Extremely unprofessional and SLOW. I have come here 4 different times for TB tests (I work w/ people experiencing substance abuse) and even with an appointment and NO ONE ELSE waiting, it takes them over an hour to get to the next patient. Poorly designed— the website schedules appointments in 10 minute increments, which is clearly not enough time for them to move through patients. Dr. Abduhalli also made me bleed significantly with the TB test- something that has never happened to me. Definitely try the one on Livingston Ave instead!

Had a good experience the first time I came and the nurse was great and I provided great feedback and put her name. However I’m here today 10/08 for an appointment at 12:30, arrived 12:20 checked in and it’s 1:10 now!!! No one came out to explain why there’s a delay!!!! And I see there’s other people still waiting!! Are you guys serious?? Taking so lightly wasting people’s time… that’s so unacceptable! Don’t give appointments if you can’t keep up good service!! So unprofessional I should have read other reviews mostly bad!

This was not a very pleasant experience at all. My appointment was at 6:30 it took 20 minutes to see me. Spoke to a walk up prior to me as I’m sitting there waiting for my appointment (already after my scheduled time) about medical things. Then when I finally have my appointment I sit in there for 30 minutes while she fills out computer stuff before ever even looking at my issue. Her taking time to look at my issue was only 5 minutes out of my over an hour appointment. And still want able to help. Prescribed me two things but then later when I complain I am still in a lot of pain that’s getting worse and can’t put pressure on my leg, tells me I need to come back or go see someone else. Like it’s literally been 24 hours. I just am very unimpressed with this entire experience. But hey she was nice enough. Not overly friendly but not rude so that’s a positive. I hate giving such a negative review, I’m just extremely unhappy with my experience with this place.

Great experience here due to the friendliness and kindness of nurse Katherine. Despite their official testing machines being down, she helped my friend get a Covid test with a smile and wrote a note out for him to miss work with no extra trouble. She didn’t even require he put in his insurance information, and waived the fee if there was one. She left both of us laughing because of her Netflix recommendation while my friend is isolating.

This is the worst minute clinic and Abdullahi Antoinette is a disgrace to the medical profession! I arrived half hour early for DOT physical. She took 3 hours to do literally nothing while asking a perfectly healthy person the stupidest questions. She told me to go to my primary physician to get my 103/78 BP checked out. I went to my primary care doctor with a full note explaining I am perfectly fine. I went again for another appointment half hour earlier than scheduled. She took 4 hours examining me and asking stupid questions. Again, I am perfectly healthy. Told me to get a whole list of blood work and urinalysis done and to go see a full list of specialists. Abdullahi Antoinette is the worst!! A disgrace to the medical profession!!

This is the worst minute clinic I dealt with. I arrived before my appointment and I tried to enter the confirmation code on the Ipad they have for check in. Then after a wait for more than half an hour a women comes out of the minute clinic and ask how I can help you. I told her I have an appointment she said I don’t have your name on my schedule. I gave her my info and she said your appointment was canceled because you are late more than half an hour so I told her that I’m not late and I been waiting to be called for more than half an hour. She said then your appointment was scheduled with the pharmacy not the minute clinic. I went to the pharmacy they told me your appointment is scheduled with the minute clinic vaccinator. When I told them that the vaccinator sent me to you, they said ok wait there. I waited for another 20 minutes and the pharmacist came out and vaccinated me. The pharmacist working in the pharmacy her name is Shabana was really busy but she was very nice and helpful and got the vaccination done easy and quickly. The person in the minute clinic I don’t know if she is a pharmacist or a nurse but she was not working with any patient and refused even to help out correct the check in problem that happened and first she tried to say I’m late then she said reschedule your appointment then she sent me to the Phramacy.

Why have appointment times if you’re not going to follow them 35 minutes past appointment time and still not seen

Very unprofessional. Upon arrival attempted to talk to the two medical professionals on staff and both were very rude and dismissive. How do not even try to engaged with a potential patient, isn't that your job as a medical professional to help. I will never go back and recommend everyone bypass and go straight to an Urgent Care. This was the worst experience.
