The staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in main building and it could do with modernising. Every clean and functional but showing age. Attached to Beefeater so easy for breakfast and other meals. Across road from M&S food and McDonalds. Great for A3 links . Plenty of parking.

Reception nicely hidden st back, don't follow the reception signs - waste of time just goes into the Beefeater. Room in reasonable order but stinks of something like petrol. Toilet not vey clean. Not tried shower yet.

Easy to access off the A3, plenty of parking and short walk into the town. Good (standard Premier Inn) rooms - lots of space. Petersfield is a very pleasant old market town well worth an explore. Plenty of places to eat & drink.

Lovely staff, very clean but rooms are looking tired. Bed was great and the room was quiet. Next to a beefeater pub. Loads of parking and there is a garage with M&S produce and a McDonald’s. Great location.

Stayed for 3 nights across a work trip. Really comfortable rooms, quiet location close to transport. Staff on reception (Jay) went out of his way to help. Really appreciated. The restaurant attached is worth a visit. Staff there couldn't be more helpful and made our stay so comfortable. Thanks to Maxine, George, Joe and Megan.

This is a difficult one to rate: it's very clean and comfortable everywhere. The facilities are good the staff are excellent, but I get a bit claustrophobic and despite all the good points, I couldn't sleep well because the windows can't be opened. For that reason, I won't stay again, sadly.

Visiting family locally and at short notice staff pulled out all the stops enabling 24 of us to sit down together for evening meal. The hotel was very busy but with a few tweaks and flexibility we were all able enjoyed our family time and lovely food thanks to all their efforts. The staff smiled their way through it all even appearing for breakfast duties the next day still happy. Thank you so much

Had a night here in May. The staff were welcoming, the room clean and the breakfast in attached restaurant was a cut above the usual budget hotel breakfast. There's services and a maccies over the road too

Only thing I can note that's not 100% positive is that , there was no toilet paper and the bedsheet wasn't put on properly. Bar that everything else was great

Usual standard of room. Staff friendly great location the only downside was the noise of cars outside McDonald's late at night.

Close to the motorway so can be a bit noisy but then very convenient for getting out and about. A pleasant welcome from friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Free parking and wifi, what else could you want?

Had a family room. Needed a refurb. Floor creaked badly. Smell of cigarettes. Staff were friendly and helpful and offered to move us. Staff in beefeater were excellent in the evening but breakfast staff not so good.

Great Premier Inn standard hotel rooms in a nice location and a BP garage and McDonald's in the vicinity. Comfortable nights sleep in a clean room.

Very well run Premier Inn .. clean , comfortable and with attentive , friendly staff.

Convenient and clean but can be too expensive. Just paid £110 for 1 night but admittedly after a day before booking
