This bar is among the best value near campus and is tied for best overall bar near Rutgers with old queens. Where else can you get a long island ice tea for 3 when it's on special or shot and a beer for $5.....the key is to arrive around 10 Thursday thru Saturday to avoid the line.

If it weren't for the constant harassment from women regarding my chiseled jawline and broad shoulders, this place would be awesome. The service is excellent though and I look forward to dying here. Edit: same.

Best bar in New Brunswick hands down. Amazing music, fun atmosphere, everyone’s dancing and such friendly staff. Owners are so nice and are very involved to making sure it runs smoothly. Go here!!!

Great for a bar/club. The bartenders were nice and respectful. Great individuals. The only thing that they needed to fix was the DJ. No flow of music. One minute you had some fast pace songs and right after was some slow song. 50 cent then transitioned to Yellow card? Nah I am good.

Charged my credit card an extra $7 several days after ordering drinks there. Do not use your card here they will add money days after you went and put a tip that you did not authorize. Will be contacting authorities or bank company. Unacceptable behavior to have your bartenders adding tip without the customer permission. I DID NOT TIP THE BARTENDER THERE IS NO REASON GRATUITY SHOULD BE ADDED IF I DID NOT TIP.

The place has great music and drinks. The bartender Josh was super rude and added a tip without my consent after I tipped in cash, I would avoid him.

Went with my girlfriend last night, Line was heavy but moved fast, Drinks where solid and bartender was super chill. Looks like we had a great crowd because everyone was respectful, (except for one dirtbag who threw a dollar bill at the bartender). Seriously street behavior, overall You gotta go to Scarlets Pub once before you die, or multiple times a week until you die.

During the school year it gets really crowded on weekends, but the staff is great and the music is usually dope. There's also an open mic every Wednesday night, with a variety of talent that performs. One of my favorite bars to visit during the week!

Best place for youngsters. Most of the crowd comes from Rudgers university. Very active and attractive place.

Scarlet Pub never fails. Service is always very quick and bartenders do a very good job at getting to everyone. Dj kills it every time i’ve been and the dance floor is always a great time.

Scarlet pub is the best bar at Rutgers and it’s not even close. Their staff is amazing and the prices cannot be matched. The music at other bars does not compare to Scarlet Pub’s either. Long live pub!

Today I will write to you why scarlet pub is the best bar ever known to mankind, Scarlet pub offers an environment suitable for people of all ages, even babies! You simply can not beat their college bar prices including their phenomenal staff that are very welcoming and caring. I owe it to pub's $2 Tuesdays and $3 bae breeze ladies nights as to why I am able to get my degree. The owners are absolute studs and the music is top tier. Please make it a priority to visit this place at least once before you die or multiple times a week if you wish to die early.

Never have I had more of a blast than I did at the Scarlet Pub. This place was crazy fun. Went on a Friday evening and had a wonderful time. The music and dancing spurred on the most immaculate, elite vibes. If you are looking for something out of the ordinary, or an all around banger of a night, then this is the place to be. Bring your friends, get cheap drinks and never go through the night without a drink in hand due to the lightning fast service from the cute bartenders

I went with my friends there once to watch a Rutgers Football game once. The atmosphere was just insane. We have been regularly going back. It's the spot to be at on a Friday or Saturday
