    This place is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! They are beyond filthy! 12 people working behind the counter but no one can clean the dining room area?? Not sure who does the hiring at this place but they should be fired. It seems they have all incompetent children working here. I don’t understand how they have not been shut down yet. People really should start reporting this place because it is 1,000% unacceptable to have a food establishment being run like this.

    Ordered double steak, extra lettuce, and extra fajita veggies online. Apparently, their definition is double/extra means extra small. When I shook the bowl to mix the dish, I knew something was off because it felt way too light. I was robbed of +$4 for double meat and overall portion was literally half of what I get from other Chipotle stores. Will never return.

    After my pervious bad experience and them apologizing, I went there for my next adventure. And they repeated the same mistake again. Missing multiple items in my order. But this time I got one extra item out of their menu. A dead FLY 🪰. I am gonna complain about this.

    Once again we’ve been robbed. If I didn’t have to give any stars, I wouldn’t. I wrote a review on here during the pandemic when we ordered online. We gave it another shot, as we had a gift card to use. My husband, again, order extra chicken on his burrito for an extra $4.50, and my son’s burrito had more chicken than the extra chicken burrito. We also got two sides, and they didn’t give us our sides. Complete disgrace. How do they allow this to walk out of their door?? They are scamming people at this point. Our burritos and bowl were just rice and beans…that’s like going to McDonald’s and getting a burger without the burger. We are completely done with this establishment.

    Twice in a row there’s meat in a veggie bowl. They keep all ingredients so close and don’t pay attention if meat pieces fall into rice or beans. The servers don’t care and just do eye rolling if we customize anything!

    Ordered online all the 3 chicken burrito bowls were too spicy and also was the quantity lesser than usual. I repeat the order online and all orders picked up before were satisfactory. Chipotle EB needs to do better. Additionally no one at the register hands over your order even if ready unless you wait & force yourself to be attended. Pathetic service!!!

    This chipotle in East Brunswick, nj is absolutely horrendous... literally ordered through doordash and this is what I got... compare this 23.00+ dollar burrito which was supposed to get extra stuff... not only that, my wifes bowl was a comedy in itself! Compare my burrito to these hilarious pictures I'm providing Before I eat it! Disappointing food chain as time progresses... absolutely zero QC and subpar training... shame on management!

    I ordered online to pick up in East Brunswick location. Pathetic and worse customer services. They said they never received my online order which has placed two hours ahead of time and the manager was such a creepy person. She kept talking to her staff and keeping them busy in chatting and taking so long to prepare any order because I was there for 40 minutes waiting for them to figure out. they ended up giving me pork instead of chicken and nobody apologized, and seems like nobody cared. Irving Gordillo was the the manger. I like to report this behaviour.

    This is absolutely the worst chipotle I’ve ever visited. The staff here is completely unaware of basic health code. These young kids start closing up putting chair up at 9:45 when they close at 11. Then they start spraying chemicals near food that’s still being served to customers. Do yourself a favor shut down this place and get a whole new staff. This is completely unacceptable. Also considering how expensive chipotle has gotten. This location also completely skimps you on protein. The North Brunswick location is the best.

    I honestly regretted going to this chipotle. The customer service was horrendous. The people that works there especially this tall brown guy with glasses. His behavior was unacceptable and unprofessional! His attitude towards me was very ugly. He completely ignored me when I asked for his name. Yet, the place is filthy and disgusting. They rarely change their gloves or sanitize the food area. I believe they are due for an inspection and customer service trainings. It is necessary, otherwise, this location need to be shut down. IMMEDIATELY!

    The wait was much longer than usual. I found out this was because they had to wait for more rice and chicken to be cooked. They were out of tomatoes and chips with queso too. They randomly called out twice that the line was closing at 7:15, but I only knew this because the person behind me told me. They should put a sign on the door instead of wasting peoples time and why would you close a food place at 7:15 anyway? Then when a customer complained and wanted to speak to the manager she was extremely unprofessional and was not apologetic at all. It definitely seems poorly run anymore. I can tell the employees were trying, so it’s not their fault.

    This chipotle NEVER have fajita in the evening time.. it is super busy at the dinner time but they don’t care to make it. I asked today to employee and she said sorry nobody makes fajita here in the evening .. are you kidding me? Is this your freakin mom and pop restaurant? You charge full amount to customers so they have every rights to receive full service/food. I come here once a week and this has been going on since they reopened after covid time.. I wish manager take a note of this review..

    This is literally the worst chipotle in central jersey. Maybe ever. Possibly worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. No idea how they’re still open with the amount of complaints they get. I just found a long blonde hair in my food (my hair is black) which doesn’t even surprise me because their hygiene is nowhere to be found. First off, they don’t know what double meat means. If you order online you’re going to get half of whatever portion you’re used to getting. Many of the workers are consistently rude, and they act like the meat portions are coming out of their paycheck. I’ve never been so angered by a restaurant since their prices absolutely do not reflect the food you’re given. Lastly, GOODLUCK GETTING ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE. You call the store for an issue they tell you to talk to corporate. Corporate doesn’t answer so you write to them and they ignore you. Overall, go somewhere else. Please. Lol

    I Have ordered multiple times from here. There’s always an issue with my order. It’s from picking it up and being 30 40 mins late from pick up time, order double and actually get half of a regular order, things missing. And what is more aggravating is the people working there, there face looks like there dying or working for free. Jesus Christ if you don’t want to work stay home you fiilled out an application to work not to go relax

    2022/3/23: this location for Chipotle has temporarily(?) shut down. Updated: The portions and service sizes here are smaller by default. In The Morganville area this is your go to Chipotle. It's a typical Chipotle restaurant you get everything you need the folks are pretty friendly. They will throw in a few extra things once in awhile. They also have fresh jalapenos here if you ask for it. So do not let go of them for your guacamole. They serve food in good portions here. Just be careful the lines can get pretty long although they do move fast.

