😠 The office staff are extremely rude all of the time. They will push you as much as they can to go to the walk in. They huff and puff if you actually want an appointment. On Tuesday I was told they don't have any appointments until Friday when I asked about times they said two weeks maybe we can get... People often mention office, staff, rude, people, doctor,

The office staff are extremely rude all of the time. They will push you as much as they can to go to the walk in. They huff and puff if you actually want an appointment. On Tuesday I was told they don't have any appointments until Friday when I asked about times they said two weeks maybe we can get you in. Then with that it was pushed back a month, lady told me the date and time and she hung up immediately. I have no problems with doctors on site but the office staff is comprised of people who should not be working with people. Been going here for years. Not anymore.

I was patient of Dr Tamburello, but I had enough of the two old women they have for making appointments. I saw a new face (young woman) a couple of months before, so I had hope things will change! But after that one time, I have never interacted with her again, so I’m back with the rude ones. Thanks to them, I’m never returning to this place. Leaving you on hold for more than 20 mins many times is just the beginning. And this is after just barking at you (don’t expect to understand what they intended to say). I had to literally go to the office to ask for the appointment after being place on hold for days. They will bad mouth you, sigh and roll back their eyes. They will interrupt you and go hysterical, complaining about everything and anything. It can be directly with you, or you can have the pleasure of seeing how they mistreat anyone else that had the bad luck of having to call them, while you are in the waiting room. They are just plain rude to everyone. Last one I received was “I said what’s your date of birth!!” Because I asked a question out of place, according to her. They will demand to know why do you want to see the doctor. Not ask, not suggest, not explain why they need to know. They will treat you like a stupid if you don’t answer what they want when they want. They are the worst scum I have ever had to deal with. Don’t expect “hello”, “good morning” or any polite-socially correct- educated-minimum human interaction from them. Even if you greet them, they are deaf to manners. The only thing good about this place is Marcella, the nurse they have in emergencies (far away from these 2 wide mouth) She is kind, patience and very knowledgeable. Too bad she is only for emergencies.

The office women are brutal. The refuse to answer the phone. When you are in there they just pick up the phone and hang up on people. Bad mouth all the customers while people sit in the waiting room. They are rude on the phone and when you go to the desk they always get mad if you need anything. I love Dr Nee and Dr Marmora but I literally can’t make an appointment. I called 15 times in 2 days trying to get thru. The nurse practitioner also isn’t accepted by Aetna bc the office hasn’t added her to their company officially I guess... so we always get billed for the walk in. It’s a shame. If he fired most of his staff maybe then it would be a better place. I’m sad to have to look for a new dr.

Edit: The horrible staff has been purged and the current staff is very pleasant and attentive. I had a conversation with them on my way out and explained what I wrote below. Some knew of whom I was speaking. I totally recommend the office as the worst part is now gone and the doctors there are terrific. I've seriously been going to this office since I was in my mother, 56 years ago. I have no issue at all with doctor Marmora, he's great. But I have to agree, the front staff is horrible. One nurse from the back called the young girl at the front desk. She rolled her eyes and yelled back angrily, "what the hell do you want now?" If someone in my office spoke to another staff member like that, especially in front of a customer, they would be severely disciplined. If it continued as it seems to be at that office, they would soon be looking for a new job. I'll still go to Dr. Mamora, but I'm definitely going to say something to the staff if they are still this rude and unprofessional.

Update: So it seems like this office has taken a lot of the criticism to heart. No rudeness with reception in person. My primary care physician is still awesome. They are extremely clean and cautious with COVID-19 precautions. Would recommend. I have this review at 4 instead of 5 stars as physicals do need to be scheduled quite far in advance. Original: Dealing with the staff is a very poor experience. From the wait times on the phone, to the rudeness of reception in person, it is with discontent that I write this review. While I do generally like my primary care physician, I cannot in good conscience recommend this general practice.

One of the worst experience here. I took my pregnant sister because she was having ear pain. Lady on the front desk was extremely rude and was raising her tone and said we can take you unless you become a new patient. Whatever the reason this place has no decency on how to talk to patient and more importantly how to talk to pregnant patient with pain. They could have nicely explained the entire situation. I would like to request the management team to train their employee on how to talk to patients

I’ve been going here for years and so has my entire family, My primary doctor is here. But damn if this place’s staff has gone down the drain. I’ve tried multiple times to make an appointment with my PCP with no luck. The office staff is absolutely unbearable, they’re nasty, rude and clearly don’t want to actually do their jobs. I waited on hold for over 25 mins , when someone finally answered they gave me an attitude because I wanted to make an appointment, told me I had to use there walk in clinic and then hung up. This office used to be so much better, the people that worked up front were so much nicer and far more professional than this current staff. I have no complaints about any of the Doctors as they’ve always been very good , but they sure do need to take out the trash they call office staff and hire some new people that know how to talk to people and actually want to do their jobs. It’s a shame but I guess I will have to find myself another PCP in a better office.

I've been going to this office before it was an office. I use Dr. Nee. She is the most kind, knowledgeable, and above all, caring doctor you will find. I refuse to not go to this office. I worry about the day she retires. She talks to you, listens to you all the time, tells how it is when I don't want to hear it and cares. I want this in a doctor. As for the office staff, I take a book and read while I wait. They have always been nice to me as long as I was nice to them. I go to a doctor's office for the doctor, not the surrounding decor or staff. I'm not going anywhere Dr. Nee!
