It SMELLS good when you enter inside. Drive thru might not get same aroma but 😀they get the favorite beverages from the car 🚙 seat. This is situated at the corner of route 18. Near to Walmart and Shoprite. Various drinks 🥤 option and few bakery 🥯 food 🍱 options are available. Gift 🎁 card for any occasions are available and we can ask it for any value. It has a sitting 🪑 area inside and a seat/desk outside as well. Some free parking spaces are available as well. Washroom is also present. Bit expensive though. See pics for more details thanks

Ive come to this store quite a lot over the holidays and each time I'm left so disappointed. The store is always messy with trash overflowing, tables left a mess and floor dirty. The bathrooms are always gross too. Usually theres only three people I can see working, and those kids are always far too busy to clean anything. They look exhausted and over worked and are rushing around to try and make all these drinks and keep people happy but there's just never enough people for the amount of work. I can in today and it was terrible! There was an employee crying and cops there, and I overheard the employees saying nobody could get a hold of the manager and it seems there was some sort of emergency happening, but those poor kids just had to keep on making drinks and apologizing to everyone! Ive seen the manager a few times and obviously shes useless. Theres always so many people here, but never any employees! These kids are very sweet and respectful to me, and I feel so bad for them when theres nasty customers, but if you want fast coffee and you go to a store with a long line dont complain! How can you have such a busy and major store with a manager that just sits around and just kids working! Most of them look like high schoolers! I would NEVER EVER allow my kids to work here, even as adults until something gets fixed with the management! I dont even usually leave reviews but crying employees just doesnt sit right with me!

Not gonna lie but probably the laziest service provided. If you don’t know how to pronounce a name don’t laugh about it in the back, and “attempt” to say it, be kind and try to spell it out or simply say the order. We had to wait more than 30 minutes for our drinks. Which has never been the case in any other Starbucks, if employees need to have a casual conversation then they should simply stop working and take the conversations to the back OR try to multitask. Yeah? Now if a staff member is not well trained to run a register don’t keep them there, have them learn coffee stations, I’ve worked in Dunkin’ before, I know what busy hours look like, I know what it’s like when half the people don’t show up to work, specially when you need them all to come. So this place needs good management, cleanliness, more staff, good training, and being respectful to names of people. One more thing, don’t give out drinks with cups that have syrup all over them. That’s just annoying, and irritating; and don’t put another cup over the dirty one, when serving customers. That indicates laziness. If not the front lobby then the coffee stations should be clean and sanitized every time. It’s disgusting.

This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to in my life. The drive thru service is abysmal. We ordered at 5:14pm and left at 5:47. My gfs drink wasn’t even stirred and I asked for no whip look at the picture…WHIP CREAM ON IT ANYWAY AND IN LACTOSE INTOLERANT DONT COME HERE

I went through the drive thru and the girl that was there said to me she was new and she felt overwhelmed I was trying to refill my Starbucks card on the app with cash and she did not know how to do it I felt bad and told her don’t worry about it is there no manager to help you since your new she said no everyone is arguing with each other here and no one wants to help anyone I’m like okay no problem. I just want everyone to know how I felt bad and I’m a manager at a financial institution and I saw this experience this shouldn’t be happening at all.

My mom and I had the most wholesome experience with the barista, Ari. We stopped to grab some coffees before picking up my niece from preschool. Ari was asking about our day, making genuine small talk, and we mentioned my niece. She ran back, grabbed two cake pops, and gave them to us. My mom and I absolutely could not get over how sweet and radiant Ari is. A positive moment in humanity we’ll cherish and my niece loved the cake pop!!!

A pretty standard Starbucks in terms of price and service. The staff (who pretty much looked like kids) were all pretty warm. The only thing is that the place was filthy. The bathrooms had questionable liquids on the floor, the garbage was extremely overflowing, the floors were sticky and full of crumbs.

I really like the atmosphere here and the drinks are amazing too. The food is good. It could be a little cleaner.