    Ordered 5 bowls and I kid you not each bowl had 3 cubes of chicken. And one was supposed to be steak and had none because she thought it was supposed to be a vegetarian bowl. In what world do vegetarians eat steak when the label on the bowl clearly says steak. I can understand the mistake with the steak because it gets busy at times but putting barely any chicken in the bowls when you have hungry people waiting on food is the real problem. ADD MORE MEAT!

    This place used to be nice but it's gone down over the years. It's dirty with garbage cans overflowing. The food portions gone way smaller. Staff very irogant. Not friendly at all. Paying $10 for two spoons of rice and a tea spoon of chicken is definitely not worth it. I'm done with Chipotle.

    Waited in line for 20 minutes. Line didn't move at all. Shift leader came out and said we would all have to leave or order online. Easily lost 500$ of revenue from all the people that left. Thank you liberals and your 15$ an hour wage leaving countless stores like this unequipped for everyday buisness.

    I will never place an online order from the restaurant again. Every time we have something delivered it is absolutely horrible, the food and the service. Food is barely edible, items are wrong, bowls are half full and then there is no possible way to contact the restaurant directly to have it resent correctly. Horrible. Do not recommend.

    The worst chipotle. Do not order online as they forget a part of your order every-time. The food is not being prepped and cooked well. Avoid this location. If they forget items chiptole customer service does not refund you. Horrible experience and customer service.

    Today for the 1st time I saw my veggie bowl with white rice had the rice undercooked. My kid ate half of the veggie bowl, when I started to eat I realized that the white rice was under cooked. I am surprised that chipotle don’t do quality check. I will never trust chipotle quality ever again. If they can serve undercooked rice to their customers I don’t know.. disappointed.

    Food always fresh. There's usually a line but they move it along so you are never waiting too long. It's a small location, so on crowded days you will need to take your food to go. Otherwise a great stop for great food.

    I just waited about 15 minutes because one of my kids wanted to order there. When it was my turn to order for the other child they told me you need to order a quesadilla online and you can't order in store. Would have been nice not to have to wait in line to get that info.

    This place could be a great place. Shame to the management who hired the wrong team. My second time here. I figured every place deserves a second chance. The restaurant was so filthy again. There was no comfortable place to sit and eat. Every table was dirty and the garbage was overflowing. The floor was disgusting. The soda machines needed to be refilled. The employees were cursing and loud. Extreme lack of professionalism. The employees were so loud I couldn’t even enjoy my meal. The experience almost felt like a ghetto high school cafeteria. Please get it together. This my local chipotle.

    Really poor customer service. Guy that was helping me started another customers order that came in after I did, leaving me to just stand there while my food without toppings got cold. Someone else came and asked me about the customer behind me, about their order, then left while watching me go I helped. Honestly I left and got food next door, SO much better

    Ordered online a steak burrito, light on the white rice and fajita vegetables. Got extra white rice and no vegetables. The steak was so dry too. Also got chips and guacamole. Most of the guacamole was turning brown and only filled 1/2 of the cup. Not the first time I had an issue with this location too but it’s definitely the last.

    The food is good but for some reason, they are always out of something in this location. The last time I was here they were out of tortillas and chicken. This is not the first time it happened. On another note, the customers should be more friendly when greeting customers. Customer service is very important. Chipotle East Brunswick, please work on resolving these issues as are affecting customer satisfaction.

    The serving amount of meat is dependent on the employees' mood or something... They'll skim out when they're feeling lazy or in a bad mood which is 90% of the time. I get better service in the Chipotles in NYC, which are 10x busier than any of the central jersey locations.

    East Brunswick location really stepped up their game! For awhile we thought we were officially done with chipotle but recently decided to try again. We were very happy. Travis, Crystal and Nayeem did a great job. Travis was especially friendly, patient and accommodating. We will def be returning to the East Brunswick location

    The beef in my bowl was all in one piece… nobody wants one big piece of beef in their bowl. Not only that, but you guys seem to pour the whole container of sour cream into the bowl. Disgusting. If you’re ordering form here, you’ll be better off watching them make the bowl.

    Travis tonight (9/7/22) just gave me excellent service as well as the wonderful lady who packed my food! They were out of some ingredients that are my favorites, but I did come at the end of the day so I'm not faulting them for that. Really nice people working here now. I recommend coming in to place your order over the app, I've had weird glitches with their app and with going there myself and ordering, I get the satisfaction of knowing it's done just the way I like. Thank you guys for a great service and a great meal!

    My Burrito Bowl was filled with nothing but sour Cream. It Was missing cheese,Fajitas, corn, no salsa and guacamole. This is ridicules and unacceptable! If I wanted rice and beans I would have made it on my own! Both my wife and my Burrito Bowl only had lettuces a whole lot of sour cream and beans. This is not the 1st time this location has butchered our order. The owner of this location needs to get their store in check. I'll be going out my way to another location from now on. Would give this place zero stars if I could.

    One thing that really turned me off about this place is that nobody had any kind of protection on their hair or net on their hair to prevent it from getting into the food. People cutting food or cooking food had all kinds of hair sticking out everywhere. The people I was afraid that Is the workersThe workers hair was gonna be in my food.. The place looked dirty. The other thing I didn't like is that they were out of the vegetarian option that I like. And the rice the brown rice was not cooked enough. It was hard.
