ND were great with me from start to finish Andrew always answered the phone promptly when I phoned and got back to me in a timely manner. The order process was smooth and was given a lead time tank was delivered towards the end of the lead time but within time specified ………unfortunately the first tank delivered was slightly damaged ND were great when contacted made me a replacement tank within a few days and was delivered by Dom (business owner and great guy) personally who helped remove the damaged tank and installed the new one …….tank is great quality and built like to last can’t fault these guys at ND only wish they delivered there tanks personally all the time instead of using 3rd party delivery services. But all in all a fantastic tank for a fantastic price.

I ordered a 6ft by 2foot fish tank from this company. the price quoted on the phone was very reasonable. I was given a expected delivery date as these have to be made to order and they don't have fish tanks lying around and i am not their only customer. The date was beaten by at least 3 weeks. A delivery date was agreed and the final payment made. The delivery driver was incredibly helpful and assisted me with getting the tank into the garden via the drive. I was advised to let the tank rest for a few days which i did and it was perfect! The build quality is superb, the staff are very friendly and they have lots of customers so you have to be patient as they work their way through the customer queue. I have no hesitation in recommending this company as reliable, friendly and performing quality work. Thanks to all at ND Aquatics

Small top up tank most companies would not post a small tank but i found a 17.5 litr top up tank from ND which fits perfectly to the side of the red sea reefer 200xl with 8 mm spare i am in Aberdeen so postage was a must very happy with the transaction .The tank was delivered in a custom made wooden box thanks

Just received my 6ftx2x2, sump and pipe work from ND. As for the build quality it's absolutely beautiful and they even got it to me early. Everything about the tank and sump is perfect and well worth the money. One small down side was the customer service, the guy on the phone sometimes came across quite argumentative and short with me, but I do understand that they must get a lot of phone calls and a lot of people saying they want tanks they can't afford and that can be very frustrating for a business. Would I use ND again? Definitely. They have mastered the art of aquarium building.

48 x24 x24 Tropical Setup ,Amazing quality and craftsmanship totally over the moon with setup best tank Iv purchased in 20 years from the sealant to the anti slam cabinet doors you get nothing but top quality.If you looking for a new tank or complete set you got give these guys a look you pay way more for poorer quality setups (I have in the past). Yes you have to wait a while but omg it’s so worth it CONGRATULATIONS YOU FOUND THE BEST FORGET ABOUT THE REST

ND Aquatics built me a custom braceless tank and sump at short notice ( for an aquarium ) and on budget. The build is spot on and the quality is fantastic , communication was perfect with all my questions answered by phone or email very quickly. Everyone compliments the tank and I have no hesitation in recommending them. Big thanks to Andrew and Dom who I think went out of their way to help - even after delivery.

I have 2 custom made vivs for rainbow boa and Dumerils boa and fitted with glass trays- best wooden vivs and thicker wood helps keep temps and glass tray helps with more tropical species - highly recommend

I have come across this company through various hobbyists. I needed to upgrade my tank so I left a 50% deposit and after 8 weeks my tank had arrived with no issues. I must say Andrew & Dom both were very helpful! Andrew kept in touch on the updates in regards to everything and Dom was superb during the delivery process. I’d recommend this company to anyone who’s wanting to buy a great high quality tank. 5/5 will definitely be ordering any future tanks from NDAquatics.

I have had my new hand made ND tank set up for a month now and it is starting to settle and the plants are starting to grow. I went to the shop to order it rather than use an Internet form and I think the showroom is being refurbished. The display tanks are gorgeous and are a true reflection of what you get. Mine took 6 weeks from order to delivery, which was OK and for deliveries it takes time to fill up a run so that slows things I think. The tank is gorgeous, was perfectly to size and once unwrapped the gloss black hood looks great. The build is solid and the lid and bracing neat and tidy. Communication can take a while sometime but everything gets done as it should. I would happily order another tank and am really pleased with this one Thanks

No customer service. Not honouring warranty. Sealent reacted to seachem prime. Been (investigateing) so the issue so they say... since september last year. Zero evidence they even have. Do not use these if you want good aftercare for your aquarium will happily take your money & pass the blaime. Sent nd plenty of images.

My 15 year old 350 litre tank started leaking. Called ND Aquatics who were able to build a new aquarium within 4 days. It was not a standard size but that was not a problem. Very pleased with my new tank, the price was reasonable too. Buying process was simple and Andrew @ ND was very helpful and made the process easy. I picked up the tank myself and saved money on the delivery.

I Ordered my tank on the 13th October 2022 and received it on the 1st November 2022. This is my second tank order from ND and I highly recommend them, high quality made tanks, you pay half the total as a deposit, and the day before delivery you pay the remainder. I was called five days before my delivery date so I knew my slot. Driver was very polite/helpful, and with some help from my neighbour it was carried up the stairs(1st floor) and the driver and I moved it into my home. The tank is beautiful, very well made, and extremely HEAVY! I also bought the Black Ash canopy, and added cover glass to the tank at a small extra cost. I have included some pictures of my new tank(which is empty at the moment- but will update once it's up and running. Until that time, I have attached some pictures of my 5x2x1.8 tank that i got last year. :-)

ND Aquatics was recommended to me by a friend and they met my expectations of a professional organisation. I had a reef tank and stand made in gloss black with opti glass to both sides and front, the hood was bespoke to my design for the lighting I intended to use. I made a couple of changes during the process and these were handled professionally. The process was communicated well with confirmation at each stage via email. The delivery process went very well with the driver putting the pallet directly into my garage as I was not ready for the tank in my lounge. The packaging was very robust and there was no damage. A word of warning the base cabinet with the sump is so well made it is very heavy and took 3 of us to lift into our home. The set up went very easily with no issues. I would recommend ND Aquatics for a bespoke tank build.

