Excellent server. Great Belgian Waffle. Greeted really nicely at the door. Place was very clean. Food was delicious. They'll be seeing me again. Lisa did her job really well.

One of the better option if u like to have breakfast with bigger portion …. Good family place …..quick service …. Coffee can be better

I have eaten at this location a hundred times and honestly I stopped coming here because of a few reasons. I’ve done breakfast, lunch and even late night meals here and all of that has stopped ...The place smells bad when you walk in and in any booth you sit in. The food lost taste, does not taste how it used to. Sort of tastes as if you’re eating fake food. The service has gotten pretty bad lately too. I see the manager is always trying to involve herself but there’s so much more that needs to be fixed. Sorry but I drive a little further and go to the one in Howell...

I'm a graduate of culinary school. In fact, I graduated on the Dean's List. Hear this clearly... They are using the scam of portion control and government-regulated calorie count to short-change customers with minuscule servings. This is by far the worst IHOP location in the United States. And when I told the lovely woman on the phone with her perky demeanor that I will not be returning, she replied good we will appreciate that. This location is worthy of a -5 rating. Anyone a fan of biscuits and gravy? This is what you will get! And that's after scraping the gravy off the sausages trying to actually have gravy on the biscuit. What a rip-off joint this place is.

I decided to have breakfast for dinner. I picked a couple items off the "Ihoppy Hour" menu. The name is cringe but the choices in that menu were decent. I ordered the mozzarella sticks, Ham and cheese omelet with three buttermilk pancakes. The food came out very fast. I really appreciated it. The cheese sticks were hot and were OK. The breading wasn't crispy like they were fried. They tasted and had a consistency like they were baked. Not bad but I noticed enough that I wouldn't order them again. The Ham & Cheese omelet was good with lots of ham and plenty of cheese. The 3 pancakes were good, I've never been disappointed with IHOPs Buttermilk pancakes. I didn't feel I was getting a value meal with these items. My entire bill was $13. I feel that was a good deal for good food. Nothing outstanding but a good satisfying dinner.

My family goes to this IHOP almost every weekend. We are always greeted with a warm welcome and smiles. Our kids even know the manager by name and there's times were we enjoy good conversation with the staff. It's great to visit a local place where we can have a good breakfast and a positive vibe as well. This is the best IHOP we've been to out of the many we've visited, and since it's in our town, it's even better!

Today was the second time we came here to eat. It's also the second time no one was there to seat us. This is the one in Franklin Township. We waited for 15 minutes. The couple behind us left, we left and people in front of us with a baby in a stroller and a toddler left. We won't be going back there. We then went to the one on Rt 18 in East Brunswick. We were immediately seated, order taken and quickly were served.

Visited this time for the veterans meal. It was great. The server was very nice and the service was wonderful. There is an older woman that I've seen there before. Im not sure if she is a hostess or a manager, but she is amazing. She is very welcoming and kind. She greets everyone she walks by. I always see her seating guests and checking in on tables. She's always smiling and pleasant. Her personality and energy are exuded throughout the restaurant. Her presence just brightens up the atmosphere. Im going to find out her name the next time i visit.

Very fast greet and seat. The amount of time to order and then receive my meal, was impressive. The food was delicious and the service was great.

Our service was abnormally terrible, but otherwise, a pretty good impromptu breakfast spot for a visiting family of 6 with teens and toddlers. We had a total party of 7, but it was 1045am, so the volume in the store was light. We still had to ask for some things, like coffee cream, several times. The store was clean, the orders were correct, and the delivery was timely. The manager heard a mutter about our asking for cream three times and asked who our server was, but we declined to turn him in if we could just get some dairy for our rapidly-cooling coffee. This was a four-star meal, if not for the one bad server.

My God let's squeeze as many people together as possible...I ordered the breakfast sampler that was supposed to have 3 meats (bacon sausage and ham), I got the skinniest pieces of "paper" bacon I've ever seen, the smallest sausage and a 1/4 piece of ham that was cut in half to serve as 2 pieces of ham....I hope you had coffee b4 you get here because you will be drinking hot dark water...go to a REAL diner

Everything was cold, eggs tasted horrible like the grill top still had residue from whatever they cleaned it with. Pancakes fell apart. Very disappointing because of the years of service with this location. Don't waste your money or time. Server was super polite though.

Being generous cause the hostess greated us nice. The waitress that attended us had a mean face, and the whole time, it was as if she didn't want to work here. On top of it all, when receiving our food, the tenders were burnt to crisp. Not tasteful. We went to pay up front, and the manager told us your waitress who attended you takes care of the check, not him. I find it funny as to he just rang up a customer before us. Poor service. I think they need a whole new staff and a new manager that isn't lazy. NEVER AGAIN COMING HERE!

