To the Management Team at Applebee's, I'd like to commend your Farmingdale location near the airport. The team there is outstanding, but I must particularly highlight Amanda from the bar. Her presence elevates the dining experience, and her exceptional memory and attention to regular customers is truly impressive. Amanda embodies the qualities that make an exemplary employee. I believe she deserves recognition and opportunities that match her dedication to enhancing the Applebee's brand.

The food was good, but veterans day was too much for them. No one had silverware, and there was a shortage of knives. Sever was also nice. Long wait for service.

The order sure took a while but our server made the wait worth while. She kept checking on us, updating us and was very very hospitable. The food was very good and it was nice to see how crowded the place was.

Went in to grab my to go order. Kristen was such a big help and very nice and welcoming! The rest of the staff was warm and caring to my situation when I realized the drink order didn’t go thru. Very professional and caring from Jen and Gianna.Thank you ladies.. (also Christian) I can’t thank the staff enough for the kindness that they gave me today. 5 stars

My husband and I go to Applebees a lot and always have a great experience. We have gotten David for our server many times, and he is terrific. He is very personable and always makes you feel welcome. I would highly recommend this Farmingdale location as they have a wonderful staff.

Farmingdale NY location. Writing a review on Amanda. This has become our go-to spot. Food is surprisingly good, but we come back because of the service. Amanda is stationed at the bar when we come in for lunch during the week. She always comes to the table with a huge smile, a friendly welcome and our beverages without even asking. She somehow remembers what EVERYBODY drinks! We can also say, “I will have the usual” and she remembers! It’s actually quite remarkable, and because of all these little things, she makes it such a wonderful experience to have lunch in this restaurant. We have so many choices in our area for lunch, but always come back to this Applebee’s because of Amanda. And also a shout out to the cook. Not only does he make great burgers and pasta dishes, but he grills salmon to perfection! And when we strive to be “healthy” and order broccoli instead of fries, we even enjoy his vegetables! We shared this feedback with the manager, who is also a very nice guy. Hopefully Applebees recognize the difference people like Amanda makes and rewards them. They grow the business just by being great people who we enjoy seeing on our lunch break!

I absolutely love this place. The staff is always warm and welcoming and attentive. My favorite appetizer is the pretzels w the cheese dip. To die for. Soft buttery pretzel sticks dipped in warm white cheese sauce and mustard if you like. Their burgers are scrumptious and mouthwatering. The management is top notch. Ask for Paul. Say hello. Tell him his sister recommends this place. All their menu options are a win win. 🏆

Wasn't my best experience at Applebee's. The food wasn't very tasty and the portions were poor. The restaurant was super cold and we always had to chase after the waiter to get assistance. Most likely won't go there again.

The good thing about this place is thst they open late, they have half priced appetizers after 10pm and overall has a good atmosphere. The food is good, service is fast and the guy who was our server, David was very friendly and not pushy at all like asking all the time if we are okay or if we needed anything. I think he is the best server that we've had anywhere we've been. There is plenty of parking available. Good location too considering there is a movie theater right across it and a lot of shopping.

Jasmine was my server, She is AMAZING!!! Seriously, if you come here ask to be sat in her section. Best service I have gotten in years. 10/10 experience!

Jay was absolutely amazing!! We love coming to Applebees we go all over the country and jay was super helpful finding an older drink that I couldn’t find on the menu anymore, he was patient and so friendly and we had the absolute best time!!! Def 10/10 recommend!!

Our waiter Oscar was not only magnificent but spectacular. He really made my sons birthday so much better.

I am a regular at this location and I am writing this review particularly because of the impeccable service we experienced tonight from Oscar J, Food here is always beyond amazing. the waiter left an impression on my family and little did I know it that he’s an musician and plays the harp. And worked almost 11 years in the restaurant business. Oscar was patient, friendly and an all around amazing waiter. We will only ask for him from now on !!!!! Thank you Oscar For everything and making us having a great night for Easter!!

Food was great but what made our dining experience great was our waiter Oscar Jimenez. He was attentive, quick and brought all our food in a timely manner even though we were a big party. Not only was Oscar funny but he also got creative and assisted us in helping set up a chair for out car seat where they were not any available anymore. I would definitely recommend coming here and asking for Oscar. He made our dining experience amazing!

Oscar J. Went to apple bees tonight with a group of people. Probably around 10 of us. The service was amazing our server Oscar J was so nice and accommodating to the entire group. Oscar our server take his job seriously went over all the order for us and was also very nice. The food was so good. But the drinks took around 25 mins the bartender was very slow and tonight wasn’t even that busy for him. I give our server Oscar J 10/10. He was very attentive and made our night with couple Jokes too!! Great job Oscar J I give the bartender 2/10 review because it took long to make our drinks and our drinks weren’t that good!!!!

Just had an amazing lunch here with some friends! The food was not only delicious but came out very quickly. The service we received was also top notch. Our waitress, Jasmine, was not only kind and welcoming but attentive. It seemed like she genuinely wanted us to have a great experience! Will definitely return!
