We walked in and actually had to wake the lady at the front desk because she was sleeping… as we walked back to get our eyebrows done we saw 2 more employees sleeping on the pedicure chairs. Another person walked in wanting help but the lady told her to wait while her employees were sleeping next to her! I have never seen something so un professional. mind blown that she never woke any employee to help she just made the other customer wait so her employees could sleep. Thankfully I only get my eyebrows done here and not my nails . They even had their shoes off! 🤮🤮

I had the WORST nail salon experience of my life here. I’ve gotten my nails done many times (usually different salon), but out of convenience came to the mall. The nail tech did an awful job - I asked multiple times for her to create a round shape with my nails and she continued to make them uneven and jagged. Ultimately she just handed me the nail file and I had to file my own nails because she just wasn’t getting it. Cuticle cleaning job was very shoddy. The gel polish she applied was jagged on the tops of my nails and not cleaned on the edges so I knew the gel would lift/chip off my nails very soon. The worst part it, after this was done I very calmly spoke to the owner apologizing for being difficult but asking if I could get my nails fixed by another nail tech. My nail tech came and started SCREAMING at me, saying I was crazy, asking what my problem is, and stating that my nails were “perfect.” I am in complete shock and disgusted at how unprofessional this salon is. I have been coming here off-and-on for over a decade and have never been treated so poorly after paying in full for service and tipping. I will NEVER come back.

I paid for a French manicure yesterday and Helen did a poor job; the white lines were uneven, shaky, too thick, and white paint smeared on the top of the nails because she put a top coat on right after doing the white French line without waiting for them to dry. The nails looked really bad and were not quality work. I returned today for her to fix them. She said “I cannot fix them. Someone else can fix them for you”. She completely removed everything with acetone and I asked for my money back. That’s when “Tony” jumped in and told me I would not get my money back. They offered to refund less than what I paid for a French manicure even though they refused to fix them and completely removed them. They tried to gaslight me and although they acknowledged that it was poor work, they refused to give the full refund. Tony escalated the aggression and ended telling me that they would call the police after I told him that they provided a poor service and were now stealing by not giving full refund back. I have never experienced such an unprofessional and disgusting experience with a nail salon. Please save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

Rushed manicure, looks very slattern. I asked to do the design for all nails and Kim told me that it will take an hour or 1,5 and it's too long, she doesn't want to do it. For 2 fingers design I was charged extra $5. Also my nails were cut too short! Different length on 2 hands.

I went here purely out of convenience because I was already in the mall. I had no issues in the salon while getting my nails done and I liked the service so much that I gave a pretty nice tip. Fast forward 2 days later and they already chipped. I have gotten a lot of gel manicures before and I have never had one chip as fast as this one has so because of that, I do not see myself coming back.

If i could give zero stars i would. Worst nail salon I have ever been to. Literally had a hole in my nail and then bumps from the polish like an orange peel. My guy process to try and take the nails off and injured me. My cuticles were in worse shape after my “nail treatment.” Don’t go…stuff of nightmares

They didn’t do the right shape made it really short and the design was the best

Horrible service. First time doing my nail in New Jersey it was the worst mistake ever. I will stick to my New York nail salon. Did a pedicure here the woman didn’t even clean under my nails or cut and foil them. Paint my toes like a 2 year old. Now I’m doing sns. Sit in the chair the woman keeps walking all over and moving like she doesn’t know WTH she’s doing. She left me to sit down and when to a next person without saying anything. Everyone here move like they don’t know what they are doing. If you are considering to get your nails done here think twice and go somewhere else that is worth your time and money. No good customer service either. The short Asian man in front is so rude too

Horrible treatment and bad work left my nails in pain because they filed me with that machine, they really shouldn't work, those people don't know how to do their job at all, and when the complaint is made, the lady dares to touch my hands without Without a doubt the worst experience in a nail salon, they should close it very badly.
