employee who stated "no I didn't make it yet, I don't know what you're talking about". I waited an additional 10 minutes for them to get it wrong again so I cuy my losses and will never go back here due to incompetence from the entire staff.

What a great place to dine-in or take out. They just want to please you and customize your burgers and sandwiches the way you like. Just look at all the lettuce and tomatoes made to your liking. Yes, i am a WB regular, but they just want your dining experience to be special and how you like it. The food is always hot, and the managers and employees are there for you. They even bring it out to you rather than call your number. Yuppp, if you're not feeling special today or any day, it's because you're not eating at Whataburger. It's my favorite go-to burger place, so check out my pictures, and that stuffed grill cheese with bacon and tomatoes is out of this world....

Excellent breakfast and excellent customer service! This was a real breakfast bowl! Absolutely loved the gravy on the biscuits and the combination of the eggs with the sausage and hash browns was perfect!

The food and atmosphere were great. Their service was great but they were slow. We’ve gone to busier Whataburger and even though they had a line full of cars and a full max capacity lobby, and they still get our orders out within 15 minutes & here we were waiting about 30-35 minutes And it was not max capacity and drive-through nor on the inside. Our food was moderately hot.

The lady taking my order was friendly and professional. However the staff and everyone else where the food was being made, were pretty bad. The other was wrong.... TWICE‼️ The sweet tea was not at all sweet tea. The Sprite was missing it's syrup as well. It wasn't even 10 am with all of these issues.

This is a great Whataburger location! We stopped for a late dinner on a road trip and were very happy with our visit. The staff was very nice and helpful (even though we had a mess up on our side of ordering they fixed it for us without a problem).

Coming from up north I never heard of this place before. I think it was a cool burger joint and the food fresh and hot.

Ran in to pick up breakfast since the drive thru was crowded. Waited over 10 minutes after we ordered to get our door. People who ordered before us for their food while we were still waiting. Once we did get our food, it was hot and delicious!

Great friendly service with a no mistake order at the drive thru. Food was fresh and tasted homemade. Better that the normal fast food restaurant. Always a great experience at Whataburger. Again very friendly polite service.

I just ate here for the first time. Late night yumm! It by far exceeded my expectations. I got a sweet and spicy bbq bacon burger. I requested brioche bun- it was the BEST! I totally recommend the brioche bun. Service was fast and friendly as well.

Food is good, service is great. Parking can be scarce, because they are usually very busy. Great place for burgers, chicken fingers, salads, and ice cream. Breakfast is served after 11 pm.

Their burgers are very delicious and well seasoned. All of their ketchups are top quality and go well with everything. I especially like to get a #1 with a brioche bun because the bun comes not smashed and fluffy

In all of my years of visiting fast food restaurants I have never seen a restaurant run with such professionalism as the whataburger on Seigen Lane. The staff is well mannered and everybody is doing what they are supposed to. No horse playing, loud side conversations, or not filling orders. Weather it's the customer at the register, or sitting in the lobby, you are acknowledged and made to feel important. And the manager! WOW. The manager knew the customers in the lobby by name, where they were seated, and what their orders were. IMPRESSIVE

Visited from out of town and I absolutely love it. Anytime I get the chance to eat Whataburger, I do it. The lady at the window was very nice and the service was fast. My wife and I enjoyed our burgers and can't wait to go back!

This was my first time eating here. It's not usually on my routes. Have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. Burger was delicious. Service was fast and friendly. It's most definitely somewhere I will eat again and would definitely recommend trying it if you haven't already. Woth the 5 stars.

My patty melt was a bit on the dry side, but the fries were hot, fresh and salty. I think they are better than the other chains fries. The spicy Ketchup is the best. The ice tea was very sweet. Service was ok. I like what a burger more the other fast food burger places. Better breakfast too.

SO this is one of my favorite places to get a hamburger and their fries are normally on point. Today they were cold slightly oily no salt . I asked for a burger with no onions mine was load with fresh onions so I couldn't eat it the best part was the cinnamon roll. Because it's one of my favorite places I will try again but I will be a while really disappointed

Very clean, food tastes amazing, best fast food restaurant I've ever had. Quite pricey, but worth it. They get packed often, mostly elders. Workers are alright, not the nicest, but they do their job well. Food is a small bit sloppy but still worth it. While I was there, they played country music. All in all, very nice restaurant, I recommend it.

I placed a mobile order and redeemed a reward I forgot about. I chose curbside pickup and arrived about 3 minutes before the time the app said my order would be ready. right on time, it was brought out to me and it was hot, fresh, and delicious. as always with Whataburger

Tried this for the first time today. Been in Louisiana for 10 months, and this by far was the best customer service!!! Food was fresh and quick too. Princess D took our order, greeted us and very kind. The store manager, a very nice woman, even came to our table to ask how everything was. Top notch service!!!

I had a 5 star experience at this Whataburger for lunch today. I was in a hurry to get to BR and then get back home... ran into Whataburger because their food is delicious. I was worried it would take longer than usual because it was just after lunch time at 12:50. I was greeted immediately by a very friendly clerk ready to take my order. The food only took about 2 minutes and I was happy to see that the changes I requested on the burger were followed exactly as requested. Good fries and burger. Very Fast!!
