Bad experience with the staffs, I returned an item at store , that guy is not even paid attention he was just talking with his co- worker and didn’t listened to me , he messed up with my return , I never got my refund & the return status has not changed .. careless staffs. Never going back to this store .. worst experience..

Staffs are very rude!! I rather order stuff online then buy in store! 1, it’s cheaper on the website! 2, don’t have to deal with some rude staffs!!!

The manager is rude and unprofessional, not customer oriented just as all the staff in this location. Very disappointing

Horrible experience! I live very close but I much rather drive to a further location! The girls in the front are rude! I came to return something in its original tags with the actual children's place bag and they had the nerve to ask if they were worn. They were still even folded in the same way they were bought!! Doesn’t help the situation that the minute I walked in I said good morning and they looked at me up and down as well as another Spanish customer who they showed no effort into trying to help her while paying. Google wouldn’t let give no stars but they deserve nothing. Children’s place corporate needs to do a surprise or secret shopper to see how they treat their customer especially us who even have a credit card and can see we shop there a lot !!!!

Lousy customer service, lousy employees, they gave me the worst attitude ever. Additionally, they hang up the phone on me just because I tried asking them about my package. If I could give them ZERO star, I would.

I think that this is one of the smallest Children's Place stores that I have ever seen. It is too small that you do not feel comfortable to shop what you want inside it. The girls there are helpful but it is hard to find yourself shopping easily. There are pants, shirts, T shirts, dresses, hats , gloves, etc. I think that this branch does not have a lot of varieties like the other branches but the prices are affordable like the other branches.

My favorite location always clean and easy to find what I’m looking for. The staff is so friendly and inviting definitely coming back

It is very tight and difficult to use a stroller. You would think that a store that is half toddler and baby clothes would be stroller friendly. The selection for boys is very lacking. I was looking for a Christmas outfit and there wasn't much.
