Bad service the guy at night just rude. If you get pay to do something, do it right or just quit. I know the job is exhausting ( i used to do it) and I personally understand, so Im always polite to them, specially when the gas station is full. That guy at night so rude. It used to be one of my favorites Gas stations. Sad!

This place is the worst. Place is dirty inside & out. Rats running around because they let garbage overflow. Gas attendants are never there when you pull up, there smoking cigarettes in corner & you have to wait until there good & ready to pump gas. Outside is total mess. Inside bathroom are filthy. Workers are lazy. Many times they have no food out or coffee made. Over herd food was expired & They put it out anyway. Beware of eating anything in there. Do not patronize this store. Went down hill since they took over from Hess. Horrible place!!!

I have never understood why a person can not fill up their vehicle in New Jersey, but these guys make it a new miserable experience. I am a supporter of the speedway brand, except for this station. This station is the worst, they argued with me when I pulled up for fuel on the closed side of their pumps. I would have let them function the pump from the open side to fill me up at there earliest convenience. The reason I had to pull up on the wrong side had to do with the pump lane being blocked directly in front of the open pump I needed to get too. Then the attendant told me that I had to back in at an angle to reach the pump I needed. You guessed it, I was driving a diesel and the lane was setup opposite for my needs. Do yourself a favor and use the Wawa down the street. These guys do not deserve your business. I will never patron this station again. I hope however owns this store looks into why their daily fuel volumes are down. Customer service does not exist on the outside of the store.

Although the staff inside the Speedway store a pleasant, the gas attendants are the slowest in the world. Sometimes they see you pull up and barely make an effort to come to you car. When they do, they basically grunt at you as if we interfered with their nap. My wife refuses to go to this station. If it wasn't for the Speedway points to get a free coffee from time to time when I need gas, I would go to the Wawa station before I get to this Speedway. Soon, the coffee will not be worth it.

I wish I could give this gas station zero stars, stopped here for some gas and a coffee, there was only 2 lanes open the rest had plastic crates, gas attendant was missing in action she finally popped up about 5-8mins later. I ran in to get a coffee beside only the right door opening this store placed the ATM machine right there I had to navigate around 2 people waiting to use ATM. Finally get to the coffee bar, beside there being no half & half or milk everything was disgusting looked like the surfaces have not been wiped for months. Speedway Corporate should really look into this store it is located in a prime spot, this store used to be good when it was owned by Hess I guarantee sales have gone down at this location since speedway has taken over

Hi joe I understand about gas customer service. We have short staff we close one side. when I work I open diesel and gas side. I would like to appologize. Next time when ever I will work east brunswick Nj location I admire to pay my best customer service to you. If you see me I invite you straight inside store and let me know Joe is here then I will Pump outside . I am sorry it is happen with you. I am sorry Mr. Joe. I hope it will never happen. I give zero too.

I came here because It said it was 24 hrs.... It's 30 degrees outside... The lights are on. If you're closed say that. Turn the lights off and list it on your page.

Hubby and I visit this store several times a week. The overnight cashier is rude and should not be dealing with customers. Went in last night and since they do not have hand carts, we were placing our bottles of soda and snacks in our reusable tote bag. While we were still shopping, cashier comes from behind the register and rudely says, "We have cameras you know, do you want to put all of that stuff back?" I asked if he was kidding, as we weren't even headed to the register yet, most less out the door. He repeated his accusatory statement and I said YES, I will put everything back and go to Wawa where I won't be treated like this! I won't be returning to this store, EVER.

The men at this place treat ppl disrespectfully yelling at customers the Indian guy even worst with his mouth cursing at the customers as well the management needs to have a talk with the staff or retrain them because they definitely need customer skills I use to love this store now I think twice ..!the only time I go there is when the young girls and one Young guy are there their the only ones that help customers ..they should get a raise ..

They didn’t even have the courtesy to let customers know that no one will be attending to them and filling up their gas the while cars were piling up outside at the stations. No cones, signs, or even a hand gesture from the two ladies working at the counter inside

Never any gas attendants. I feel bad for the pregnant young lady working the register these employees don't get paid enough to endure verbal from entitled new jerseyans who refuse to pump their own. It's not the cashier's fault she was so sweet and patient.

The only good overnight cashier is Raven. Does she no longer work here? Food is fresh, the store is clean and well stocked. Her customer service is impeccable. Vivacious personality, good conversation. Corporate take notes.

The worse!! It's 9:40 they close at 10pm had us waiting. Had to get out and go in to ask for a gas attendant. The cashier said oow! And then this short white girl came wobbling out. Never coming back here. I hope corporate will notice the errors and fix it.

Scammers!!! I clearly told the gas attendant 20 regular cash. I go to pay and he tells me $48. I said why? He filled it!! I told him I wasn’t playing these games and I know they scam people and to call the cops. He asked me to go inside and speak to the manager and I did. The manager is just as bad and an awful person. I was going to be late for work so I told them to take my plate and call the cops. They did. I am not paying the extra $28. Imagine if they pull this scam on multiple people a day and intimidate them the same way into paying. Disgusting.

The worker was showing me from behind the store window that the gas station is not working just because he didn’t want to come out this early at 5 am 🤷🏻‍♂️