Always been responsive on the phone and email. Tank quality is extremely good and I couldn't be happier the the design. We are really pleased with our tank, it was really worth the long lead time! When I placed my order I gave them the dimensions I wanted and specs, the guys were great advising on glass thickness and types. The build quality is truly outstanding and worth paying for. We opted for black back and sides, optiwhite front glass. Cover glass and supports are all of the same quality as the main tank. I’m looking forward to filling it next week and getting fully set up. Very nice guys and would be happy to recommend to anyone for high quality custom aquariums.

Recently, I made the decision to purchase a 6x2x2ft fish tank from ND Aquatics, and I can say without hesitation that the experience has exceeded all of my expectations. We bought a custom sized aquarium from ND aquatics and the experience could not have been any better. I phoned them, gave them the dimensions, they quoted me a very reasonable price and delivered it within the time frame they quoted it would take. The quality of the tank is absolutely excellent and even though our tank was by no means huge we never felt undervalued or under appreciated as customers. N.D Aquatics the Rolls Royce of Aquarium and cabinet manufacturers. This was my second order placed with Dom for my 72x24x24 Aquarium and cabinet which I must say the attention to detail,quality and workmanship never fails to impress. I placed my order on 15/10/22 only to get a call back a week later informing me that the tank would be ready for delivery 28/10/22 if that was convenient for me. On the day of delivery the driver phoned me to say that he would be with me within 1 hour and was a little later, which was totally understandable due to the distance travelled of 223 miles from Heartford to Nth Wales. Also I just want to say a big thank you to the driver who provided a trolley with ramps and helped me get the tank and cabinet into the house very professionally and carefully done. I couldn’t recommend N.D Aquatics any higher and there’s no need to shop anywhere else. Thanks again guys,One happy customer.

I ordered a large replacement tank as my existing one was damaged in a house move. The new tank arrived within 3 weeks and the delivery went smoothly, with the ND team arriving on time and doing nearly all the lifting and moving. New tank is now up and running and ND made a follow up call to ensure I was happy with the delivery and the tank had no problems

I've just received my second tank from ND Aquatics. From the first phone call I made for advice, Andrew has been really helpful and supportive, giving friendly and professional advice and answers to my questions. I was informed upon ordering that the tank could take anywhere from 6-12 weeks to arrive, as they are built to order. However after 6 weeks I received a phone call from Andrew informing me that the tank was ready for dispatch. Living on the Isle of Man, it's always a slight worry having such a large and potentially fragile tank sent to me, however I need not have worried, for it was well packaged, and arrived in perfect condition. The tank itself is exactly what I asked for, and built to a great quality. It looks amazing in my home and creates a real focal point in the room. I can't wait to get the fish in and to enjoy it for years to come! Thank you Andrew and all at ND aquatics for providing such friendly and efficient service!

I heard bad things about ND Aquatics but only on a customer service side of it. Anyway I rang them up on the off chance to see if they had a tank in stock of a specific size, luckily for me they had a cancelled order at a discounted price in stock. So I collected it and I can't really complain to be honest! The tank was in immaculate condition, the build was faultess! The customer service I had was great although it was in person so I can't really comment on what it would be like with a custom built order (9 weeks) I did notice whilst I was there that the phone was constantly ringing so I am guessing they are a very very busy company. The show room they have was a bit of a mess, dark and gloomy BUT again looking around there show tanks that they had on display they were built very very well. In future I will be using this company again as I was very pleased overall! Thanks again guys.

We bought this corner tank and unit from ND Aquatics, made specifically to fit the space we had available in our lounge, and it is absolutely beautiful. Brilliant service & delivery, they made the tank and unit in a very reasonable amount of time (considering it's bespoke) and the build quality is top notch. We are extremely happy with our beautiful new tank and would not hesitate to recommend ND Aquatics.

72 x 30 x24 tank and cabinet time to… 72 x 30 x24 tank and cabinet time to build 11 weeks delivered by pallet truck on 21/01/22 the tank has very poor paint to back and sides and also is transparent with brush marks and drips. The cabinet is horrendous edging coming off, chipped, glue everywhere and plain wood with writing on inside the cabinet just cheap and nasty. I did email them and asked for refund within 10 minutes they rang me and accused me of knocking the trim off and said they will send someone in 3 weeks to clean glue off I I asked what about the other things he said he don’t know. I declined by email. I emailed Monday and asked for refund or part refund I am willing to clean paint off myself but cabinet I do not want. I asked them to reply by email as I am not good on the phone (medical reasons stroke ) as of today no reply I really want this sorting or I go to trading standards, update wife rang today to try and sort this out they thought it was funny to say nick or dom will ring tomorrow to sort out, how disgraceful is this company.

Couldn't have asked for any more . Store were excellent from start to finish. Even letting me know light I had chosen wasn't going to fit tank. Whilst I have ordered tanks from ND before and the tanks have been of high quality with a minor delay on delivery after a recent order of two tanks in march we have yet to receive customer service has been terrible. Firstly there was a mistake where our tanks were mislabelled and sold to another customer, we were then given a new completion date which was not met followed by an agreement to deliver on the 3/6/21 which was not met. There is also no answer machine and the phone rarely picked up along with email reply's being extremely slow. Update: the tanks have arrived and are built to a very high standard with very good delivery and packaging!
