    Horrible staff! I place my mobile order through the app at 11:10pm, it said my order went through so I go to pick it up and I can see the staff inside cleaning stuff but NO ONE COMES TO ANSWER THE DRIVE THROUGH…waited and waited and these lazy bums can see me and hear me cause at this point I’m honking my horn but of course no one comes! I want a damn refund! Horrible horrible!! Took my money from my account, did not give me my food order and just completely ignored me even though it said online and on the store front that drive thur is opened until 12am. Horrible place…don’t bother coming here…they clearly do not want to work, shut this place down!

    This location's drive through and curb side pickup experience is constantly poor. It seems like everyone going through the drive through is diverted to park and wait. Every online pickup order I place takes longer than using the drive through. Food is often undercooked.

    As a former employee I am listing the reasons I quit. Managers are rude and disrespectful, Unsanitary in the back kitchen. Food safety standards are not followed, blatant disregard for employee safety, fire exits are always blocked by boxes. They will drop tongs on the ground and will continue to use them.

    I went in here while I was waiting for an Uber. It was hot out so I need a cool place to hang out and wait while I was there. I got a 399 value meal but you pick two items I had chicken nuggets and a double cheeseburger For four dollars and the place was decent. Clean staff was nice. It hit the spot ! I’m not a big fast food guy and I think fast food has gotten very expensive for what you get so I do the value menu if not I would go to a real sit down restaurant ! Not pay $10-12 for fast food

    Over 4 bucks for a medium fry. Fast food use to be convenient be aude it was fast and cheap. Now it's barely just fast.

    I am not sure why this McD shows a 3.6 It was pretty much a 5 for me. Clean, accessible from Highway. The Manager, Bethany, took my order. Pleasant, couretous, attentive. Order was perfect and fast. I could see the drive-thru moving god pace also. They were constantly cleaning tables and floor. I gave it a 5 in all categories because it is refreshing to get excellent customer service as before the Pandemia.

    I find the presentation of this sandwich unacceptable (see pic). Putting almost all the starter sauce in th box as opposed to on the sandwich is gross. Being cheap shouldn't mean 'take what you get'. This is not the first time. The patties are always 'off the bun' to make the sandwich look bigger, but we're not fooled. The parties on the Big Mac are half the thickness of the photos in the menu.

    On Thursday 6/1/23, I witnessed a woman being extremely rude to the drive thru workers during a lunch rush because she couldn't get her ice cream placed upside down in an empty cup fast enough, apparently for her dog. If you treat people poorly over something that miniscule it really shows your character. It costs nothing to be kind and there's absolutely no reason to behave in such a way. You wonder why places like these have such a high turnover rate. Who wants to come to work and deal with that kind of nonsense?

    Honestly, this location has some serious problems. When my son and I got there, the drive thru lane was easily fifteen or more cars long and there was a decent crowd of customers waiting at the counter for their orders. I placed an order for my son and I at the kiosk, took a number, and sat down to wait. My son, who is 4 and autistic, started getting antsy after about ten minutes. I did my best to placate him, but nearly fifteen minutes later with no sign of our order and he was nearing meltdown. I was watching the counter and in the almost half hour we waited, I think maybe five orders went out. At this point, my son was inconsolable so I went to the counter to get a refund so we could go somewhere else. While waiting to talk to the cashier, I overheard a couple guys joking to reach other that if they didn't get their orders soon, their lunch break was going to be over and they'd have to go back to work hungry. The cashier and the manager who processed the refund were entirely unfriendly about the whole thing and said at least twice that my order was being made and at one point, the manager yelled at another employee to cancel the order. I get the sense that they were severely understaffed but like, it's a location in a busy area at lunch rush. It needs to be staffed appropriately. I feel bad for the employees trying to keep up and it's not their fault; if this is a franchise location, it's on the owner for not hiring more staff or paying them appropriately. I'd like to meet the owner so I could let them know that my son sobbed in the parking lot once he realized he wasn't getting his Happy Meal, and that we went to the location up the road near Launch and he had his nuggies in minutes there.

    Absolutely awful service, made me wait 15+ minutes for cold food, still messed up my order and didn’t give me any sauce. There’s another Mcdonald’s not too far away go there instead

    Just went here, 11:48pm they close at 12am. I wanted 3 sodas. We wait at the drive thru and see the manager run out the door and go back inside. The drive through light and machinery was on and working. We waited for around 5 minutes and said hello and tried to get their attention. No one answers the drive through so we pull to the window (with 2 cars ahead of us getting their food and drinks) and we wait another few minutes (11:57pm at this point) and a employee comes up and tells us it is closed. We say we just want 3 sodas even though it isn’t closed and if they could accommodate that since it takes 5 seconds. Then, the manager comes up and RUDELY says “We are closed” and complains that she worked 11 hours and wanted to go home. She stated that they closed at 11:55pm (even though it says online that they close at 12am). She then said have a nice day after ignoring us just asking for the 3 sodas and could even pay in cash if the credit machine is turned off and slammed the window in our face. Very rude and I get it okay you wanna go home but 3 sodas takes 5 seconds and does not need to be rudely taken. She could’ve kindly stated that they were closed and said come back in the morning or go to the other location that is open. But she was nasty and did not want to do her job. Do not come late night even though they are open and do have their to do their job. We all work long hours and could’ve been happier with a soda.
