My recent visit to Chick-fil-A in Farmingdale left me utterly dismayed and disgusted. As I unwrapped my sandwich, I was horrified to find an insect nestled amidst the lettuce!! This appalling incident tainted my dining experience, raising serious concerns about hygiene and quality control. It is unacceptable for a renowned establishment to serve such a repulsive surprise in their food. Finding such a blatant disregard for hygiene is deeply concerning and has irreversibly tarnished my perception of Chick-fil-A. I truly had a very disappointing experience.

This was an awful food experience , as you can see the fries were half filled and cold. I could not even finish it, never had such bad food at one of these. But service was wonderful

Nice clean location. With amazing staff. To bad the food was lacking. Order 1 spicy chicken large meal and my wife ordered a chicken sandwich large meal..Compared to her chicken my spicy chicken was absolutely tiny for a $6 sandwich. The bread should not be larger then the chicken. Also it was no very hot and we at it there. The Fries were half filled for a large very disappointing. The nuggets were great though, and everything was tasty just expensive for for portion you get.

It has to be one of the best Chick-fil-A in the entire long Island. The staff is very prompt and considerate. We were in a rush and they made sure to give us the right thing in a very short time. I really appreciate their efforts. The deluxe chicken sandwich is the best.

I wanna say thank you for this card that I was given at the drive thru recently. You don't know how much it meant to me receiving such simple words during a hard time I'm going through. Great location!!! Great customer service every time I have ordered.

Hey I usually try to give more successful and profitable fast food chains a hard critique. In this situation this 5 star review is definitely hard to earn but out of all the chic' franchises opened on long island this one stands out as a standard of excellence with all the other locations looking up. I personally have received exceptional service at this specific restaurant and it is hard to find a more customer friendly service experience. On a macro level I would love to see this company do more community give back because from the looks of things these restaurants are extremely profitable.

I come to this location many many times for deliveries. Not only is this location professional, but they great everyone with smiles (not the fake one's). Every time I come in Emmanuel always asks if we want water. As someone who is on the road a lot, a cup of ice or even water goes a long way. I will highly recommend this place for this kind and fast service! The fries are especially my favorite!!!

I ordered their classic chicken delux meal sandwich, what a disappointment, the runner brought the food to my table, open the sandwich and the bun is SOO cold and dry, it was that bad that the cheese it was ice cold , as well the chicken cause didn't even melt the cheese. So went back and told the guy what was wrong with the sw, he replaced and gave me another one just like the first one. I went back and talk to the manager she didn't even care , so I told her to refund me my money and walked out. Will never go back to this place they are overrated and not worthy.. hurble food and service the cashier didn't even offer me any type of sauce. I guess I was supposed to have a dried chicken sandwich Thank GOD for MCD'S..

Regular Chick-fil-A restaurant. The food is tasty although the portion size isn't that great at all. The kids servicing the place are friendly, attentive, and kind. Nothing to write back home about.

My wife and I went there for a late lunch. As usual, the establishment was spotlessly clean. The atmosphere was very nice, but it is a "fast-food" restaurant. The food was the usual tasty and fresh. what can I say, we loved the place.

Cody the manager/supervisor was such a great help this morning. I was in a rush to a doctors appointment for my daughter, I placed an order on drive through just to find out there was a huge line. I went inside and Cody helped me out get the food I ordered and I was able to make my daughters appointment just in time. Thank you and I hope you get recognized for your exceptional customer service.

I was really enjoying my salad until I found what appears to be a small fly in it. Now I am a frequent customer because I believe they have top-tier customer service and I thought excellent quality food but now I think otherwise. I drive over 5 miles to get and in this weather I to contemplate whether it was worth it to return the salad. I’m so disappointed

This was our first time here and having Chick-fil-A. The manager over heard us say that and he gave us our meal for free. It was the nicest gesture, we were floored. We never had someone do this and it just shows how they really care about their customer service and customers. I will absolutely come back. Thank you 😊

Place was clean,service was great,food came quickly and the meal was delicious. I would absolutely eat there again.

Lively well trained focused dt crew. Took at window add on gracefully. In this day of questionable customer service this group was a bright ray of happiness. Great job!

Great staff working there, most of them will give you a good smile and it cheers you up. Floor can use some cleaning though not at all bad, and I can see they've been trying.
