Whatever
you
do,
do
not
see
the
physicians
assistant.
Grace
Delacruz!
Sheās
so
heartless.
I
brought
my
daughters
here
after
the
main
doctor
told
me
to
have
my
carpets
removed
from
where
I
live
because
itās
causing
my
daughters
to
have
difficulty
sleeping
and
breathing
due
to
allergens.
He
retired
and
I
wasnāt
able
to
obtain
a
letter
for
my
complex
to
remove
the
carpets.
Delacruz
was
the
physicians
assistant
available
for
the
appointment
to
test
my
daughter.
She
was
not
a
friendly
doctor.
She
doesnāt
say
hello
when
she
enters
a
room,
talks
to
you
in
a
condescending
tone.
After
the
first
visit
I
asked
her
kindly
if
she
can
write
a
prescription
so
I
can
submit
a
work
order
to
have
my
carpets
removed,
even
after
seeing
my
daughter
positive
for
dust
allergens,
she
said,
āitās
only
a
little
bit
positive.ā
Ummm
I
believe
a
positive
is
a
positive.
She
said
I
couldnāt
get
the
script
until
the
second
test
was
complete.
Second
test
was
done
and
I
brought
my
other
daughter
who
I
know
is
also
highly
allergic
to
dust
and
other
allergens.
She
tested
positive
and
my
daughters
second
test
of
course
came
out
positive.
Would
you
believe
she
still
didnāt
want
to
write
the
script?!
I
told
her
my
complex
wants
a
script,
not
a
letterhead.
She
said,
āwell
we
only
do
letter
heads
normally
and
that
it
takes
time
to
write.ā
I
told
her
I
need
a
prescription
because
they
specifically
asked
for
that
paper.
She
refused
to
give
me
the
script
today
and
said
she
doesnāt
have
a
time
frame
on
when
she
can
give
me
the
script.
I
have
to
wait.
She
was
extremely
petty
and
I
had
no
choice
but
to
get
rude.
How
do
you
claim
you
care
about
your
patients?
You
have
two
children
that
the
parents
tell
you
cannot
breathe
and
have
extreme
cold
symptoms
and
need
Zyrtec
or
clarityn
weekly.
How
are
you
that
cold
to
not
want
to
help
someone
when
you
can?
I
just
donāt
understand?!
You
would
think
she
was
paying
for
the
floors
to
be
installed.
With
the
amount
of
time
she
took
telling
me
I
had
to
wait,
the
script
could've
been
written.
What
if
my
daughter
needed
medication?
I
have
to
wait
for
her
to
write
that
too?!
