Food and service were good. Today I ordered through DoorDash and food was good and still hot.

Went here for my nephews birthday dinner and i ordered the ribs, and it was the worst rack of ribs i have ever had in my life. Dry and stringy was the way i would describe them. When this was brought to the attention of the staff they said it was too late to do anything about it because i had eaten half of it.......Never again would i come to this establishment because they do not care about their customers or the quality of their food. For a place that used to be known for their ribs, this is a very bad job chilis

Food is good. Service is definitely iffy at this location. They seem to forget about you pretty fast here. I come here maybe once every two months or so and every time I come I have to remind myself to be ready to wait. I hope they fix it and then I go and it’s back to pretty bad service every time. Luckily they have a tablet you can pay on so the one thing you don’t need to wait for is the bill. If you don’t mind waiting, definitely would recommend.

The Waitress was young, did bare minimum, however i been going for years, it just depends on the night & server. The 1 I had most recent I asked her for to go containers, she came back to the table 2 x without it before I got up & got it myself. The staff was nice just wrong night wring server. Some servers in past visits have been great.

Our first time at this Chili's. Smelled a little musty when we came in, but then we were warmly greeted by the host and experienced a wonderful meal and service. Keep up the good work!

It had been a couple years since I have ordered from here due to the fact that the quality of the food was not very good in a dine in experience that I had had. Unfortunately for me I should have stayed the course and not placed an order. Yesterday I ordered classic nachos and cheese quesadillas with guacamole, sour cream and Pico sauce. The order came out just as I walked in. Had I been smart enough to open it there I would have refused it but I didn't do so until I got home. Both orders were burnt around the edges and the nachos didn't resemble anything like nachos. Both dishes were so unappealing I wish I would have taken pictures but it was so disgusting that I just threw it in the trash. I wouldn't even think about feeding it to my dogs. I cannot believe that chili's has no quality control no one inspecting the food before it is packaged up. I thought I would be safe ordering nachos and quesadillas because really how can you screw that up but unfortunately for me you guys were able to. I don't normally write reviews but considering I threw $30 in the trash I felt that at least I could warn others and hopefully save them from losing their money as I lost mine. The quality of your food is terrible I can't believe that you are still in business.

Drinks are really weak, regardless if you get the drink special or full price drink. Next time I'm getting beer. Food and service was good though. Margarita taste like sugar and juice, can't taste the tequila.

Stop by while I was at Wal-Mart for a quick bite. Food was quite good I had gotten asparagus as a side and a few of them still had a decent amount of the white bottom to them. But otherwise decent food and nice and relaxed environment.