Food is okay but the workers here are very rude. All over the store there are signs that say things about this store being a welcoming and safe environment, but any time I ask the employees a questions they are rude or just give me a dirty look. From now on I'll be going to the Starbucks on racetrack road, they're nicer there.

They keep putting extra whipped cream in the bottom of the cup. Didn't ask for extra cheap whipped cream to take up space in the cup, especially after paying $7-10 for a Frappuccino. Will not be coming here anymore.

😩 Ugh, I don't know why I order to this location, when I know my experience has not been positive 😑 Least favorite baristas...

Me and my wife thought the girl running the counter on Labor Day was extremely pleasant and helpful. Starbucks is Starbucks - food and drinks are always consistent, but it’s nice to feel welcomed, especially on a day most employees would probably rather have off

Not too many people there during my visit. There was a bit of a wait. I guess that was due to the drive thru and only a few employees. Otherwise visit was uneventful grabbed a window seat and ate my egg white bites and frozen drink.

Just got out of this horrible location. Manager was very rude (although rest of the staff was great). Frappuccino was badly made (very watery) and our coffee instructions were not followed (plus it tasted very burnt), however, we did not complain about these issuerls. Our toddler's Kids Hot Chocolate was waaaaaay too HOT (I hurt my tongue trying it first - thank god it was me and not him!) so we asked for some cold milk to help cool it down. The response from the manager was that we need to wait in line again to order milk separately, because (obviously) she can't just give us "free milk". We have been to countless locations throughout the country and kids hot chocolate is always prepared in a reduced temperature that is appropriate for kids. All we wanted was a little bit of milk to help cool down the drink that they prepared the wrong way. When we asked the manager to remake it, she (again) ignored our request, and instead just filled the cup with enough cold milk to take the "Hot" out of Hot Chocolate. Interestingly, when another costumer approached the manager for cold milk he got right away with no problem. Very disappointing experience. We will not come back to this location and do not recommend it to others.

This is the Starbucks that I have been going to almost every week for the past several years. I am not usually one to leave reviews, but one day last week I was having a bad morning and decided to go to Starbucks to treat myself. When I went through the drive thru, the employee helping me was really friendly and brightened my day with her energy. Thank you Audrey for making my day better!

This Starbucks was nearly empty and super dirty. The staff was nice and pleasant to deal with but the drinks were mediocre, especially when it costs $6 a drink.

Holiday Cup day and the wait for walk in cafe drinks was over 30 minutes. One barista was rude. They were only pushing out mobile orders and drive through orders. I waited 15 minutes asked to change my specialty drink to a black coffee. Didn’t want a refund but the manager gave me one and a black coffee at no charge.

Placed an order through Ubereats today (9/9/22). I ordered a venti caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino, a venti mocha Frappuccino sub whole milk for vanilla sweet cream, and 4 pumpkin cream cheese muffins (for myself, my partner, my child, and my friend’s child). The caramel ribbon crunch was fine. The mocha Frappuccino was definitely made with whole milk (you can taste it) despite paying extra for the sub. We were also sent 4 pumpkin loaf slices instead of the muffins. I get that sometimes you run out of items, but at that point you should contact the customer and see if they want to pick something else, not just substitute what you think they’ll like. Nobody here likes the actual pumpkin loaf and so the items and the money were wasted. So disappointing.

I come here often and usually greeted by a lady with shorter blonde hair. I just wanted to say she’s such a pleasure! No matter what the time of day she always has a smile on her face and proceeds to say “have a great day”!! I hope this reaches her

Placed an order for pick up on a Sunday at 7am. All staff are inside saying they will open late today when online says this location opens at 5:30am. The crazy part is all staff see everyone outside and all they did is ignore everyone not even come Outside to let us know! This is ridiculous. Everyone standing outside had placed an order online and paid for it! You guys have to do better

It's been over two years since I've last been there, but the wait was worth it. Still the same as before: great service, my frappuchinos were really good and the Wi-Fi still works. Be back sometime tomorrow.
