I didn’t really want to leave a bad review but this has happened twice in two days. Yesterday I ordered 9 nuggets and there were only 6 in the box. Today ordered a halloumi fries (supposed to be 4 in a packet) and there were three. I keep getting bumped by McDonald’s. It’s also worth mentioning the new young lady working at the drive through taking the orders was extremely rude, but hey what can you expect the job probably doesn’t require any customer service experience because she seemed to not know how to speak to people in general.

Order number 44 Well where do I start, cold half filled fries, even though I asked for the 🍟 to be changed because the first lot weren't hot, RUDE STAFF. 20 luke warm nuggets, No dips given, 4 ordered. My wrap was just nasty 🤢 only got 1 🌟 for hubby's slightly warm burger. LONG STORY SHORT. If you want hot food with polite staff go to another Mcdonald.

Best McDonald's I've been to. There are always two ladies making sure the place is always kept clean and always happy to grab your trays for you. The staff at the tills are always friendly and welcoming. I really like bringing the kids here. I do hope they keep the tills open and not revert to only machines as I always like to order from a human at the tills and don't like using the machines.

This is my go-to breakfast. Double sausage and egg mcmuffin as a meal and extra hash brown. I love them but only have it as a reward to myself after working all night. I order on the app, and when I get near, they get my order ready. I'm then in and out within about 60 seconds as payment is made via app. I then walk back home and eat on my bed before going to sleep. I live nearby so walk. The only downside is the location when driving as it's on a roundabout, and the drive thru is really popular, so it causes traffic at the junction before the turning to McDonald's. I'm not affected as I walk, and it's usually about 07:10 am that I'm there, so not too busy as just opened. Staff are all nice and cheerful which is lovely for that time of day.

Being just off the A10 roundabout the drive through had a huge queue leading out from the road. We just wanted to park up and go in. My grandson is on spectrum, so patience is not on the menu. When trying to leave, I couldn't drive out of my space because the cars for the drive through blocked us in. I decided to get out of my car ro ask the vehicle blocking us to reverse back so that we could exit. I won't be going back.

The biggest problem with this one is that when it's busy the traffic goes onto thr roundabout witch is very dangerous... and you are not able to get in a park due to how small it is and have to wait in thr line...

Just ordered happy meal to take away for my son. Got home to realise the drink is missing! Tried to call but no one answers. Not happy!

Our order is wrong every single time. When ordering on the app any changes made to the burger delete once you make it a meal, when asked for it without meat as I’m vegetarian they have put meat in numerous times. They have been rude and unhelpful when trying to fix our order. One of the store managers Ben was extremely rude over the phone to my boyfriend when he ordered a plain burger and it came with everything in it still, said it was his fault and he ordered wrong even though he had the correct order on his phone. No refund or anything!

This used to be a good McDonalds, now it is terrible. They seem very understaffed and the staff that are there are rude and more interested in talking to their friends about going out. They put in the code wrong, didn't give us our condiments. I had to ask three times for them to put in my code from the app as she was trying to have two way conversation with her friend and couldn't remember 4 digits! A few weeks before the girl was just plain rude. I asked her if there was a problem with their PDAs as the staff taking the order were walking to the building to give the order and she just looked at me and said don't know. I then gave her my code on my app which she looked at and said it was the incorrect code. How! Today our food was barely luke warm and lots of chips had brown and black ends. Not good enough Hertford. And don't get me started on the queue to order that is so dangerous on the roundabout! Avoid and go to Harlow who are much better orgnased.

Queues for the Drive Thru were a bit of a nightmare, going back to the roundabout. Service was flawless by the time I got to order (after a queue of about 10 minutes).

Had a meal in which was absolutely fine, got a takeaway for my husband only to realise we had been given the wrong drink when we got home (despite having paid extra!). Obviously no point going back at that stage!

Chips not cooked , but they were warmed up and I tried to ask at Shirley Macdonalds and I didn't get any help. Instead I slept hungry 😩 with kids and I am very upset with them. The guy who answered my phone said I should ask the deliverer. Is the one who cooks.So if it was food poison was I going to ask the deliverer.

Staff are friendly but the queuing for drive through need looking at can sometimes be dangerous