We did a breakfast sampler and the eggs, bacon, hash browns and pancakes were hot, the sausages were Luke warm. Our server was nice and I notice a tablet around her neck, so now instead of writing down your orders, it's but through on a tablet.

The food was excellent, the young man who waited on us was such a pleasant person. The staff that we saw on the floor ,who were young actually seemed happy !! The employees must have a great manager....and the price was right!!!

My husband and I are regulars at this location. We're always greeted with a smile! The entire staff is friendly and efficient. Joan runs a tight ship! We've never had a problem!

What a great IHOP. The service is ALWAYS spot on. No matter how busy the service is great! Never a bad meal yet. My husband loves the protein pancakes, I love the French toast. Our coffee cups are never empty. Way to go EB-IHOP... job well done.

The worst experience I have ever had in any restaurant . I asked for a cup of coffee and the cup that was brought to me with coffee in it had lipstick on it as if the cup was never washed. Then we started checking our utensils and noticed stains an dirty food particles in between the forks. We thank God we didn't eat yet. Due to that we walked out after complaining, and all my kids were very much disappointed because they was asking for IHOP for a couple days.

I have been to this location a handful of times and the customer service here is always awesome. The meals are prepared quickly and always taste great. I have not had to return a single item to the kitchen. The staff are very friendly and courteous, they are attentive and respectful. I will continue to return to this place because the good experiences.

Food was hot & tasty, no complaints in this department, place was CLEAN & NEAT, my waitress was very nice, pleasant, friendly, attentive, professional & diplomatic... however... IHOP business chain DON'T PAY ANY SALARY to their waiters & other WORKERS... Working people who are serving our food & keeping place vacuumed, restrooms clean, dishes washed, tables wiped, food cooked, landscape & parking area outside sweeped are getting paid... by tips only...?! Only manager's position getting paid salary BUT everyone else serving US - customers at IHOP establishments are NOT GETTING PAID ANYTHING... except... tips...?! This is absolutely unacceptable !!! I have been always LOYAL customer of IHOP... but now I started to question "why do I support this business establishment... if WORKERS who are serving me NOT GETTING PAID...?! I will give away my money to another food establishment who are PAYING salaries TO ALL of their WORKERS and NOT JUST SELECTIVE positions !!! Who can pay their rent, feed their kids & support their families by tips only...? Why do we support financially IHOP if IHOP DOESN'T SUPPORT financially THEIR WORKERS ???!!! It can't be continue !!! It MUST BE STOPPED !!! ONLY us-customers can STOP unfair "tip's" payments practice by STARTING TO DEMAND IT & START ASKING QUESTIONS & START RECEIVING ANSWERS & START SEEING PEOPLE GETTING PAID EARNED SALARY !!! UNTIL THEN BOYCOTT !!! ☝️ I used to love🖤 IHOP. 😥💦💧👎

Alice D was our server. She was fantastic. Best hospitality I have seen in a long time. The food was very good too. Alice's hospitality is the reason we will return. Friendly, warm, welcoming, and she thought of any and everything that we could possibly need or want. Thank YOU!

Just be aware of the heavyset waitress. She always have an attitude. Me and my family go there once a week. I ask her for hot syrup she reply with ( you have syrup on the table ) smh. I spoke with the owner and complain about my waitress, her exact words nobody ever complain about her in six years. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE OR RECOMMEND ANYBODY ELSE.

This was a terrible pickup experience. The owner was a blonde woman. I arrived to find out my order ticket hadn’t even printed and it wouldn’t print for another 30 minutes. It was ridiculous becuase I was standing there while Togo orders were being brought out for people who were not there. When I asked the woman to start my order then she said they couldn’t do that. Then I asked for a refund she said she didn’t know how to do that. How does the owner not know that? She said that she would have to call a company to ask them how to get a refund for me and it would take 20 minutes for her to figure that out. I’m so fed up with this. I work in a restaurant so I understand that it can get busy but this woman had such terrible bedside manner and their Togo system was shoddy at best.

Went on a Sunday morning around 11 am, busy, but received great, friendly service. Food was delicious, came out fast and the coffee was fresh and flavorful. Looking forward to my next visit.

Successful IHop experience. Our omelettes and pancakes were all yummy as always and the servers were very kind. Very clean as well which we appreciated as we have been to some not very clean IHop branches.

Very quiet. Not many people. Service was great. Had the 55+ roast turkey. Just like Thanksgiving minus the stuffing. Took the option of the free salad with dinner. Everything was quite good. The price was excellent. $22.50 for two. Can't be beat for a good meal.
